Africaown, you're becoming a bit of a broken record with that accent thing. Jacphar, no complaints here just poking fun at an awkward TV moment.

Jacphar, waxa la yidhi waa mid yaroo meelahaa carara lol

Only in America.. Haha. http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/video/2013/feb/26/mo-farah-us-tv-video

Inkaari idinku dhacday, urubna wey ka bilaabeen waxan. Uff!!

^True, but the cost is always worth it as shoes, clothes are more comfortable for the child and last longer – it sorts of balances out in the end.

I'm not on 'joking terms' with you, so fight the urge to tag along, aight?

Nuune, Faanka waa nala ka bidiyaa, ma ogid. Haha. I doubt anyone who genuinely wants info on Burco would rely on a few pics on a forum. OdaySomali, You've excited the cayayaan with that PM comment, please calm them down and clarify that I, Blessed has never sent you a PM, let alone threats.

Alpha.. there's no need for a declaration of love, inaadeer. Caadi iska dhig! Nuune, PR on a forum?

^That wasn't directed at you. It is a "tiny needle" from space and not a huge town on earth either.. .

That's an interesting website, Chuba thanks. I don't feel pressured at all and I don't let my girls watch any channel that would advertise to kids, ethics aside, their programmes are usually of low quality content, anyway. I actually didn't buy the girls any toys this year because 95% of the stuff on the market are overrated and useless and thankfully my princesses agree. It's better to encourage kids to play with real things and make something of nothing (i.e junk modeling), play together - my girls can go all day playing drs, teachers, etc. and we also have a wii (bought 2 years ago) that comes out in the w/end and school holidays. They also get treats / day out, trips on special occasions. I think that I spend a bit too much on books which I probably need to work on. Clothes: we buy what they need, it was hard for me at first because little girls clothes are so cute but they outgrow them before they even get a chance to wear them and I've also learned that quality peices (not neccesarily expensive) go a long way. As for ready meals, that's typical cadaan people stuff, no? I think, I will give the kiddie or *packed lunch* snacks a miss as well. Our biggest expense in the desert is the schools / nursery fees, Allah, it hurts but Inshaallah it will be worth it.

LooooL @ Ismahand. You've got jokes today, Sayidow. I think early marriages work for smart, mature youngsters but they would need extra support from their parents, even financial. Its another ideal that would solve many of our contemporary problems. Nuune, waad gabyaysaa maanta, saaxib. I demand that you categories and bahdil the men as xaal maarin!

Sheng Nu sounds like noodle soup but is much better than Nuunes "waan bakhtiyay" malarky. In terms of women who want careers, I think it's "ideal" to get married 25/ 26 plus by then you'd have established yourself firmly in your career and are still young enough to not worry about ticking clocks and stuff. Offf course the best time to get married is when you find a decent man/ woman that you can live and build dreams with....

I hope that you find your way out of Saudi. . BTW, if no one comes through on SOL, you can always order online directly, there's a shipping company in the ME which provides you with a US/ UK address, this gives you access to local deals and bundles your order=lower shipping costs. This could be a workable alternative for you.

Raula, Juxa will represent me or I will disown her. My cousin does the avocado treatment, I'd rather eat to be honest. I've never heard of nail polish being toxic before.

Chubaka.. I'm an oil girl, I can't take creamy moisturisers. My favourite brand is Sunsilk but haven't seen it in London yet.. p.s I take no responsibility for any lettuce deprivation experienced by SOL families.

Incredibly inspiring family, Masha Allah. http://www.bet.com/video/blackgirlsrock/2012/acceptance-speeches/dr-hawa-abdi-and-her-daughters-social-humanitarian.html

Aaliyah, you can always over dose on biotin rich foods. Speaking of food for hair growth, my sister in law told my LO that eating lettuce will make her hair grow, she's been eating so much of it since.. lol Rahima, my hair is brittle at the ends as well, I was thinking of going for a big chop.

Ma jin baa liqay postkeeda?
