I rather rely on eye witneses rather than something that has been edited, censored, and fixed like the BBC Somali language sect.
  2. Magac kale ugu yeedh, SNM iyo waxan soo tii laga tagay mar hore shiekh. Somalidiid iyo wixii lamid ah ee aad ugu yeedhi jirtay ayaa labada uga dhaw in layidhaah SNM. SNM hadalkeedu may soo dhawaan. The use of this term, SNM is long gone, yet you are trying to make it seem that separate and self operating Jabhad call SNM still exists today. Which honestly is just plain error.
  3. WOW, I am continuously shocked by Duke's way of trying to go around the truth in defence of tired warlord Abdullahi Yusuf. Mr. Duke, what happened to the freedom of press? are you not for that saxib? The specific reason that the radio was shut down is to make sure the presence of the Ethiopian army that is pouring into Baidhabo goes undetected. That is the very reason why.
  4. *****aykum Masalaam Bro Sharmarke, well Sharkamarke, the only position still left undecided in mind is the position of that who will face Brazil. We know Brazil is it, well-- I know it at least, but you say Argentine, Germany, Portugal, or Italy. They just have to battle out and put themselves to challenge Brazil. Brazil is in the finals for sure, who will face them is the question. Moreoever, I say ouch to Australians. They tried and played their best, yet they came up bit short. Once again Brazil won on a bad effort all around. The question that lingers in my mind is what they are capable of doing when they play their best game. Only God knows. Brazil 2-Australia big fat Zero.
  5. Folks I got a tell ya, if Brazil was still able to come on top after playing one of the worst games thus far, I can only imagine what they can do when they are on their game. Australia beat Japan for the sake of God people. Let us see what they can do against anincredible team like Brazil. You outback folks don't know how to play soccer or should I say football, so just watch and learn from the pros in action. Brazil will smoke you people and it won't be too long before you are sent packing. So don't grow to dependent on this short lived victory folks. P.S. I am not big fun of soccer, Brazil is the only team that I know very well. Well no need to know anyone else, the cup belongs to Brazil. Everyone else thanks for trying. "vVa Brazil, champions of 2006 FIFA world cup in Germany will mark the headlines a month from now. We shall see.
  6. Pictures speak louder than words. The best of luck with the Islamic courts and their quest to rescue the Somali people. I am with them all the way.
  7. Originally posted by Naxar Nugaaleed: ^^^^ Ethiopia is coooommmmiiiinnnnng. this is old and tired ruse criminals in xamar always use. And so what if they do inter the country? Two things should be kept in mind, there is no ethio-somali border in the south, its an administrative line, not a border because never in the history of our two countries with there agreements on such a thing. also, we must not be simple minded people and always consider both sides of a problem. what would you if terrorist were getting ready to cross your border. Also, the hypocrisy of some in here are too obvious. Ethiopia and Somalis were enemies because of Somalia's (which started the war) greater somalia policy, something I believe you are against mr redsea. Why than would you jump on the bandwagan of the ethiopia is coming fools. are you not a separatist who are friends with Ethiopia and claim to closer to a son addis rather than xamar? First of Mr. Naxar address me individually and what I believe rather than my home region. You are new to this place so don't be quick to judge me for what I stand for. Secondly, what is your point here? Let me repeat my question. It has been confirmed that Ethiopian troops have entered into Somali territory along side with the warlords including Abdullahi Yusuf. They are there to do just one thing, which is to help their cause while hiding behind their "peacekeeping" force banner. Why are you all of the sudden getting nervous and saying unecessary stuff such that Ethiopia and Somalia never had official border. That is the most arogant thing I have ever heard in my life. You are full of qabiilist ideas, so come in terms with reality that Ethiopian troops are about to enter into Somalia and murder innocent civilians, which happen to be Muslims and more importantly Somalis; your people. HornAfrique, I am sure they and anyone who sides with ethiopian troops who are in Somali soil will be wiped out, Allah willing. Assalamu Calaykum.

Would he pray their blessing or cry a foul about invading a peaceful land and subjecting its citizens? Qof threadkan ku jiro is me aint it MMAow? so come in clear sir. Secondly, the courts didn't invade a peaceful land, they invaded and took over Muqdisho and Jawhar, two cities who were in dire need of someone to rescue them from the bloodthirst warlords. If let say Hargeisa was in the same position as Xamar was today. Meaning if Hargeisa was in turmoil like Muqdisho and God sent courts to rescue them from the occupying criminals, I would welcome them and be more than happy to support them. But Hargiesa doesnt' need a rescuing because thank God its citizens have realized for themselves that war doesn't lead to any beneficial results. So mr. What else is there is to brag about here? The happy faces of Muqdisho and Jawhar citizens is an evidence for me to tell me that people are happy with the way things are going so far, do you not think so? Mr. Duufaan, contradicting on what? I believe the courts don't stand on tribal bases. Besides, I am not even the same Qabiil with those folks if that was even the case. The rest of your comments are still a mystery to me, so what is your position on this? you seem to be for the latest change in Southern Somalia, then you seem to be against it, I am confused here, don't you see the contradiction in your comments there saaxib? Once again may Allah bless the courts and add strength to their strength. Long live the Xasan Dahir Aweys. salamu Calaykum.
  9. Hey what is up with all the Qabiil talk in here? Edit your post please and Mr. President, Qabiiltalk aint' allowed sir. Good luck with Muhammed in his quest to find life.
  10. Mr. General Duke, so what is your take on the facts that Ethiopian troops are headed towards Southern Somalia as we speak. What is your position on that instead of blindly defending your uncle? Don't waste your energy in defending a hopeless warlord and criminal or else you are in it with him.
  11. Originally posted by Naxar Nugaaleed: "physician heal thy self" these ******** /terrorist are no better than, if not worse than what they are replacing. I wonder when we somalis will stop falling for the idiotic slogans of every new ******** who promises salvation for our nation or qabiil? Wallee Allah run badanaa oo daacadsanaa wiilku, not. The warlords offering salvation for the Somali people eh, give me a break. We have seen what Abdullahi Yusuf and other warlords are capable of doing which is basically nothing. Abdullahi Yusuf and his so called transitional government have been in position to do something for nearly 2 years. They wasted their given time collecting weapons from Yemen and requesting Xabashi troops so they can do the fighting for them in Moqdisho. More bazar situation is that the people who were cuasing the turmoil in Xamar happened to be in the Parliament of his government. What an ackward and twisted situation! Ragu dabaal ayuunbay ku jireene, ee shaqo kama ay ahayn. On the contrary end, the courts have blazed through the capital offcourse after bloody fight, kicked the warlords out of Jawhar, and now Beledweyne, all in less than a month. In every city they occupy it instantly becomes a peaceful and crowds gather to cheer their victory over the warlords. These are the facts on the ground, so mind sharing what Abdullahi Yusuf and his warlord "government" have done for the people of Southern Somalia. Thanks in advance.
  12. Who are the Moryans, the courts perhaps. The real trouble makers and criminals who have held hostage of the whole Southern Somalias population have been chased out from Southern Somalia for the most part. But there is little bussiness that remains to be taken care of and it happens to be in Badaibo. General Duke and Naxar Nugaleed, continue to vomit nonsense because your uncle warlord Yey's plan has been ruined by the righteous folks aka Islamic courts. May Allah bless them for all they are doing and may Allah be with them in their quest to rescue Southern Somalia from the bloodthirst warlords including Abdullahi Yusuf. The Islamic courts are the ONLY hope for peace and stability in Southern Somalia.
  13. I think violence could be verbal abuse too, but to mentioned that there are women who are stronger than their husbands. I think it's some women and some guys. Not all guys or women abuse their wives and husbands.
  14. LOL@way to stay Islamic.I agree. thanks Soo Maal.
  15. Assalamu Calaykum, Good day folks, I know this sounds bit to looking far ahead, but insha Allah I am planing to raise my future family back home. I contradict myself of whether to raise my family in my hometown of Hargeisa or my ancestrol state of Togdheer or neither and settle else where like Shiekh. My first choice was Hargeisa but now days Hargeisa is becoming a huge city where every Cali and Xalimo come to live and so is Burco. The city of Berbera is beautiful, because of its Red Sea waters but bit too hot to live in. If I went with Borame, it is bit too far west of where I want to be, Las Anod a bit too far East. Not that there is something wrong with both Borame and Las Anod, but they are distance away of the major cities such as Hargeisa, Berbera, Burco. I want a place that is close to all these places. So, I have cut the choices of my future residence locations into two choices; Sheikh and Erigabo. Both of these places have a pleasant weather, beautiful saroundings all around them, like the "Dawga Sheikha" in Shiekh as its called and Daalo mountains in Sanaag. One problem with Erigabo though, it's a place which a conflict might occur between the two neighboring regions of Somaliland and Puntland at any given time. So for that reason I have to eleminate Cerigabo, which leaves me with one choice; the city of Shiekh to be the place I settle permanently . What is your ONE place of all places and tell us why? it doesn't have to be the regions that I have mentioned above. It could be outside of Somaliland as everyone is welcome to discuss. thanks, Assalamu Calaykum.
  16. SOCCER on TV is terribly boring. I can't stand watching soccer match on TV regardless of what is at stake. I might watch the last game of world cup finals though to take place between Brazil vs. whoever?

King, Mcxamar is not a Somali, he is a fellow Muslim though. How Mcxamar came to being not a Somali is a long story, so you just have to PM him about that.
  18. Hey there hockey funs, At the start of the Stanley cup, I picked Edmonton to win in 6 games, because of Dwayne Roloson who coincidently is former Minnesota Wild, which is where I familiarlize his play. I knew him then and I knew what he could do with a wining team like Edmonton. I quickly became a fun of Edmonton oilers after he was traded over to them. The Oilers were in 8th place and were also in danger of slipping out from the playoff contention, thanks largely to Roloson, they have made it, and went all the way in winning the Western conference chamapionship. So for the upcoming Stanley cup play at the time, I picked them to knock off Carolina, but that doesn't seem to be the case at the moment after his injury which occured in the last moments of game 1. As it stands right now, Edmonton is behind 2 games to none. With Roloson on the bench, I think I can disappointenly say this thing is in the bag for the Carolina Hurricanes. Yet another cup for a team/city from outside the hockey world; Canada. peace out.

The dude in the blue shirt is my cousin. His name is Muhammed. Mr. MCxamar, why not come with me to live in Hargeisa while Xamar is still recovering from the wars. Hargeisa has everything that you would want in Somali city, so what do you say? be my guest.
  20. None of them makes any sense whatsoever. They all look like bunch of arogant camaless folks. Sorry to ruin the mood.
  21. The report is confirmed when finger prints of him were taken at the site where his body was recovered, they later matched those provided by the authorities in Jordan. Abu Musaib Al Zarqawi was killed during which two U.S F-16 fighters dropped some 5000 pound bombs in overnight raid near Baqdad. This might give US president Bush and his fellow conservatives some badly needed boost to their job approval ratings, but it will not stop the continous growth of insurgency in Iraq even after the death of their top leader. In any case it might even refuel them to attack more.
  22. Ooookay, wow hang a second now, where was this and what was it exactly? You said it was Somalia-Somaliland day,but does such day exist? Tell us more of what exactly this day was and why it was being celebrated for? without the Bariis eating part which you already have done. thanks in advance.

[/QB] Baashow saaxib, that is your opinion and I have to respect it, however, greed and struggle for power between the courts themselves is not going to take place as it appears at the moment. Their leadership and their unification is far too strong to fall for anything. The possibility that clan might overtake the loyalty of the different memebers to the courts has already been tested during the recent battles in which both sides consisted of men from the same sub clan; they have proven it to be rock solid when it comes to to that and not vonurable to clan appeal. Moreover, I agree with you and I too also hope that they succeed and I am sure they won't repeat the same mistakes as they did in early 1990s when they had similar oppurtunity. In those times, they had put minor things such as smoking as priority crimes punishable to being put into container in hot day near the beach. This time I hope they start with bigger issues such security and political issues facing the areas under their control. Allah knows best. Assalamu Calaykum.
