The only 2 acceptable reasons for a man to cry are: 1) The loss of his parents/loved one. 2) When thinking about Allah (swt) and the hereafter. Never mind the above ranting, I'm not a night person. A slightly better explanation: As long as you're alive you've got a second chance, whatever you wish to improve/change. It's never too late.
