  1. Hindidu are so submissive. It annoys the hell out of me.. Even a Pakistani would turn around and beat the kid black and blue. Arabtuna dadka uma naxdo.... Grasshopper, where did you live?
  2. I can't stop watching her. Qacmahaagad leefaysaa. I love the way ay u shuurinayso when she says 'haye'. She's multilingual too, ciyaar mood!!!
  3. Waryaa JB. Adiga kuma dhegeysteen, sowdigii ii sheegi waayay in ay shaqooyinkii la xayasiin jiray bug ahaayeen. Ng, Apparently 'adeero' sheekadaa ma yaqaano 'la yidhi'. Laakin, if the need arises 'dawlada sare' ayaa loo mari karaa, waa bilaa abtirsi . Wax fahan. Anyway, SL waa sheeko dheer. My sights are set on ADEC now, bal waasta ii soo hel, yaa Emirati.. As for ancestory debate. Sheikh Abdullah Hakim Quick has done some interesting research on Islam in the Horn and while he does not address this issue directly, he describes the manner in which Islamic society was organised at the time. I found it fascinating as each area had their own lead sheikh - I could see how that eventually became reer sheikh fulan but Allahu yaclam. Whatever the case, Somali have benefited from the Arab link. Particularly, in the Khaleej.
  4. JB, dee XX weydii, sowka Maqrib, Iran iyo Salaaxlay mar qudha iga tuuray. LOL. Ng, I think it's more to do with who you know and connected to and if people believe in you, not necessarily your dna.
  5. She's so cute. Hahaha.
  6. Spent 6 Ramadans in the ME and it's not easy but you do get more opportunity to study and learn the deen. You're surrounded by the spirit of Ramadan and for that I think it's better to be in a Muslim country. Will be in the UK this year, don't think it will be that different in terms of hardship. Every place has it's spiritual challenges, tbh...

  10. Actually, not every woman wants long hair, that's a myth. Healthy hair, yes but length is subjective. Anyway a few tips. Deep condition once a week or soak hair in oil. If you wash your hair daily or regularly - try co-washing mostly, use shampoo once or twice a week. Brush / gently brush your scalp. Don't over do it on the heat and use protective styles -- braids, buns. Trim your hair once a month. Keratin products are good for hair. Drinks lots of water and eat well. On prenatal vitamins, they contain b vitamins and biotin which are essential for hair repair / growth, you can get biotin supplement on it's own. However, don't let the 'prenatal' label put you off-- they contain essential vitamins for all adults (RA for women in particular). I personally like them because they contain a higher dose of iron (which I need) compared to other multivits
