let me contribute AMAZING TUNA AND EGGS Ingredients: 1/2 red onion chopped (can use a regular onions but not as good) 2 cans of Tuna (drain and rinse in strainer gets rid of A LOT of sodium) 1 whole egg 2 egg whites 1/4 cup tomato diced 1-2 tbsp honey Dijon (can use mustard and ketchup instead) Tsp rosemary Cayenne pepper (to taste) Cooking spray or light amount of cooking oil (canola, olive) Beat the eggs first Spray pan with cooking spray and heat 1 min. at medium-high. Add onions and satay for 1-2 minutes. They should just start to soften up then add the tuna and stir it all around in the pan. After a minute add the rosemary and tomatoes, turn heat down to medium, and continue stirring. Add some of the honey Dijon and Cayenne pepper. When the tuna begins to brown, add the eggs and scramble everything together for 2-3 minutes. Add a bit more Dijon, and reduce heat to low for another minute. Turn the heat off, and remove the tuna and eggs from the heat. Sprinkle dill over top, and cover for 2 minutes. Now it's ready, stir it all up once again and it's ready to go. Calories: ~370 | Protein: ~70g | Carbs:~0-5g | Fat: <10g PS. this is only for guys who wanna get jacked lol If you're dieting you can portion this out easily. The fat and carbs are VERY low Note: try it on a toasted bagel, and melting cheese on top. it also mixes well with rice. Enjoy!
