I aint leaving this mutha[E-Merica].Matter of fact,i plan on moving to a place called New-York Fake[Faarax]Blue, I was lookin at yo signature,right?[below].. Bury me smiling. With a kitaab in my pocket. Have a party on my funeral. Let everybody rock it I.The shroud[Karfan, duh] has no pockets...so place the kitaab on your chest? II.No music in a funeral[unless you are a Dinka, that would prolly explain the Blue skin ] III.You have no choice when you wanna die,so you cant just smile and die when you wish to In conclusion; You dont wanna die,you are scared of death -
Originally posted by Hizb_UK: A virus called WORK There is a dangerous virus being passed electronically, orally and by hand. This virus is called Worm-Overload-Recreational-Killer (WORK). If you receive WORK from colleagues, boss or anyone else via any means, DO NOT TOUCH IT. This virus will wipe out your private life completely. If you come into contact with WORK put on your jacket and take two good friends to the nearest Cafe. Purchase the antidote known as Shaqo-Hater- Against-All-Xtrawork (SHAAX) or Can't-Operate -For-F***ing-Employer (COFFE). Take the antidote repeatedly until WORK has been completely eliminated from your system. You should forward this warning to 5 friends. If you do not have 5 friends, you have already been infected and WORK is controlling your life While That anti-dote may help in curing that virus,it has some serious side effects. These side effects include.Laziness, brokeness, sleepin sickness.lack of dates from females/males and general lack of motivation. You may wanna weigh your options, ppl

families. It's a matter of time before kids overtake their Somali parents in terms of language and Western knowledge. QUOTE] Yeah,it does suck to translate/explain to pops, dont it? The flipside of this is that the kids speak fluent somali,so i guess its a win win situation.

So this is all deja vu?,the black chiefs and locals sold teh slaves to the white europeans so as to fuel the european agriconomy and now pharmecuetical companies are using Africans as G/pigs in exchange for a cure to AIDS that would make the pharma companies more richer? When will they ever learn?

Originally posted by Bishitta: quote:Originally posted by Faaraxov: i believe young parents in the diaspora are probably realising that less than perfect childhood and are certainly really loving their kids more. I personally have 4freinds with kids & mashallah i was amazed @how close they are to the kids, even more than the mother. I remember the somali father of the yesteryears(Tougn & Rugged)completely replaced and refurbished to a "Daddy". ^ Having a loving, involved father makes a huge difference for a child. We hear so often about cowardly men who don't care about their kids. It always makes me happy, to hear about the dads who decide to be real men, and take care of their children. Watching my mom and dad for a number of years taught me one thing; though he may wear the pants(or think he's), she still tells him what pair. Mom was always the one disciplining us, dad; the cool guy who brought candies. Except occasionally to shout, but he never supported my mother in any disciplinary measures. He was/is there for support and played an active role in our education and development. He's always loving to us and mom very much. Dad had a stroke in '05 and Alhamdullilah is still up and around. If there is ever anyone who's sure he wouldn't get old and vulnerable, that he would take care of everything himself, it is my father. Masha Allah, Allah ii daayo. If only I had him with me! * I hope and pray to Allah that my unborn son turns out just like you dad. I love you and miss you* Mac Mac. (Sorry guys, that was a quick shout out to my paps.) L0L. So my dear brothers, not every father born before 1960 is "Tougn & Rugged. There are some gentle, and sweet ones out there. Kudos to all the good parents. PS: (My daddy's gonna kick your daddy's ..( ) from here all the way to China, Kenya, wherever you're from!) [/QB]Awwww#@ what a daddy's gabar. I think most dads were like that, the tough yet sweet authoratative kind. The mother is the azz whooping general and the father the gentler ones. But like castro said,i dont think it was a common thing, precisly he was seen as the 'father figure'. But these neo-faarax fathers i have seen are real mac daddies walle, they adapted the western father's attributes and i think its turning out well. My daddy's gonna kick your daddy's ..( ) from here all the way to China, Kenya, wherever you're from!)[/ Loooool.classic chris tucker wallahi,if i am to pull a chris tucker on you,i would prolly say, My daddy once walked up to a lion and pulled his goat from the lions mouth

War Balayo, inaba caadhi ma'oho . Its amazing how they do such simple tricks or perhaps I am the silly one who gets amazed easily? But Baashow,i am sure theres some scienctific explanation for this. If i were to be 'physicolophical'[lol],i would probably say this has to do wth refraction/reflection/velocity and motion. the dots are pink alright[i am sure theres a reason why they chose pink, green & a black background]and they remain pink if you follow them becoz ur eyes are going at the same speed as those damn balls. If you take your eye out of the ball[lol],obviously you will be distracted by other factors like light hence refraction/reflection.As for the green ball, thats becoz your eyes are concetrating on the + and nothing else thereby making everything constant[light/motion etc] for a while, thereby making the illusion Btw,i have no &*&*^&( idea what the *&^%&* i am talking about aaaaaa, why did i do that? Now waan wareeray & i need Qaxbo

Very unfortunate indeed. But i think in someway its turned out to be a blessing in disguise becoz i beleive young parents in the diaspora are probably realising that less than perfect childhood and are certainly really loving their kids more. I personally have 4freinds with kids & mashallah i was amazed @how close they are to the kids, even more than the mother. I remember the somali father of the yesteryears(Tougn & Rugged)completely replaced and refurbished to a "Daddy". I dont know If thats true for you Castro,if it is like so ,would you say its becoz of the not so sensitive fathers we had or is it the environment and society that we are?
