Laakin athigu wazzup with kaaga? lool Again these were no kids. they were all my age or older, I don't consider myself a child, though you just did. Aside from that, check ur own signature to see in the light of what perhaps those young men might have done.

I don't know about Canada. But the somali community here in Minnesota worked so hard to buy big space and turned into the biggest Masjid in Minnesota. This Masjid named Abu bakr as sidique is the core of the somali community in Minnesota. It has weekend Madrasas, Library, wedding hall, and massive space for prayers. They hired well trusted somali Sheikhs that are law abiding who would never dare to get involved anything that is against teh laws of this country. It just turns out that some young somali men decided from out of their right mind to go back to their country and join the struggle back in their country. these were young men, but not kids or under age. they all went under their own consent. Some snitches went out of their way (n one knows what they have to gain from it) and reported the Masjid to the homeland security department under the code of 'terrorist activities'. The FBI is investigating this, and so far no one has been found guilty of the accusation put forth by local somali snitches. Ladies and gents, these people have shamed us. We were all shocked when we witnessed somalis along side ethiopians in the war trenches, but non of us expected for them to go this low. The biggest somali masjid in Minnesota is in jeopardy.

so duke you finally acknowledge that alshabaab are serving justice. Alshabab is experienced now, they know what they are doing so i trust them. They have managed to deal with all the distractions and still continue to fight tough against the invaders. the kings of the hill indeed. Way dhaqaaqday koonfurna.

That is exactly what your likes did in Minnesota, snitch on the Masjids and you are in support of that just like duke aren't you?
-
Hunguri dont' tell me you are against him now?

Poltical harlots and snitches should have no ground to stand on, and least of all should not preach to anyone of what is wrong and right. Snitching on Masjids that the somali community has worked hard to buy and then send their kids to learn their deen is just the last drop. these people are done and they should be classified as snitches within us. Snitches>>>>>>>
-
Morales my foot. You are cyber boot licker of foreing invasion forces. Dont' preach to us about doing the right thing. that being said, if someone shoots someone, yes you should report what you have seen and not conceal it. That yes. But snitching on Masjids and saying they are recruiting Alshabab. That is not reporting.

Yh he should be in tommorow Insha Allah.

Those were no children. Remember the age that many somalis are registered legally is not their true age.

^^^good god Baashi mr. Kashafa supports all the resistance, but the most powerfull and effective one is Alshabaab headed by Abu Mansuur and Mukhtar Zubeir no doubt. That being said, worry not about mullah but worry about the whole Ethiopian army in your capital killing and harrasing the population. On the topic: Ups and downs through out this struggle. But one thing that Alshabaab has gotten right this time is that Southern Somalia isnt Muqdisho only. There are other areas and other lands that need to be liberated. Once these areas are cleansed thoroughly then it makes teh task of liberating Xamar cadey much easier.

This whole thread isn't about informing anything. It relates to the recent snitching in MPLS done some arogant somalis like you who have shamed the somalis both here abroad and at home. You gonna have to live with that. This isn't my thoughts only, this is how ordinary somalis in Minnesota particularly feel, about the people like your type.

Snitches must to go to hell. *My thoughts*.

Kenya, Somaliland, Tanzanian organizations win award for their work with disadva Written by STARS FOUNDATION Nov 12, 2008 at 11:48 AM Recipients of the 2008 STARS Impact Awards Announced The STARS Foundation is pleased to announce the three recipients of the 2008 STARS Impact Awards. The organisations from Kenya, Somaliland and Tanzania were selected for making a demonstrable difference to the lives of disadvantaged children and each will receive US $100,000 of unrestricted funding as well as consultancy support. The Awards recognise one recipient in each category of health, education and protection and the recipients are selected against a range of criteria which reflect the hallmarks of effective practice and demonstrate a positive impact on the lives of the children supported. Muna Wehbe, Chief Executive of the STARS Foundation said, “The STARS Foundation is delighted to announce the 2008 recipients. This year’s recipients share a commitment to good practice in their approach to working with children and show a strong focus on innovation and flexibility in addressing children’s needs with some truly inspiring results.” This year’s recipients are: HEALTH AWARD: Hargeisa-based Disability Action Network (DAN), selected for its innovative approach to ensuring that disabled children have access to medical and therapeutic rehabilitation services and are fully integrated into Somaliland society, in order to reduce the economic and social impact of their impairment as well as their vulnerability to poverty. EDUCATION AWARD: Nairobi-based Slums Information Development & Resource Centres (SIDAREC), selected for its innovative approach to improving the welfare of children and youth in slum communities through its provision of early childhood education, recreation centres and health services, with a goal to enable them to raise their standards of living and improve their community. PROTECTION AWARD: Moshi-based Mkombozi, selected for its holistic approach to stemming the tide of Tanzania’s street children by providing housing, education, research, advocacy, and outreach for vulnerable children and youth, aimed at ending their abuse and neglect and ensuring their dignity and rights. There was a very large response to the invitation to apply for the Awards, with a total of 150 applications received from 25 countries across Africa, of which just six organisations were selected as finalists. “Building on our success in Africa, we are delighted to announce the expansion of the STARS Impact Awards into South Asia, where we will continue to support organisations working with children. The 2009 Awards application form is available from mid-September 2008 and we urge all eligible organisations to visit our website www.starsfoundation.org.uk to find out more”,’ added Muna Wehbe. Applications for the 2009 Awards are now open to organisations in Africa and South Asia. Application forms are available in English and French by clicking here. Source: STARS FOUNDATION
