  1. Aplus I partly agree....ENGLAND will LOSE. Sorry Londoners, coming this far is an achievment in it's self! Cushetic loooooooooool Its aight babes, if it's any consolidation, I feel like that sometimes! It's good to sit this one out on the fence... when the game is over you can pretend that you've supported the winners all along Jamaal and Shaqsi hey why don't we set a deal if Brazil wins i get something... if England wins you get nothing... what do say? Sujui and the rest it would be nice if an African team one.... I would love to see the Senegalies do their funky little dance and they deserve it!
  2. Wats up Nomads haven't payed for my services. I have to re-think about matchs! Athena, as a romantic  I am really into the idea of opposite attraction. You in my opnion seem like a die hard feminst and Mr J is well the complete opposite to that. At least you'll have some excitment in your life. I don't hate you! Shaqsi, i am glad that you liked my match with ya... but I am afarid the final decision lies with the lady herself. the last time I tried to fix barwaaqo up she ended up scratching my face .... Wildcats influence i guess lol Indho. sorry sweets, he is allowed 4 if he wants to. But, i am sensing that you really have a thang for him, so I'll put in a good word for ya ... you better get away from my comunities guy! Manaala  Me and Farah, we ain't opposite nor are we similare..... wadup with that. P.S I am taken, in if I wasn't I'd bug that brother in the communities section. Thnx hon. but I got my back covered. keep the craziness coming nomads
  3. This is the big one, doesn't it feel like the final.... I suppose all my Brits have been prepared for this moment since Monday. I celeberated the Occasion by wearing my cute Brazil T-shirt to work! Only to be met with subtle hostlity, i honestly believe that they would have kicked me out if my boss wasn't welsh. He natuarlly suported Brazil cos his team didn't qualify. For me, Brazil has always been a personal favourite for a number of reason, it is no denying that they are the best team in the world, and a mixture of their charisma on the pitch and the added bonus of having the finest men (I am think Roberto Carlos) on the tournament does increase their popularity. I remember actually feeling hurt, sad and blue when we lost to France last time arround. But now that it's playing England I am faced with a delima, not only do I feel a little inclined to wish the best for the boys in red, Beckham being a great influence in this but I simply don't want face prosecution from my family, friends and nieghbours should England lose. Lets face it the miserable sods deserve some brightness. I mean could you imagine England winning theworld cup, why London would be hyper and bizaarly happy. Wouldn't that be something? Then again, I don't think I quite fancy the idea of drunk English blokes blowing kisses at ya .... just because their team had won (not that they will). Truth is, we are set for week of emotional tourmoil in Britain wether we like it or not.. are other countries like that? Poor Becks will either be loved in an overly freaky British manner or be subjected to two months of abuse (I wonder where he'll run to this time arroud?) I predict that it will be close, but Brazil will most definately be kicking arse and I am a fraid the Brit boys will be sent back to nanny Elizabeth! What do yous lot think I'll leave yous share yur toughts whilst, I contemblate wether to chuck or show off my Brazil top
  4. No match for me, well I am gonna take matter into my own hands! I'll have that fine brother in the community section ..... U ladies know who I am talking about. I am not gonna mention his nick, cos I don't want to be responsible for any potential head injuries ...... I'd match: Honesita and Mataan Farah and WildCat (the brother needs some light in his life) Hibo and Jamaal Mr Jibril and Athena LST and 4 of the remainning girls Taqwa and College Girl Shaqsi and Barwaaqo Baydan and Jaber ........... to be continued P.S We charge a small amount for this match making service..... Please drop your Credit Card details in my Private Messaging Box
  5. Ladies, thats a little hard on the brothers walaahi. There are so many professional, well educated guys where am at. There are the faaraxs also, but in fairness we have our fair share of xaliiimos and few professional women. In al honesty, I have met more brothers that use their qualifications in work then sisters. So the ladies don't have much to brag about here! Instead of insulting and taking the piss out of another occupation, maybe we should think of ways of supporting the people. Also, did it occure to ya'll that perhabs the factory workers are studying at the same time, maybe they are supporting their three wives back at home. U don't know the situation, they may even be happy with a factory job, maybe they can't hack education (it ain't 4 everyone) .... so don't judge unless your prepared to change the situation yourself. no offence intended

  7. Maalaa congrats sis! Baydaan loooool Can U put one of them on reserve for me? Just incase aan wax waayo by 30. Miskiiin loooool Is that why I haven't seen your posts arround lately? An invitation to the aroos would have been polite dear ...... and hey, U know your not alowed 5 waryaahe! Back to topic! My ideal age seems to go up at every now and and then. It seems like list of things I wanna accomplish before I get married is growing, at this rate I might decide that my ideal age is 100 lol But honestly, I am only getting married when I find mid aan isu quudho .... my dad is cool with it and I've been avoiding my hooyo for about a year now lol
  8. I don't understand, since when did somalis start acting collectively? Perhabs, language barriers may make some seem 'afraid' of interacting with other races, others may be prejudice, some may not even get a chance to interact with with others. But does it matter, if some people don't like otehr nations or are afraid of them it is there problem individual problem sis, being Somali has nothing to do with this!
  9. The role of Women! Why, simply because it is one area that deeply interest me. I am not a feminist but I feel that it is important to be aware of those matters. Another area would be Family law and I suppose marriage falls under that also!
  10. Tamina, Great Suggestion, I'll look into that! Libin, Most definately, we need to do some more research and we can certainly learn alot more diciplinary practices from other cultures ... if only our people were more willing! Btw, You've made some really good comments! Anywways, beating might have worked in a society where every adult had the right to beat children, but it doesn't work in the society we live in now! All those who are in support of it, what is the point in instilling fear in your child? What happens when your beats looses its affect? Beating is only a temporary solution, your better of gainning the respect of your kid!
  11. loooooooooool@ Wildcat, its always a pleasure reading your off the wall remarks Lulla Like the chick said, ALL MEN are interested in womens body. However, their treatment of you is entirely dependent on your attitude and how you carry yourself. You can't make a dude uninterested in your body (why would you?) but you can divert his attention from your hibs to what you have got to say for yourself .... stay interesting otherwise, na mean? if he is not interested in your personality then GET rid of Him ASAP! Also, socialising with intelligent brothers instead of the 'pretty air headed type' (So many of them these days) does help lol As a bonus suggestion, why not take a time out from the boys 4 a while and do something more interesting .... Sorry, i don't mean to sound like granny , but I am not too keen on the idea of sisters preoccupying precious time on 'He who cannot be mentioned' - hope U don't mind WC) Hope that helps
  12. ameenah what u doing on my pc get out nayaa
  13. I would really be grateful if Somali parents find other means of diciplinning their children. i usec to work in a nursery (kindergarten) a while back and it was so difficult to get Somali kids to listen ... walahi, its like talking, shouting didn't make any sense to them. I once, after a tiring session asked a kid why he didn't listen... he said, ' bari hooyo ayaa keeneysa ul', meaning, if i don't listen, you can beat manners into me. That is so sad walahi, not only, was the kid was too cute to beat (he had his good moments) but it also makes dicipline really difficult for teachers. This lady was asking me if there are any services for Somali parents in this field, she was having difficulty with this Somali student, the parents just couldn't handle her. I am really into using behavioural psychology on kids.. positive reinforcements for good beahvior and negative ones for bad behaviour. Beating doesn't have long term affects and the kid is gonna end up hating you or picking uip bad habits. Children are more intelligent then we give them credit for. I adults treat them with respect, whilst maintainning authority, we might just get the same in return ...... Islam doesn't encourage the beating of children, does it? my two pennies worth, Salaaaaaams
  14. Not hard at all. Hard bit is fighting off (not literally, mind you ....) all those aggressive xaliimos No, honestly there are a lot of fine, educated decent ..etc..etc. brothers out there, U just gota know how to deal with their oversized egos. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with an egocentric type of dude, it's when they show unease with your over sized egos that they begin to annoy me. And those agressive xalimos too lol (my, have sisters changed) May be you should move city .....
