  1. Nayruus, Is that what you would like to see, a war against the neighbors? As they say be careful what you wish for. Whoever the author is, he may get his wish the year of '08 when perhaps either Silanayo or Faysal Cali warabe take control of the place, markaas dad badan ayaa loo yaabaa. Yeynaan bal hadhow maqlin maxay 'noo soo weerareen'. Aragnaa. Somaliland ilaahoo daa, dadka reer Muqdishona ilaahow dhibta iyo Xabashida wasakhda ah iyo tuugta is urursatay ha ka dul qaado. And may Riyale dispear from Somaliland poltical arena, Amin to that all. These little haters come along each year, they are totally harmless. I have to wonder if Nayruus is visiting his home town of Hargeysa anytime soon or is he another one of those wannabe's? Baashi There is celebrations of 18th of may in MN each year, but I don't know if there will be one this year. It's not my thang you see.
  2. Iga wala in aanay xabad maskaxa kuwani ku dhalan malaa. When will you people get it? Do we have to use driller to drill your scull so that info may go through. The people of Somaliland have decided they want to go their own seperate ways already , the only missing part is as if Somalia gets back on its heels so that negotiations can start based on NOT union but rather how Somaliland would gain recogntion. The only issue on the table is Somaliland case for recogntion, union is not an option to Somalilander right now. You on the other hand may have your mix signals, but that is really insignificant. Somaliland being one party has already put its case forth, the missing part is you Somalia. When Insha Allah somalia gets reall President trusted by the people of Somalia then Somaliland and Somallia shall come to the table to discuss where to go from there. Probably Somalia would need to take vote based on those who would want Somaliand to secede and those who don't. Based on what I am hearing the majority of Southerners don't mind secession. Meantime, Somaliland has the recogntion of itself.
  3. lol@ Dirac you keep changing, adeer doesn't everyone has their own choice to put any nick they want, your job is to deal with the words on the screen not waste too much time on the nick names of others mr. superflous. lol That being said, Again, the meausures we would use would be to simply compare the two regions as far as developments and safety. As far as development goes, you just have to go there and see it, if not take a look at the developments. Try to compare Puntland best city to Somaliland's best city; Bosaaso and Hargeysa. As for safety wise, adeer Puntland is more closer to southern Somalia therefore it's well known to everyone that is not as nearly safe as Somaliland. When we say safey we are not just talking about things that take place on dialy basis but also the possibility of something terrible happening. Somaliland is neighbored by Jabuti and Puntland both peaceful areas, however Puntland is neighbored on the other side by Southern Somalia. The war that took place between the UIC and the Ethiopians almost spilled over to Puntland. Renegade, leave him to me abti, the only hope or way he tries to 'debate' or 'discuss' anything is by making it seem as though he asking tough questions and people are dodging it. He is frustraed fellow, who has spent too much time in the west. Again this guy is the same guy that constantly says he would be killed if he goes to Hargeysa or in other threads admires Siyad Barre by once saying he was not a dictator but rather a doctor of mad house. then he comes back saying he was. Or perhaps in other cases gets some mathmatical figures wrong by saying Hargeysa/burco's pop.= only 75,000 in '88. lol Moreover, haven't you seen how he constantly hates on Somaliland. I have been here long enough and he has been hiding behind Somalism for so long, however his true colors have showed, when he says things like he hates and disguises Somaliland. Though we could really careless of what comes out of the mouth of insignificant fellow who by the way claims to be from Hargeysa. Kaas ayaad wax ka sugaysaa.
  4. Sayyid and Economist, It starts with your own souls, once you take care of yourselves, perhaps you can take on more challenging task such Somaliwayne. Take mr. Econ as an example, he support the TFG which has been the door-**** for Ethiopian troops who have caused colletral damage in his home country, yet he is sitting here preaching to us about the goodness of somaliwayne. Again go preach to cats or some animals please, we are fully sane being who can tell the fake from the truth. As for the Zayid, reread what you wrote and tell me what you think of them. Riyale is doing good job, but bad for Somalilanders, so that is your way of hating on others isn't it? lovely keep it up. It will indeed help your case for Somaliland 'brother'. lol
  5. Somalieconomist and Sayid, go back to school, you two are thinking like 10 year olds for heaven sakes.
  6. Again, no doubt that I am old, no argument there, maxay kale. however don't block my avenue unless you want to be my lil wifey. kidding, waan kaa waynay, ilaa 15 sano uga yaraan. waaban ku dhali karaa. Sooma lama fiicna adeero.
  7. Abdullahi Yusuf is not wanted in Xamar, ma qasabaa jacaylku abtiyaal. Reer Muqdisho and most of Somalis want a way to get rid of this puppet regime. The only place that Abdullahi Yusuf can rule peacefully is Puntland, so people here are getting excited as though there is government in Xamar. Marka aad dadka shishiiye usoo wadato, laysid, yaad baasee utalinaysaa?
  8. Jb, lool...ha waa waxaa bakhtiga ah ee maalinkata daba kalaado ay dadka ka cabsi qabaan. Abdi Xaafid, Wiil duco ayaad tahay, oo wax maqlaya. Haltaa tada hay yaah, maalin fiican abti.
  9. Renegede, You are responding to mr. me? abti, That guy can't even get his facts straight, he seriously does't anything about anything, he spent too much time in the Qurbaha you see. He actually believes he would be killed if he went to Hargeysa! loool... First I dont' even know the Gobolka bari he is refering to, Puntland, dunno? But there isn't a city more developed, more beautiful than Hargeysa anywhere in the former Somali republic. Who can challenge that? There aren't more highly educated, motivated Somalis than the ones that are produced by Amoud Uni, who may challenge that? There aren't more hardworking people than the people of Burco, who may challenge that? He hasn't been there since the wars against Afwayne, therefore what does he know of the place. Too much hearsay awow, markaa dhag ha udhigin.
  10. Che, Well, how many Planders do you know that support Abdullahi Yusuf, come on man?! If we were to sugar caot things, then we would say, Planders have nothing to do with what Abdullahi Yusuf is doing. Did you not know that no warlord or criminal is anything or can do anything without the assistance, support of his clan family?? If almost everyone cut off the support to their warlord or bad man, the people would have gotten along, loooong ago. That isn't happening today. Most of the militia that Abdullahi Yusuf is using are the kids which he took from the streets of Gorowe and Galkcayo to fight for his corrupt and immoral idealogy. Is that not true sir? Look at Geedi or Mohamed Dheere, most of their kinsmen support them, because they feel like their boys are in good position, and for that they will lay their lives on the line for, in the qabiil of inadeerkay, yes it's layaab! Another example would be Col. Barre Hiiraale. When he was leaning bit towards the UIC, members of his tribe were supporting him, when he joined the TFG in Baydhabo, one would expect that support from his kinsmen to sieze however it didn't. Horn, Sulayman, and Alamagan in this site are great example. They support their man STILL, you know their man, odayga reerka magaca uwada. That is how the cookie crambles in that part of the world.
  11. Originally posted by Elysian: Mj bada Cas, there is at least two generations between Mr Lee and Mr Chan. You're either still a child or had a very looong childhood Inabti, is there any doubt that I am an old man? I have been in Qurbaha for almost ten years now (will be three yrs. from now), and I was grown up man chasing chicks around in Hargeysa before than, so you do the math. BTW...you know Shukri, tell her to keep up the good work.
  12. mr. me....which one? Che, Could have or would have should have....Somaliland is the only now that hasn't brought destruction to the Somalis, Pland could be blamed for producing Abdullahi Yusuf.
  13. mr. che, maan fahmin abti. Ma TFG ayaad kawadaa macnihii mise Somaliland? Yes, faysal is not the brightest one out there, Silanyo is alot better. mr. me. lol Be careful what you wish for.
  14. mr. me, Nope wrong assumptions, and even worst you believed it and acted upon it. So no, your gues is wrong. Naxar is the man addressed here, as I was saying to mr. caamir the other day. Those who are okay that Abdullahi Yusuf is doing a good job in Xamar, must not cry the job Riyale is doing in their areas. It's sort of like, those living in glass houses, should not throw stones. Secondly, one simple question for you mr. me. What is the most peaceful entity in the area, in the former Somali republic that is? Somaliland is absulately phonemonal success story to say the least. I am not talking about development or anything like that, but the fact that they have minimized the bloodshed that could have resulted in the region is a great example of that. Once again, you may this is hot air, but the peacefullness and coexistance of those who are pro Somaliland and those who oppose it are evident. In addition, the statement I made was. If Somaliland was on land grapping and revenge mission. Then Awdal is a great example, the city of Ceerigabo is a great example of that being NOT true. Mr. Naxar and others like him still have the mindset of way back then, we qabiils use to be fighting against one another, and each tribe use to try to take revenge of the other, that is way in the past, update yourselves folks.
  15. Naxar Nugaaleed, is abdullahi Yusuf welcome in Muqdisho and did he get there with the consent of the people or behind a Xabashi tanks? come on man, adaa runtii daray oo dibi yarna nagu dhalay. lool Who is Riyale Kahin grabbing from then, Arabs? Without distorting the facts abti, when did Hargeysawis troops have fought against the locals 'endlessly'. Sool and Sanaag have been peacefully almost 95% of the time, Burco, Hargeysa, Awdal are peaceful 100% of the time, that is very small difference. Sool and Sanaag wouldn't have been peaceful if the 'Hargeysawi' troops you speak really wanted to fight a war just to 'grap' the land of others. Somaliland has done great job in dealing with such issues and for the most part has been successful at that with exception of minor scuffles with Pland here and there, notably in 2004 and just past month. Che, See beyong the green hills abti. Those locals wouldn't be able to enjoy peace if Hargeysa, Burco, and Berbera were determined to disrupt any peace in the area, the same can be said about Puntland. Puntland would not have enjoyed peace if Somaliland wasn't working for the peacefulness and calmness of the region. Somaliland has understood that nothing comes of war, and have avoided for the most part. Today, no one dies for no meaningless way, except in natural way in Somaliland. Though I dont' expect people to give Somaliland any credit, because they are blinded by what we call hatred, one would have to expect one to at least realize and see things as they are. Somaliland has done a great thing for the somali race though you may not know, while many others, like ABDUALAHI YUSUF have brough nothing but destruction to the Somalis.
  16. ^ Adeer Mr. Riyale hasn't drawn up the game plan for us, we did, and we will excuted whether you like it or not. Anyone who doesn't like our game plan may go right on ahead and climb on top of skinny pole simple as that.
  17. ^lol. Wished she was your lady aren't ya? Sorry to hijack the thread, so to get it back on track. I am have been watching Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, and Jet li movies since childhood. I have inherited alot of their movies. I use to clear the kidz from teh play ground back in the day. lool Wait a minute, this thread is for ladies only.
  18. ^lol..sure. Is that G.friend biixi? lol
  19. Rudy, he is not saying Somalia is actualy beautiful, more like it's desert hellhole. What do they know about Somalia, it has the potential of being paradise on earth with the right tools (people).
  20. Xanthus, he said he wants to kiss you!~ and apparently those letters contain his phone #. p.s please dial carefully. lool
  21. lol@ claiming. What areas are in Somaliland control today? Land grapping? So what is Abdullahi Yusuf doing in Xamar then, don't I have the same right to call that as land grapping, revenge of what occured back in the civil wars? Somaliland has nothing but good for these regions, the peace and tranquilty in many areas is evident. As you know Riyale is not even from 'majority' tribe and the state Awdal isn't resided by such tribe, however Awdal is doing excellent and the residents of that state are still the same old people, the only change that came is a great success story in that state, as we just heard the news that Amoud university is graduating the first Medical doctors, that is great accomplishments. Maybe you folks would reach the same standars, if you weren't too accopied with the idea that you are being occupied and your land is being grapped.
  22. ^who? Oh I get it. In Somaliland, the first ones to put a lead of bullets into the lungs of Riyale or any other policians would be their guards. Fact: the election are just around the corner, probably the people would elected either Silanyo or Faysal Cali waraabe. IF they elect Faysal Cali waraabe, I think Somaliland would be known more of dog fighters wiht huge claws that will scratch the faces of anyone that gets near it, the dude is aggressive. Compare to Riyale who is laid back, passive. Silanyo is more of politician and thinker, however he is still a hardliner when it comes to the Somaliland case. Riyale will be gone soon, whoever the next leader will be will determine many things. And Unity isn't one of them.
  23. ^Is there any doubt that they have a support from the people of Somaliland, as far as majority wise? Yes I do agree Riyale and his inner circle are corrupt bunch, but so would any Somalilander today agree upon that as well. However that doesn't put away their case or doesn't blur their vision of seperate nation named Somaliland. Even if Riyale and all of his inner circle members decided to join Somalia all of sudden, gues who would stand in the way? the people would, no kidding. BTW...Sifir is part of the TFG which you odn't support, so why take that as an example. If you call the 2004 Ebgheti as Somali reconcilation, then we have all seen its fruits. Somaliland yet is the one standing today.
