  2. Ooooh, so shaydaan, the murderer is urging for somali unity, it's sad that even some are believing this. Ayoub (soler) pointed out that how some would even support the satan if he wrapped himself in the Somali flag, that is evident here. lol

  4. G. Caanood & Aaliyah, What is with you two? From reading your post, I sense hot and heated individuals. So without getting too carried away or emetional, it would be wise to first calm down, so we can discuss things in calm manner. Okay that being said. I am only a human being, an individual. I cannot determine the future of Sool or Sanaag, nor do I call the shots, however I am merely here just like you trying to anaylze things as they go about on the ground back home, way back there. For that apparent reason, ha igu qaylinina aniga, waxna ha igu cabaadina . In addition, I highlighted the steps in which Somaliland would need to go. When I say Somaliland, I am highlighting the areas in which was Ex-British Somaliland offcourse. In order for these areas to seceed, let us say that Sool and parts of sanaag don't want to seceed, then referendum would be taken and more than likely, as these areas don't make the majority, they would lose out and therefore Somaliland' case would go into effect. From that point on, the case would have to presented to the rest of Somalia, and they would have to also decide whether or not, they would have to legitimize the seccession of Somaliland. So, now, I am not saying that people of Sool and Sanaag have to be forced to join Somaliland, but I am simply highlighting how things would unfold. For that reason, dont take any emotions on me, simply discuss or present a point. Yelling at me isnt' going to make a case for yourselves. Thanks in advance, and please no offense or pun intended. Lastly, my dear brother GC, neither Northerner nor I support Riyale Kahin, we actually think he is full of it, he is an id1iot no question about that, and NO we don't back that idiotic statement made by Faysal cali warabe which he said 'boy in addis is closer to me than the one in Xamar' that is really absurd, neither of us back that up. However I don't get why you keep shuffling down on our throats, you need to stop that saaxibow. But you clearly support Abdullahi Yusuf, there is no question about that buddy, anyhow that is another topic.
  5. ^ maya maya, hada anaad xuduudkaygii soogashay waa kusidee. The difference between claiming and being truthful can be found or simply seen based on the persons actions. In this case, if we look of what Caydiid jr. had said, we could label him as uneducated cashier. However, the ICU were truthful for some apparent reasons. -They fought against the warlords regardless of qabiil. - They reestablished peace into one of the most lawless city in the world. That is not easy task awow, and could only be done or can be made possible by one one thing Islam, those men with cummad and gadh (waa haybad Allah siiyey eh) were truth men, Allah knoweth their heart, but they showed what they were made of through their actions. How do we know when someone is doing the right thing? let us examine that: - Through their actions, their accomplishments, deeds etc...the ICU scored very high on these areas. - they attract all evils, because all evils, enemies will try to place a block on their path so that they won't acomplish any good, Ethiopia intervening in Somalia, U.S ACgunships killing people is prime example to that. God bless the ICU abti.

So, I was right when I said, that you are ******** and you cannot defend your position or shall I say simply explain. You believed Yey is the biggest criminal/traitor that we have ever seen, yes that was according to you sir, yet you want him to safe Hargeysa from another bad *** like Riyale Kahin. So my dear hometown boy, without making excuses or perhaps playing around with my name, in fact my name can even be baruur or as of now Stealth, it doesn't matter for now. So go ahead please tell me or tell the whole crowd of your logic, ehem I mean 'logic' and the idiocy behind those remarks. [ May 13, 2007, 11:06 PM: Message edited by: Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar ]

That is what he tells to folks back home, been ayuu ka dhargiyaa dadka. He was a marine reserve, hence the word reserve. He took little basic training, then he was his own man, his actual occupation was a gas station worker (a cashier perhaps) when that Unisom mission started, that is the point where he was, then he left back home to join the USC. He is famous for one thing, the name caydiid which is left behind by his father. He persoanlly isn't an engineer nor a military colonel as he claims but rather a simple gas station cashier. Abdullahi Yusuf also took 11 month crash course of how to basically operate a gun, no where beign a military colonel himself. Somalidu biladaha way iska dhiib dhiibaan, maybe I should go back and cliam to be being a doctor, or perhaps a military officer, yes I do know how to fire AK.

The only difference between this Caydiid and that caydiid is he was a member of the TFG and now he isn't. Therefore, those who were trying to sugar coat his comments and were trying to defend him as a member of the stooge government are now saying, he is big time big L, just because he opposes the TFG. what a world we live in!!! 9. Originally posted by Libaax-Sankataabte: "same history, sub culture, dialect etc" Are you sure the man in Laascaanood isn’t much closer to Garoowe as far as " history, sub culture and dialect" is concerned? Hargeisa iyo halkaa fog maxaad ula aaday Daraawiishta? Nugaal baaban ku ogayne? first of all, what you said is reasonable, however it may come as a suprise to some of you that actually the folks in Laas Canood are more closer to Burco, the people in Ceerigabo are more closer to those in Dhahar as far as dialect, sub culture than those in Gorowe and Bosaaso. Yes, as far as qabiil you may say they are related. Again Qabiil isn't a factor here. But for 100 hundreds of years, they have been considered ul iyo diirkeed. You ask any brother/sister from Laas Canood of their relations to reer Burco, or those in Ceerigabo to their relations to those living in Badhan or Dhahar, they will tell you, their causins, aunts, iyo abtiyaal are from either ceerigabo, Burco and so forth. As I understand, the Nugaal was formerly known as Sool, today, however it's different state which has Gorowe as its state capital. The same can be said for one who is from Northern Galkcayo to one who is from Southern side of that city, they are more closer and have been ul iyo diirkeed for many years, and as such can be said are more closer to one another than those living in Xamar, Kismayo etc... Also, those living in Jabuti and those living in Awdal are related as far as qabiil, however, they have been ul iyo diirkeed with those living in Gabiley, and Western Hargeysa, and therefore are more related as far being integrating than those from Jabuti although they may relate qabiil wise. I hope you getting my drift abti. qabiil relations aside, there are many somalis who are actually closer to one another than even they are to their own kismen. The only thing that relates one from galkacayo to one from Laas Canood is qabiil blood, however the relations between one from Burco to one from Laas Canood goes far beyond that, as they have lived, intermarried for many years, thus have same sub cutlure, dialect, same ciiyaar (jaandheer) then any other somalis. Rudy, Okay brother, yes that list of one faith, one language etc.. has been overused. There are actually people who are living in Southern somalia, like the areas in Mark Cadey or around the shabeele rivers who dont speak the somali language that you and I can understand. I understnad this is totally different issue, but let us not forget that there are people who will fit in the category of Somalism and yet don't do things as you and I do things, are they not somali as well?
  10. The fathers of educaters came from 'British' Somaliland, including the father of tacliinta Maxamud Axmed Cali from Berbera. P.S, I don't expect for a coloniser to do any buildings for me, they were colonisers after all. ....and yes please do post that, so we can have fun time reading it, so we can see what convinced you to rethink about the whole history of pre 60s. lol Thanks in advance C.
  11. ^looooooooooooool....that is the funniest thing I have ever heard. Please put up those documents you have, let us see them. Who built Shiekh Boarding school? ...and what did Italy done in Southern Somalia, other than offcourse build churches and influence the populace deeply? Talk about bias filled creatues, dadkaas aan waxkasugaynaa. by the way, Somali national league (SNL) and USP were the ones responsible for the indepence which we took from Britain almost a week before Southern Somalia did. That is what history teaches, dunno know what Caamir's own version of history teaches though.
  12. ^Paragon's writings are based on logic, observation from personal level and mostly if not all, he nailed it or shall I say drove that one home. However, almost every nation on this earth has been colonised, yet whether or not that is the factor, Somalilanders of today want to go their way. In the year 1960, they joined the ex Italian Somaliland, not because they felt like it, but they understood the idea of establishing united, strong nation that consisted of the somali race, however one way or the other, it failed, due to the lack of people willing to plant that seed which would enventually grow and transformed into such wish we all had. Somaliwayne is noble ideea, however you are missing the tools (the people) who would attain it, and as such today Somaliland is better off then they were in the union under Siyad Barre. Unity can be traced or discovered in other ways such as having two states living side by side peacefully (coexisting), two states that would have common interest, a common enemy to fight or to counter, bussiness trade back and forth, or both populace to travel from one point to the other without a passport, simply because of having the somali identity to be the reason of the waver. ^^^ That is the option on the table Today from Somalilanders. However, if and that is big bold 'if', we start to blame one another, and the rest of Somalis climb both tall and short tree in order to deny Somalilanders of their right to self determination, then such option would be off the table and instead of coexistance, both states would be foes, rivals, and sworn enemy to one another. There each country would be weak, vunralbe to external enemies like Ethiopia. That is something we have to very cautious of and it really needs to be addressed and thought through if you are unionist of how to approach Somaliland, because you could be making an enemy for yourself. Now, how is this for a sound bite: No Somaliwayne, no problem. The current theme is Somaliwayne with borders if you are up for it. Aakhiro sidaas kuma seegayno, aduuna waxba kuwaayi mayno Insha Allah.
  13. Che, Have we always been united, I bet you heard about the UNION in 1960, havent' you? Well two parties gotten interested in each other, note two parties (present day Somaliland and Somalia). Sool and Sanaag were in the bandwagon of Somaliland, and thus share the same history, sub culture, dialect etc.. with the rest of Somaliland. As for Somalia, the present day Puntland and Southern Somalia made up what was the other 'party' which were involved in that agreement of the union. Pland and the rest of Somalia have the SAME history and experience, while the people of Sool and Sanaag have the same history and experience as those living in Hargeysa, Awdal, Togdheer etc.... Note: Qabiil isn't a factor in this.

If we deserved to be compared to the TFG, then what the hell are we waiting for? let us terrorize the somali race on our end, heck the TFG did and they are not more hated than us. Good response to Xiin. Neither boroma nor the Burco he used as examples hold their own version of history, however Somaliland does have history unique to it aside that from Somalia. Could it be that Xiinfaniin doesnt' know it?!
  15. Aaliyah, If referendum was taken today based on who want to secede in Somaliland vs. those who don't, what do you think the outcome would be?
  16. Paragon, great ideas from the man himself. I agree with it fully. waiting patiently for partII. Alamagan, It seems to me, we need little history lesson 101 for some1 here..
  17. Originally posted by Baashi: Baaruud, You are confused. Somaliland is here. They are our people. We disagree with the admin with their secession drive. We are not going to let them speak for those who are capable of speaking for themselves! No one hates you!!! There is no reason to do that. You just have to learn the fact that folks reasonable folks can and will disagree on matters of large importance. NO , I am not confused brother. The fact of the matter is no one is disputing or denying anyone their right to agree/disagree. I am not expecting you to agree with me nor from anyone else, however on what bases we disagree on and whether or not we use facts on our arguments is what I am after. How about if I write out bunch of lies and pass it along as if it's nothing but the truth. Shouldn't I have the right to counter that and even insult such low inteligence. Well that is the case with mr. me, he doesn't know what he is talking about most of the time. And he doesn't reason with facts majority of the time. I gave some precise example of his weak and mere fictional statements that he makes constantly. One of the is that he can't enjoy life in Hargyesa, because he believes he would be killed.. That is not reasonable saaxib and that is exactly what we are after here and are trying to tell him to stop lying about facts.
  18. Anyone who does is insane and a coward or too soft. History teaches us that you should endure all the hardships and later the victory is yours. It's xaq vs. Dulmi, we have the moral high ground, based on Xaq, therefore to give up or even think that dulmi has previaled is insane. In fact Prophet Muhammed wouldn't have led the battle of badr with such few men or any other battle after Uxud after the Muslims were defeated in that batle. The resistance shall continue until xaq prevails over dulmi.
  19. Sharmarkee, You are ciyaal ingriis too, all the akhyaar xagaas ayey joogaan ileen. waan gartay. As for the topic. I sometimes watch the British parliament debate, it's the most entertaining bloody political shout out now compare that to the U.S congress or senate meetings, boring. I think the guy is just tired of the critism, and why shouldn't he? It's Britain after all, I am sure Bush would have resigned long ago, if he faced the same critism. But bush's critics critise him over the media while in the UK, it's face to face, I don't think Bush is inteligent enough or as intelectual or even as good of speak as Blair. However Blair and the UK have to be there for their aliances such as the U.S, that includes making terrible decision such as joining war along side the U.S which had no bases whatsoever, the Iraqi war. Ms. Toni Blair is resigning as a result of this.
  20. Mr. Nayruus, While most of others are confused, I just thought I reminded you of somethings you said in some previous posts and some things you have stated against your newly found hero, wom you wish to safe or shall I say rescue your beloved city of Hargeysa from some godforsaken creatures. lol This is what you said about Ina Yey in another thread. Read your own vomit. After you do so, I would like a feedback from you explaining yourself, or are you that weak to even defend your own position!!!
  21. Biixi Saaxib, qowdhan wax ceeb ah maahan, they it's because of the tone of folks from this areas, though people think I am from Jabuti, because I talk so soft (no offense rer Jabuti). President Anwar Here is a picture from the coast of Zeylac It needs little developments, then look out.
  22. Xanthus and Jacaylbaro, I wouldnt' mind if the Duke says it or any other TFG supporter, because they have been consistant with their stances, however mr. Nayruus actually believes in the TFG, then sided against it and has been a huge supporter of ICU ever since, he is been refering to the TFG as Xabashi driven puppet regime, yet he comes out and says that the TFG will save Hargeysa, I mean come on. I am really concern for the well being of mr. Nayruus. Are you doing okay mr. Nayruus, healthwise I mean?
  23. Somali econ, relax man, the resistance is against the EThiopians, not you. Must you stick out for the Ethios dude. May victory end up in the hands of the xaq udirir Insha Allah.
  24. [QB] Originally posted by Xiinfaniin The other day I listened one of my intellectual heroes dismantle quite easily and with a marked civility about this notion of independence. His points were easy yet the man who was debating him could not handle it. Check Prof. Samatar’s discussion with Siilanyo. Where can I find this debate Xiin? adeero xiin Shall we poke our eyes out? Adeer, if Somalilanders say they dont' any part of second unity, then what debate lies here that we need to know. It's fact majority of somalilanders are pro seccesion, yes I am fully confident that if referendum was taken, that majority would be for it. I hope you think deeper and get hold of grasp of what is at stake here. You probably know the outcome of when one is denied their desires and wants. You being an individual from another region of Somalia, may not deny or even stand on the way of another from another region who wants to do things according to him/her way. Yes that includes following the international guidlines. If denied, disaster follows. Maybe I need to show you few clips from the protest in Hargeysa, Burco, Boroma, berbera, ceerigabo, when the PM of the puppet regime stated that he was in charge of Somaliland. You should have seen the reactions from the people, their voices are loud and perfectly clear, no need to rely on two individuals debating about it, the people want it to happen.
  25. Originally posted by me: So there are two options left. 1. a united Somalia and Somalis fighting together against the Ethiopians. 2. the status quo and waiting for the Ethiopian tanks to reach the North. The choice is yours. There you are wrong again. You could have Somaliland deciding its ways and Somalia having its ways also, however at same time be one people who have one common enemy to tackle (Ethiopia), one common interest (to prosper and live peacefull side by side) in the East Africa. This is a unity through the heart. Somaliland and Somalia can display different types of flags, different currency, yet can sign a treaty to protect and watch out for the other, this would also extend to Djabuti. It's sort of like somali aliance vs. the enemy of each. Three or more seperate entities which doesn't require a passport for any Somali individual to go from one to the other. This way no one would be disatisfied. A good solution at the moment.
