lol. Ha igu dirina Juxa. I have faith in her!
-
Juxa - ha ka war keento marka hore. I only sign up to initiatives that work. As for limits, I think some people have abaar mentality. If you tell yourself, aduunka dad wanaagsan ayaa ku yar, in la isku soo noqnoqdo like they do in Albert Square caadi bey noqoneysaa.
-
Indeed, Juxa. Zamzam, is such a lovely girl. And Abdi Bile has gone a few notchs in my estimation of him since last. Such a sweetheart he is. Bless him.

LoL. Ibts. I miss your madness. Juxa;855909 wrote: The notion of forever being married to one person is terrifying. The marriage contract should have a clause allowing parties to review their marriage once every 5 years with the option to OPT OUT That's not such a bad idea, ya know. Dare we try....LOL. As for the topic. No.

Ibts. Hana sheegin, but we just want use Wadani to keep her here. Shhhhh! Juxa, I guess Illahay khayr ayuu la rabay. It's sad what life she's going back to and the danger that awaits her. Illahay ummada Somaaliyeed ha u sahlo. Waa inoo caawa dear.
-
LOL. Juxa, ma waxaad leedahay aynu Wadani inanta u soo doono. Waa war fiican. Haye, Wadani bal gabaatiga ila soo gaadh, I'll be your tol caawa, waxaan odhanayaa inankayagu waa jac iyo bac.

History was made! The British press on Mo Farah's win.

I think it was Lazy who questioned his Somaliness after she could no longer question his athletic ability. As for the SL - Somalia debate, this sister has summed it up nicely. LOL. -
The later would be a British / American expatriat but wether they consider themselves that is another issue. I think people should be allowed to forge their own identities. I can see the distinction the guy is trying to make, but someone who was born or raised abroad can have a very strong sense of Somaliness due to their home environment. Either way, don't you stop being qurbojoog once you repatriated to your home country for good?

I was referring to the tongue in cheek garlic / vaseline comments, Chimera. I could understand that changes in self-preception occure but attraction in my opinion is slightly more complex.
-
Or... asking Sir Alex to give him a try. Legend!
-
confused @ why you're stating the obvious and why you chose to read half a sentence. Hungry?
-
Can't really comment on the bidaar-marriage thing but I strongly urge you to stay away from the weird remedies some are suggesting. A shiny, smelly head is not a good look. SOL is full of xasidiin. haha

Zamzam Mohamed Farah is an incredibly brave and inspiring young woman! I loved the compassion the London crowed have shown her, some of our Somalis surely need take a leave from their books...
-
Seriously? Shaqo yeelo, Oba. You've no business following her and dragging her status update all over the net. Waa Ramadaan, taada ku musuquul. SMH!
-
^of the year! Thanks Chimera. You really are a star!

Ethiopian ayaa maskaxda kaa dilay, Somalis have as much potential, sadly unlike them, we don't value sports as much. As for Mo Farah and the 5K forget that he is a Somali racing Ethiopians for moment and compare his personal best with theirs. As for liking GB, I don't think any of usBritons have asked you guys to, so you can relax!
-
LOL@we have a right to refuse to share Mo with Britain. Ha idinku taagnaato markaa. LOL. p.s Let me remind you that two days ago you were supporting Ethiopians against him.. Somalinimadiisa markaa waxba kulamey ahayn, bloody Glory hunter.

What's eating Faraax Brown and Lander? I don't get it! Heedhe, inanku waa inaga and so was that Canadian brother who no one is mentioning but IMO did well for a first event. Laakin Mo Farah is representing team GB at these games. Don't hate us for having the advantage of being Somali and Great Britons like our Mo, aye.LoL.
-
I'm with Che. Somaalis have a lot of potential but lack of facilities and also and more importantly a culture that values sports. To Somalis you're nothing until you win Gold. Legends aren't made over night! These poor kids didn't even have an opportunity to participate in a competition -- sending them to the Olympics to race against regional and world leaders was unfair but at least Somalis are present.. it's a start!

We had problems in the last few decades and this was a good session for Team GB. I'm really excited for what happens in the aftermath. If the powers that be want more medals, they need to invest more in their youth.
-
They have bigger ( and better) teams. Our goal was 4th position in medal table - we're 3rd. That's good enough for me.

Our Heptathlon champion. No one has worked as hard for her medal but like Mohamed she's a great athlete but down to earth about it!

Our lad Mohamed Faarah did it in style! Jess and Mo have done us proud!! What a great night for team GB. Can't wait for the Jamaican show down!
