LOL. The old man was too informed ALBEIT,Casstro & Baahne. This is the thing right? One of the volunteers who was very vocal in the mosques & xafadaha is a sworn enemy of the TFG & of course pro IUC. So,since he supported Keith,LOL then by default he was with The IUC[You have to remember the IUC were the new kid on the block this fall]& MPLS was divided btwn Pro IUC & PRO TFG. The old man clearly knew where he banked his money @,No misconceptions here. I tried my best to be ambigious & less clear for obvious reasons

LOL@ the analysis. I never thought i will ever see a neo con Somali until this fall. Let me tell you a little story that happened here in Mpls. You do know of rep.Keith Ellison,Right?[ ]...anyway,As usual he he was in South Mpls canvassing somali votes when he approached a group of henna colored hair/beareded Odayaal. He pulled his little gig about him being a progressive voice & how he will push for a govt of national unity for all somalis & a host of other local issues. Then he reminded them to VOTE & to his suprise one of them said that he will NOT vote for Keith becoz he supports terrorists & ALQAEDA. Now,you tell me with all THE MEDIA attention on Keith this summer, the attacks from the right wingers & haters...to hear that from an IMMIGRANT,BLACK MUSLIM OLD MAN....his reaction: For a minute,I thought i was listening to a script from Bill O'relly, Sean Hannity & Rush Limbaugh.

At last, Washignton is paying attention to the anarchic situation of Somalia. With huge financial support, I believe TFG will build a viable adminstration by being directly in touch with the general masses and attenuate their fears. http://www.somaliaonline.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=9;t=008164 Yes or NO?

Their views on the invasion of foreign forces correspond with the antipathy of average Somalis toward Ethiopia and the United States Lets ask Duke,Xalane,Caamir & lately Sophist if that statement really reflects teh situation

Now, the United States is engaged in Somalia again. This time, its goals and tactics are more limited _ chasing Islamic terrorists So, Let me ask the chief[Doorknob] here, You seriously and honestly believe that there are ALQAEDA operatives in Southern Somalia, precisly in Afmadow,Dhoobley & the entire waamo region??? A simple Yes or No please..do not go on with usual verbal diarehea eh?

But,Paragon, what shockes me most is that they suddenly spotted the man who was responsible for 98' bombing somwhere in Waamo,by using sophisticated survillance machinery. It took them 9 yrs to spot this dude? Did he just vanish into thin air since 98,only to resurface 9 yrs later? -

Should Uganda send troops to Somalia? Ask the Ugandans

Most Ugadans & East Africans in general are very aware of what is happening around the globe. Should Uganda send troops to Somalia? Ask the Ugandans
Faarax-Brawn replied to Castro's topic in Politics
Allebahne,You are hijacking a usefull topic here. Its no suproise really that the worst of the nations are the ones wooing for troop deployment. Both Melez & Museveni have rebellions in their home country. No one is in favor of supporting troop deployment in Uganda. I read the regular dailies from East Africa & most editorials like the monitor have advised caution. The rebel turned dictator in Uganda is jostling and positioning himself in the world standing so as to show the world he is pro peace. While he has a rebellion in his own back yard,by name of NRA. He needs to first & foremost handle his own backyard. -

U are repeating the same Lets try something else now shall we? No I wont. I cant debate with a man who has no sense of direction. You are haphazardly all over this thread. And really whats the point in bringing another argument when you never really refuted or counter argued the earlier one? Whats the point really? You will turn around and say these same lines again like, a).Try something else,b)Take it as it comes. c).Like it or not this is how it is & d). When all fails accuse them of being tribalist. LOL. Do you see a pattern here? Even the seemingly moderate smart folks in here have stooped that low of accusing Castro of being a tribalist,Seriously maxaynu ka hadalnaa hadaba?

Xalane, walle waad xaarantahay. The end justification for this invasion does not change the history made by this govt. His Excellency President Yussuf is the only SOMALI president to let an enemy country invade his own nation and was unable to come to his own CAPITAL CITY until he came riding literally on the back of an Xabashi tank. THAT is the HISTORIC moment Captain. Wether he succeeds, that is for future historians to determine if it was right or wrong to bring in enemy tanks, soldiers into somali soils. I hope he suceeds, but YOU & I know very well that WILL not happen until we have XABASHIS in Xamar. Lets get real there captain. As for your absurd claim that Ethiopia is a friend, That just shows your lack of commonsense. Sxb your eyes are glazed with some partisan mucus. Xabashis are not friends of SOMALIA & will never be friends of SOMALIA. If they were they had 16yrs to help SOMALIA,when somalia was ruled by Warlords, when warlords Terrorized somalis & most importanly they will never have supportted a govt that is made of warlords by warlords. Did they suddenly realise their good neighborly duties just when somalis have kicked out the warlords? Why were they silent and non committed when these warlords were killing SOMALIS? Be objective Captain.

You should also mention the other historical segment of this historic moment ya duke? That President Yussuf is the only sitting SOMALI president to be brought in to his own CAPITAL CITY by Ethiopian MILITARY TANKS,MIGS,Helicopters & SOLDIERS. Jot that down as well. What a shame!

What name do you prefer to be called captain? Don't u think its unwise to argue let alone to reason when emotions are involved? As for the Entry of those troops, they were invited and responded to the call and the Defence minister has the command of the over all troops that are already deployed or are awaiting to be deployed. The clan courts were given peace and were called to peace several times.Due to their ill calculations and inexperience of Military engagements, they rushed to war and war they Lost.Thats why the defeated lot,ur lot still can't recover from the trauma caused by the Defeat. It really is simple to comprehend and u will comprehend, when u recover. There are no emotions here captain. Its principles, patritotism and standing up for what you beleive in. Void of Qabil & greed. But before I go any further, please tell me what name calling you find offensive, why you find it offensive & what better name would you like me & the rest to refer to the supporters of this govt[That was handpicked by Melez],created in Nairobi by Warlords & came in riding on the backs of enemy tanks to invade its own nation when they failed to reconcile Somalis politically? Captain? Ps.You can ask help for your friends, preferebly the eloquent and comprehendable ones, its an open book question

Do you have a better name to describe those people who support a govt handpicked by Melez, created by warlords & rode on the tanks of an enemy nation to invade its nation to assume power? What name do you prefer to be called captain? Perhaps,if you were a little more clearer & wrote in comprehendable english, then you & I might actually be on the same page. But until then, you really sound aloof, honestly you come across as a weired character out of sequence...thats probably just me[unless of course someone else points out otherwise]

Originally posted by Captain Xalane: Brown,Don't u think its time u called it off? No?Well don't complain then.Take it as it comes. See,thats NOT my nature. I DO not take it as it comes. I like to challenge it and objectively understand IT. If its BS,I will challenge. If its commonsense,i absorb it and digest it then formulate an opinion Captain. You know what? This about xplains why you & I are of differing opinion on this whole debate. You & your men took this govt & its invading ethiopian military as it came[Doorknobs,Puppets, dabadhilifs et al] & I stood up and refused this unjust, unfair & illegal war[Patriotics, principled, steadfast et al]...
