  1. LOL@SANKA, the article is very entertaining and upbeat, but it will not make me become a believer of Obama anytime soon. Hypothetically speaking, the writer is full of BS. Even with this give away of states in favour of Hilary, he is still managed to give 40% margin to obama , in which in turn makes hilary share the delegates, so the end result will favour obama ofcourse. The man who wrote this article is full of cr*b, and he ought to go wipe his face with the same wet towel he used to wipe his behind. PS:I never give up period and especially to something I truly believe in, and I believe in Hilary, Hilary C for president
  2. I read this article today, it was an interesting read. This notion that S-Land (which is flying around this section of the forum lately)has more of a chance to get recognized now than ever before is ludicrous. Had siad Barre regime existed today(with a successor ofcourse), and had the south, my home away from home was exceeding above all expectations, and we were prospering as a nation, would we sit here discussing the relevance and irrelavance of somaliland? The answer is no, and a big fat no at that. S-land has transformed itself once the opportunity presented itself. It was at the cost of our self destruction, which the landers played a part in it but that isn't to say that I am putting all the blame on our northner brothers and sisters. I applaud them for picking themselves up and bringing about economic and security stability in that part of the country. I love all of somalia, from south to north, east to west, but the reality is that you are part of somalia, and you will forever be part of somalia, as much as you would like to distance yourself from us@landers. No one faults you for moving ahead on your own, without your brothers and sisters from the south from all those yrs ago, but at the same time, that itself doesn't deserve this recognition you so desperately seek. If we let you go on your own today, soon every tuulo will be making demands to the world that they too deserve recognition. What then will become of the horn and history as a whole? If somaliland is close to recognition, I do want to make an announcement today. Bisha ayoo tahay March 4th, 2008. I want my nation, the DubiousnimoLand to declare its on sole indepedence from somalia. Our people, the dubiouslicious, as we would like to be referred to would want to outdo the likes of the so called maakhiris, the puntolions, the landers from the rest of somalia. DubiousnimoLand is unique from the rest of those jokers, because we will promise to keep our word that once somali weyn gets back on its feet, that we will unite with them, until then we want to separate ourselves from the rest and we ask the Bush administration, before it leaves office to grant us this tiny request, its not much, so go ahead and recognize us. Yours truly, Dubiouslicious, the ordinary
  3. It is all about the horse race fellas. It is about the ratings and the TV drama. The mainstream media will do anything to keep this fight going for months to come. LOL@sanka, you are letting your nerves get the best of you wallaalo. The media will go where the news is. Obama has taken few weeks all to himself, and I didn't see you complaining about all the attention he had gotten over the past few weeks, it was just fine by you. The moment the attention is shifted to Hilary, you cry "foul", and thats just ridiculous. Media out to focus on that scandal brewing on the obama camp, one of his fundraisers in court? BTW, how do you expect the news networks to remain competitive in this business, if not through ratings? PS:Hilary appearing on saturday night live, john stewart, she is just on a roll.(didnt watch the john stewart segment yet) Jack Nicholson endorsing her? watch out hollywood has spoken when they voted for her in california, and hollywood are still speaking for hilary, read my signature, and that will sum it all up caawa
  4. LoL@"did the TFG know" I think the TFG found out about the same time as I have, over breakfast on "goodmorning america".
  5. Call me crazy, but this picture of John Mccain apologizing on behalf of crazed lunatic they call Bill Cunningham seems a little too fishy for me to believe. This idea that Mccain had no knowledge of who put bill in the campign rally, yet is ready to apologize to his opponent on his behalf tells me it was a bad charade gone bad. McCain wants the american people believing that he is this honest, respectful candidate who doesn't tolerate such ill behaviour, but yet his camp has invited the poor creature just to do that. Either Mccain is incompetent and doesn't know much about how his campaign is run, or he is really setting Obama up in the general elections, but I will go with the setup because I really don't believe John Mccain is that naive. Who doesn't know the list of names that will speak on your behalf at your campaign trail and their history? He was good enough to be invited to speak on his behalf, but this uplifting speech towards the crowd was just too much for Mccain to take? ""Now we have a hack, Chicago-style Daley politician who is picturing himself as change. When he gets done with you, all you're going to have in your pocket is change," Cunningham said as the audience laughed." In response to John Mccain disassociating from Bill Cunningham after those comments, bill said "Did John McCain repudiate me? When he didn't hear the remarks at all? He didn't hear them. He just threw me under the bus to the national media," Cunningham said on local radio station WLW. "I've had it with McCain. I'm going to endorse Hillary Clinton. I'm going to throw my support behind Hillary Clinton." Sanka, I guess John Lewis switching candidates won't make much of a difference, after all, he didn't do it because he believed in obama, but that he was pressured from his own district, in other words, public pressure sure works. In all honesty, good old conservatives can't even speak their mind, unless someone has their head on a platter in these elections. Everyone gotta tiptoe around obama, thats bs. Its back to canadian politics for me, atleast I know what to expect of them. PS:Mr Mugshot, lol@i am so biased and making up stuff. I can say the same about the obama's click in SOL, led by Sanka There is not much to make up, the man is weak, and he showed it lastnight just how weak he was. He wouldn't even stand on his own toes and say, "Listen hilary, I denounce what farakhan's believes are regarding the jews, but I will not fall for your tactics and change my wording" instead, your candidate fell right in and did do exactly what hilary wanted him to say, so excuse me, but you either take a stand, or you dont and he is definitely a flip flopper, and this is just the beginning dear Mr Mugshot.
  6. Pujah, you can catch most of the debate on its repeat format whenever its aired again, but its clear to me now that you only saw what you wanted to see. After the question was asked to Hilary first, and Obama second, I recall him saying yes, I agree with hilary regarding preparations being done and so on and so on, then campbell brown came back at him and recalled a statement he made previously talking about how he will hold meetings without a condition, then be backtracked and said, yes, that but preparations and such has to be in place before that can happen, and ofcourse went along and said a bunch of load after, as usual. If you believe he didn't agree with her, thats one thing, but him saying he agreed with hilary that preparations need to be in place before he meets up with castro junior and such or kim from north korea, tells you just how much of a flip flopper he is. He is worse than John kerry, kaas aba anyday qaadanaa The very idea that he is willing to sit down with dangerous leaders and beg for mercy tells me just how weak he is. He plans to beg his way into the presidency.
  7. Yaabka Yaabkiisa, ignorance is not an excuse eedo. Just because you don't know something, doesn't mean it doesn't exist, and I will not do your homework for you. After all, you are the poster, so dig up the info, start asking around and you will find answers.
  8. ^no one said they are of no value. Ulema's have been here long before and will continue to be here for a very long time, that won't change. Just because it took "some" many yrs to digest the teaching of islam, vs a young gunner like the man above who wasted no time, doesn't mean he doesn't have credibility. Khayr, I guess you will never be happy, even those preaching good aa beef la leedahay.
  9. Yaa waaye, laxda post-keyga delete kusameyse. MMA, you better inaad cyber faataxo sameyso, don't let me find out you were behind that, bitter old soul. Baashi, afdheeridaada too much ayeye noqotay., Incase you didnt get a chance to read my early post, I said you need to grow up and keep your afdheerkaaka to yourself, unless you want inaan mouth wash kugu qubeeyo.
  10. ^dude, when hill was on his prime, he had done too many one hand dunks on players for me to count. Best open court player I have watched in my life time. He use to be a very good complete player, his mid range shots were unbelievable. The silly answer to your silly question is no, I don't recall a memorable dunk that lasted me this many yrs, I probably won't be remembering the dunks I watched this year in another few months. I do however I am very disappointed with the blow out game against pistons, suns were a disgrace, humilitation kasii daran. PS: You keeping an eye on my philly team? They hot as hell, but not sure how much longer they will keep that final playoff spot with chicago creeping right behind, unless your carter gives up, that means they fall instead of philly
  11. Che, ofcourse people tune to preachers, after all he is a parttime preacher, fulltime motivational speakers. Sometimes I am lost in his so called speeches too, until I stop myself and say, did I not hear him say this very same line a while ago? How many times would he use the "raised by single mother" line? Or speak about the same very couple he ran to and their sick child? C'mon, the question of your thread should be why is obama's speechwriter sleeping on the job?
  12. I don't know if its you or huckabee talking@at your title thread. The delusional old man is still at the mercy of a miracle and he has the nerve to say this is bad for the democrats than the republicans, thats a load of crab. Ralph Nader isn't running the 2000 elections, those days are behind us. The man is given too much credit, with the news of sunday that he will be running, so what? Let him run, if anything the heat is on Mccain and the republicans with this announcement. A man who is at odds with his on party, too many accusations flying, even thought the white house would like to play big bro on affairs that aren't their own, when it comes to NY times story. On the other hand, Huckabee is convinced this won't be problematic for his party, one who still thinks that "through miracle, he can infact gain the votes needed to secure the republican nomination"
  13. Yaabka, I have a problem with the title of the thread. Where did you get the notion that there are only rich guys in the somali community and not rich women? If I were u, I wouldn't start segregating the sexes.
  14. ^The accusations have some merit, he didn't have any decency to even deny it. According to MRS C "Obama "is continuing to send false and discredited mailings with information that is not true to the voters of Ohio," Clinton said. He is a liar and instead, he said "there is nothing in the literature that is false" Obama kept preaching how he will not resort to dirty politicking and just as much as people are pointing fingers at Mrs C's camp, obama's is just as bad if not worse.
  15. Socod Badne, you are still@it haye. What is wrong with modernizing the religion? I wouldn't mind being part of his congregation. Waa worship in the 21st century.
  16. lol@Sanka, good news all around eh? Did anyone see the saturday night skit of last week's debate? Pure comical waaye, I couldn't help but laugh out loud when I watched it on youtube. Funny as hell
  17. lol, I don't watch supermodel, but my sister was going nuts over it when she saw Fatima on her favourite show. Fatima looks burned, I really hope the show will transform her look, that curly hair needs something to do, it just isn't right for someone to leave their home, much less appear on tv looking all jacked up like that. Ofcourse, I am not hating, just showing my love to her, but forreal, more power to the sista. I hope she goes far in the contest. I am pulling for her, atleast she is keeping it real, and letting the self-righteous lot know that just because she is on tv and barely is wearing any clothes, doesn't mean she is giving her goodies out as well.
  18. lol@marcas, yes it does appear that way.
  19. MMA, thats just it, adiga mature adult ma tihid, and its true that admin is a bigger man than you will ever be. Just because you calling her ciyaal, doesn't make you a mature adult yourself, ee MMA meel iska fadhiiso. I can't believe inaad maanta tiri banadir folks aka reer xamarka oo all their lives second class citizens ahaayeen are the true xamari folks and mogadishu belongs to them? You telling me my family's former biyoosooyiin(servants) are now the true citizen of xamar? thats laughable MMA, but warka iska sii wad. kk Ee fiiri hee marka ani hada a fake Louis Vuitton bag intaa soo qaato, madhihi karo it is the real deal...I could be glad I have a bag that looks like an LV bag, but I know it isn't real...S/land is the same as the knock off LV bag I got sxb, runta aan isu sheegno for a minute lee, then lala land isaga noqo... love the analogy, only kk, a true fashionista aa waxaas berber dhigto.
  20. While, Clinton is trying to attack Obama on a personal level, for instance when she said how when one supporter of Obama was asked why he supports Obama he couldn’t come up with one reason on why he supports Obama. ^ I am glad you brought that up, because I had forgotten all about it. She had a valid reason to bring it up on the debate because the "supporter" she was talking about on tv was none other than a state senator Kirk Watson of texas, who appeared on MSNBC earlier on the week and the host of the show asked that since he is a obama supporter to name "some of obama's legislative accomplishments" and ofcourse the senator had no answer, not a single answer. Later on, the senator said that he blanked out because he didn't expect the question, he figured he would be asked something about the primaries and such? You either know who you are supporting or you are going for the hype, and Obama is today's news, everyone jumped on his bangwagon because everyone else was going that route, so please, at the end of the day, you can't fault hilary for bringing it up. We are not talking about ordinary people, we are talking about lawmakers who don't know jack about their candidate, and thats why I said he is some sort of a celebrity more than anything and americans don't know any better, and if that is the type of man they want holding office, so be it? The truth is, americans wouldn't be this interested in these primaries and caucasus if the media courage wasn't overwhelming. This is a bad case of paparazzi and britney spears. Her face is blasted everywhere, including magazine shelves at the grocery store. Even if you are not a tablod fan, you have no choice because its in your face constantly and thats what obama is, the britney spears of politics of today. The american people have no choice but to go with the candidate with the most hype, they just don't know any better, so why should anyone respect their choice of candidancy?
  21. I am not sure if you guys watched the most anticipated game of the week, Lakers Vs Suns, but I caught most of the second half, but I really did want to come home early to catch from beginning to end and it didnt work out that way. To start it off, I haven't seen so many facial dunks in one game, forget one quarter, but one game for a long time now. It was high intensity game, up and down the court type, exactly as suns wanted it. So Having caught up most of second half, in other words, catching early on 3rd quarter and most of 4th quarter, I just couldn't miss a moment, each second, each minute was just heart bounding. The best of the facial dunks was Kobe dribbling from behind the free throw line past his defender aka Raja Bell, going into the lane and reaching up high and dunking with one hand on amare stoudemire and passed boris diaw, two big players. I appreciated that dunk the first time I seen him do, I didn't need that replayed@all, it was a moment alright. Another highlight was the nash pass to shaq for dunking with two of his hands, it was powerful but not as electrifying as the kobe facial. Amare had facials as well, but he had facial dunks that was done on him and around him then he dunked for that period of time. Gasol facial was also deserved standing ovation. Enough about that defeat, and well deserved if I might add, but the boston vs Suns showdown from lastnight, I have yet to watch, because I recorded it. I dont want to know the score at all until I have time to look through that game, but I am sure it was something just because kevin garnett is in it, cant wait to watch it, hopefully soon. The thursday's news of clevaland and chicago trade, it seems to me that chicago loaded up on young cats, even thought much isn't expected from larry hughes, but for goodness sake, they got gooden for barely nothing. Considering that Ben Wallace was just non factor since he got to chicago, and chicago having young cats filling that position, they really didn't lose much on his trade, if at all, they gained extra body, one that is very effective, if Gooden put his mind to it. Cleveland after all did go thinner, instead of thicker. I don't know how much west will contribute in the backcourt from the sonics, or joe smith. Joe Smith has his on/off moments, so I really won't hold my breath when it comes to him, just wait and see type. I would very much be interested to see the chemistry between Lebron and Ben Wallace, maybe this could become one of the best one-two duo in the league, but will see. Thats it for now, mr PM, I am sure you have time to check out the blogs and such during working hours...
  22. Dear Ngonge; You can sell me, "what, what in the world you are talking about" nonense all you want, but I will not buy that. You either read my prev. post and intentionally ignored the point I was getting across, or you really don't know how to read very well.(I recall you once accusing me of such nonsense) I did clearly state on my previous post that you can agree/disagree with the subject, but under no circumstance can you attack the person's character. Remember, its the individual'ss ideas that are in question, not the individual him/herself. You can spin it anyway you like, but you will never convince me that anyone has a right to get personal based on a disagreement, thats pure BS. Now, as for your distasteful remark regarding my like or dislike towards The marc, that is beside the point, its weak and you need not try that, but better luck next time Ngongeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Getting back to MMA, what's so special about your nickname? After all, it is just a nickname. My two instances weren't directed at that prev. thread regarding the names of the wasiiro or your lack of support for the same loyalists who devote their free time to our government and our nation as a whole, all along while you sit on your behind doing nothing but criticizing them. The two instances I brought up were displayed right here in the general section, some time ago, and therefore, no I do not recall the specifics of the threads, but I do recall you posting it. If you want proof, you need not look further, just dig up the old archives, too LayZie to do it myself. PS:If you have a problem with me defending the Honorable Mrs C, you need to voice those concerns in the thread that Sanka opened, and not cry it in here. I am sure you would get a kick out of my latest signature, Enjoy@MMA
  23. LOL, ma fahmin miyaA? sam iyo sammy waa alias dee, far waaweyn maa rabtaa inaan wax kugu qoro. That reminds me, magacaaga waan ilooway, KK this and KK that waa hadda kadib.
  24. Odayga waa la dharbaaxay, hahaha, thats comical. Even if this story is true, you can't help but laugh out loud.
