Natural and Neutral Garoowe has done it before and showed the way how it is done

A Solution to speed up the Elders to nominate the delegates for the Constitution and Parlimanet It seems that Mogadishu is once again the spoiling place for the Elders to adhere to the timetable set in order to finish the transition process and the agreed Roadmap that are protocoled in the Garoowe I&II Principles and also Gaalkacyo agreement with further meetings to strengthen the clarity held in Addis Ababa and Nairobi subsequently. The Elders which a vast majority of them are in line with one of the three TFG figure heads namely the President whose term is coming to end in August 20th is planning an extension of sorts in order to stay in Villa Somalia to continue his presidency. There for Mogadishu becomes a waiting game of sorts and therefore a new idea is needed to move the Elders to another neutral venue which will speed up the process of naming the delegates for the ratification of the Constitution and the new federal Parliamentarians to elect the new set of leaders for the Federal Republic of Somalia. In order for that to happen, Garoowe would be an excellent convening place for the rebirth of Somalia whereby the delegates can nominate their own in a neutral place in order for the Constitution Referendum and selection of the Federal Parliamentarians to be made easier than it is now.
