  1. Not exactly sure how you came to conclude that from what I wrote I did not conclude anything, I merely asked a question. What the hell is wrong with people, can yall read?? For a man to complain about the content (especially as they are relevant issues) is really unnecessary and irrelevant. I dont think comparing two topics[The contents if you must] side by side, consitutes as a complaint. But hey! What we call playas in modern faraxland,Tihihi ^^ This simple line created all this[below] Thank-you for proving my point. Nowadays, Somali polygamists are basically seen as playas rather then caring Muslim men who want to dissolve the dilemma facing the many husbandless Muslimahs . You said it not I, playas many are. It’s the attitude of our culture to the whole practice of polygyny, which irritates me. Our culture and in particular our men have warped it into the negative. I remember once watching a muxaadara of Sh. Cumar Farooq and he was basically telling the men that to have just one wife meant that they weren’t real men (when Islam teaches that to stay with one is actually better) and that the man with more wives than you was better. Ever since then, anything to do with women, Sh. Cumar Farooq is branded with red in my books. Sh. Cabdicaziiz Xassan Yacquub and Baqolsoon (Rahimuallaj) are my favourites Walle men & Women are different. My apologies dearest. Koob shah?
  2. This is a women’s forum and we will discuss matters of concern to us, whether tampons or butt firming exercises. If you don’t like it then don’t open the thread brother- quiet simple really So topics in this section have to be started solely by women? The above topic by Xiin involved women. It contained Loyalty, discipline iyo characteristics of a polygamist[What we call playas in modern faraxland,Tihihi]. You know it might actually be beneficial to some xalimos who do not mind Polygamy. So dont shoot it down yet, just becoz its not appealing to wonderful Rahima:)
  3. Eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, seafood, and honey to maintain your stamina. Don’t smoke. Smell good. Be diligent in brushing your teeth LooooL. True playa People what the hell is Habad sowda?
  4. Please explain how it would contribute to rape? An explanation is normally required when someone makes an assertion. I merely asked a question from a statistical point. I therefore dont see the need to expound on this matter. I have catagorically agreed with you on who is at fault on this issue. No woman has to get blamed for the acts of a perverted individual. However; In my opinion i beleive that if prooven,Even by the smallest margin, that the way a woman dresses triggers off the mind of a rapist, then indeed every woman should pay attention. By merely saying that a perveted psychotic man should control his desires at the risk of getting raped,is indeed a devil-may-care attitude.
  5. "women should cover up so as to NOT turn on men and therefore get raped by them"... ^^ Absolutely postively in no way should the woman be blamed. If this is solely about Wrong vs Right, The Spin should stop right here. As there is no argument For this. But if its about what contributes to(Factors) rape & debating about wether dressing provacatively is one of the Many factors that leads to rape, then we have a debate. The larger question is: Is there a chance(Even a 2% chance) that Dressing in a certain way contributes to rape?
  6. Putting the blame on the woman victimizes her all over again, not only is she raped by the offender, but by the justice system/society as well. And we wonder why most rape cases aren't reported. ^^ You are 100% right. She shouldnt be blamed for being a rape victim. The issue is(Reasonably speaking)being careful & dressing responsibly. The key is to having a positive outlook on the prevantative measures to be taken to curb rape. It should not be about The man,as any man who rapes is definetly pyschotic and deserves his balls roasted on a grill & serve it to the dogs, prefferebly with a tortilla bread. As well as adressing dress codes,it also comes down to attitudes. "I am not gonna do this becoz its my right" among many other things, aint gonna cut it. Your local police,Rape awareness organizations, & neighborhood watches always advice women not to walk alone, not to walk alone in the dark/alleys ,to protect themselves with mase(sp) & many other methods to reduce the chances of rape. Its better to be safe than sorry they say. If indeed its prooven(And it has been to some extent) that dressing provacatively has lead to rapes, why in the world would any woman question it? If the argument is simply about it being wrong, then it is a simple one; Of course it is,but if we are to adress on how to reduce rape cases down to minimum numbers, i say We should explore every concievable prevantative measure. Just remember you do not have control over pyschotic people, But you have control over where you go, what you do at the places you go & certainly what you wear at some of the places you go to.

  9. Great!, issues affecting somalis cannot be commented about in a somali website eh? Hey,Heres a fantastic idea: Jump on peoples' throats for expressing shock & sadness towards fellow somalites & while we are it, lets also shut down peoples' opinions shall we? Statistically speaking,This is a shocking matter, not to mention a sad incident. Somali kids shooting police officers is not something that happens daily, certainly not in bradford. So lets stop acting as if this is the "Norm" for us. Its not. It’s a shocking & sad event for the families of the kids & the entire somali community in the greater UK area. Yes Of course, every HUMAN being is capable of commiting crimes, we are not immune to it. But heck yea it’s a shocking & a sad incident. Better yet, no one should be sanctioned for expressing shock(Am actually shocked that people are shocked that they should be shocked). Further more, How many times have we seen even in communities that have high crime activities even express shock and sadness at such stuff. How many times have we seen people appear on TV saying things like: "He was a nice kid", "We never thought he would do such stuff". "Its shocking & Sad for this to happen in this community". "He was a regular kid"(Even tho' we know he robbed store #1131 on the corner of campton & 84th). Universal Rule: One expresses shock & sadness when unthinkable crimes are committed by one of their own.[Even if people knew it was coming]. Why must we ? Why o why??
  10. All this apology(or backhanded ones) talk is quite amusing. People do not apologise for opinions(Flawed or not). They retract from a postion(s) if they accept that it was wrong/flawed.(As is the case for this Nur-Gate scandal). Sheqqow, frankly speaking I think you should promptly stop addressing on this issue . You need to focus on spreading Da'wah and the good work you have done in the past. We are not getting any thawaab out of this back & forth accusations & counter accusations. PS. This is all my opinion, Do not expect me to apologise for it.
  11. ARE we already there at the judgement stage? even a typo gets us going? Okey,The tiny but red part of your answer (yeah, that single word)floored the rest of it, and with that went your client´s questioning of my Role and all the pandering that followed. My conclusion: Ladies and Gentlemen,my Client has a huge heart, but her heart is not a whore. This is what my clients thinks LooL.Thats it. This is even sillier than i thought it might be.
  12. ^Indeed. Whereas the topic [Look up this word in my responce] was abt sheh,eh Jay & its Git-er done[Look for the 'Git-er'in my signature].comprende Amigo?

Thats what i was saying. The Gov. iLLinois[A republican], came under fire sometime back becoz he let go of some brothas coz the DNA results showed them innocent. The death penalty does not favor the poor and the disenfranchised, Time and time again we have seen rich people lawyer their way out of the electric chair[Read,OJ simpson,Robert Blake among many], while the poor get executed.A very good example: The Somalis beheaded in Saudi Arabia.

  17. I'm all for capital punishment (whether it's proven to work as a deterrent or not). The victims must get their justice. I was for Cp for a long time,But i changed my mind when i found out that over 2/3 of the people on deathrow were black males. [& Yes it has everything to do with Race]. Half of these[black] men on deathrow were found innocent after DNA tests proved that they didnt commit the crimes they were accused of. Racist detectitives, prejudiced public prosecutors, faulty witnesses & a racially unbalanced jury coupled with an already racially F%^%^D up judiciary system made men to go to the electric chair. Untill otherwise caught red handed or irrefutable evidence comes forth, i just dont beleive that someone else shhould have that much power to kill someone else. Till then, 'Life' it is for me.
  18. How about the name of this section! Any suggestions? This I believe cannot be used for obvious reasons. What you guys think "Sideey ILatahay..." Thank me later, and lets move on... Bisharo, I copied it & i have it saved. Contact me
