  1. ^^^ Interesting idea of justice you have. Oh and by the way, you are a little behind on your football. Australia is no longer part of Oceania. Bring on the Asian Cup.
  2. Originally posted by Maf Kees: Kangaroo people. I hate to say I told you so. But I told you so didn't I? MK you made two predictions If i remember correctly. 1. Australia would be knocked out in the first round 2. We would suffer a humiliating defeat. You were wrong on both accounts. We may have lost, but it was by virtue of an illogical ref decision.
  3. ^^^LOOL, You have done well. *cheers in support* Weddings truly are a warzone. Im more inclined to sit down throughout the whole event. It saves you alot of annoyance and discomfort when you realise that the brothers on the otherside of the room have somehow shimmied their way nearer to where you are. In any case I always find the evil blank stare does wonders. Only the very foolish would even try to start a conversation. A little anti-social but hey I have a reputation to maintain

    Dubai

I will take your advice, Do you seriously believe a Hydropolis (it makes me laugh whenever i read it)is a good way to spend money? Im not saying never spend money on grand buildings, but you must admit a Hydropolis *haha* leans more towards the ridiculous.
  5. ^^ Are you still at it!, At least we made it to the next round unlike the REAL team you support. 7. Zu, I never doubted the boys for a second. (Unlike other people I will not name)
  8. If the Ethiopians know what is best for them they will stay clear from Somalia. Having Ethiopia as a common enemy is the only thing that will unite all Somalis. If they were to invade (which I doubt) then do you think Somalilanders and Puntlanders would sit and watch. I think Not. In any case the Ethiopians are overstretching themselves against Eritrea, and the Oromos have also been on the recieving end of their oppression any war could ignite the whole region and spell the end of Ethiopia as we know it. ^^ Abdullahi Yusuf is only looking for a way to entrench his position. If the troops arrive under the false pretences of being "invited" without the mandate of the Somali people then in all liklihood we may have a similar situation to that of Lebanon and have foreign troops who will have no intention of leaving. Only one of these scenarios may remove Ethiopia's imperialist meddling in Somalia.
  9. Salif Keita's stuff is wonderful. .
  10. Originally posted by Sophist: Thanks for letting us know that!!!!! Loving the sarcasm ...dont mind me...let the topic continue.
  11. ^^^ There were a couple somali looking guys. I know this is getting off topic ( as if that has stopped me before ) but I always thought the Saudi runner Hadi Al Somayli could have been somali. Somayli being the arab version of Somali perhaps? Judge for yourself. In any case there are many Arabs who look Somali.
  12. Originally posted by Mr. Red Sea: I am still waiting until the beast within the Brazilians is fully unleashed, who will it be, will it be against the Yanks? I hope not. So your true loyalties have been revealed. Nice way to deflect attention from the fact that the United States is nothing more than a "Big Fat Zero"
  13. ^^^ Agreed, The referee was completly out of it. The Ivory Coast fought hard and deserved to win. Im completly heartbroken. I won't even bother watching Angola play I don't think I could take another African loss. But It also seemed to me that there was a huge problem with communication with the Ivory Coast too many missed oppurtunities and was anyone watching Van Persie??
  14. Originally posted by Jamilah: NP and Alexus (or should I say dumb and dumber) it was meant to be a joke  . Sheez, no need to resort to petty insults. I just assumed you were some over enthusiastic sister. I'll take care to get your "jokes" in future. P.S Has anyone actually tried to call the number?
  15. Originally posted by rokko: Good luck NP Rokko best of luck with your exams also, same for Zu. Waterlily and I think Scarface (not too sure) Thanks as well. Exits *Prepares to meet the examinutioner*

  17. ^^^ We Aussies have major exams coming up. But yes back to the topic at hand, Australia's immeninent glory at the World cup
  18. ^^^ Same could be said for you Zu, you have joined the Insomniac club Ive noticed.
  19. ^^^Water Lily, Im not saying that Australia will win the entire cup ( though that is a possibility). Im saying that the number of UK nomads who have expressed a hope that Australia is kicked out is telling.
  20. Originally posted by General Duke: They wasted 15 months. Thats the main point here. Lets hope, and pray they do not throw chairs around. You must admit though, It was probably one of the very few, if only times that the politicians in any way reflected the sentiment of the Somali public. Im sure there are many Somali's who would not have hesitated in attacking any politician who would even think of introducing AU ( read Ethiopian) troops into Somalia.
  21. Originally posted by ScarFace: yeah thats the one i was talking about watched it once...... kinda enjoyed it dont know why but did  Lol, Im not having a go at your taste in music. I can safely say it wasn't that bad. I just have the unfortunate habit of over analysing. In any case this is a song I really liked. Dhaanto performance in particular looks tres cool.
