Secondly,the last thing I want to see is Puntland being distablize,I say that with all my heart.However,we cannot have this criminal of so called Qaybdiid,using Puntland's hard earned peace as a place to launche his dirty business from or simply as Bush put it,use the region as a 'shield'. He must be told to defend his own will,Puntland must not help him nor they shouldn't spend a penny of currency nor a single life of their soldiers trying to give a shoulder to criminal whom terrorise these same people years back. Leaving him for his own is the better solution,he will be arrested if that is the case,but if he continuous to hit and then backpaddles back to Puntland,then the ICU might be left no choice but to cross borders in pursuit of capturing the criminal,which could result in another bloody civil war.But I don't expect that to happen,the ICU is simply good at avoiding bloodshed,they will not as I expect go after him,they will try to destroy his forces outside of Puntland if he ever shows up.

^I think so,but there won't be fight unless Qaybdiid the yesterday warlord and criminal and today's warlord and criminal is expelled from Puntland in which he is using as launch pad of which he launches his attacks from,he must be gotten rid of in any means by Puntland authority from their adminstered areas.It doesn't matter whatsoever if he is in his clan territory or not,he is criminal and a warlord,for that the ICU is after him,they will go after him wherever he hides and he will be brought to justice.If Puntland sides with him,then they have invited trouble. In order for Puntland to continue living in peace,they must not invite criminals like he for trouble comes along ..it's their choice.

But today's ICU are alot different,this time they have agenda to run on,have better all experience in the field of politics as well as other areas of nation building,the true goal is finally close to being attained,they must not let this slip out of their hands---there is light at the end of the tunnel,they must Keep moving.
