But as we see it, it's a city under occupation, the people are people who are under foreign forces (Ethiopians). It would be premature thought to think since Ethiopian forces along with collobraters have achieved relative 'success' that peace would be reached all of sudden. You need the cooperation of the people (the inhabitants) to achieve that.
