I am ashamed that a movement which had genuine sheiks like Shariif and Cadoow were hijacked by Tuugs, Wardens, Dhiigyacab, etc You don't even know my clan so how can you state anything ya Caano boore drinking brother? Mr Flipflopper you are weired. Didn’t you accuse Socodbadne 30 minutes ago of supporting an "islamic Movement"? LOL. Who gets to label a movement as an islamic or clan based anyway? Do you decide to label an organization by the compositon its members? The US & Ethiopia[With all its puppets] loudly claimed that the IUC were and are an islamic movement that wanted to rule somalia Taliban style. They Used this as a premise to attack Somalia. Either I take your bowl of bullxaar and call the IUC a clan based movement or your masters. So, What do you call a muslim who refuses to support an islamic MOVEMENT?

Adeer, Stop being dull. I didn’t ask you to explain why YOU flipfloped on the IUC, That’s a given. You are a unprincipled qabqable. Rather, tell me this: So what do you call MUSLIMS who were/are opposed to an islamic movement?

Muslim woman police refused to shake hands with the Met Police Chief
Faarax-Brawn replied to Allamagan's topic in General
^^Agreed! Perhaps the title of the thread is deceptively misleading? I mean she didn’t refuse to shake hands, she requested not to shake hands with a male counterpart. -

In anycase, its unwanted attention that will make the press spit out their usual islamophobic innuendos. Its only good for her had she not attended the ceremony @ all. Shes now the subject of a dismisal for insurbodination and racial profiling for something she could have handled wisely. I don’t think you can ask someone to not speak against simply because she is a muslim. That’s borderline dictatorial tendecies & geeljire attitude Edit: Waterlily, Walaal when its your job to interact with men I think its acceptable. In the case of a police woman handling a criminal, that’s her job. Just like a female doctor handling a male patient.Dont you think so? -

Waterlily & Lazie. Its not her duty to shake hands with her superiors but its her duty to arrest & protect citizens. To perform her job as required by the law. The law doesnt require that she shakes hands with her bosses. I doubt if there is some kind of an oath you have to swear that says that you must shake the hand of a superior as opposed to her accepting that she protect and serve her fellow citizens. Clearly there is a difference btween the two NO? -

Legally, I doubt if she did any wrong but this is bad public PR for other sisters who want to join the forces. -

Are there policy or personal changes that if the TFG adopted would induce you into supporting the TFG? If so, what are they? Great Question. The TFG does not need any support actually. They forcefully came into their country thru the money provided by the imperialistic & monolithic policies of Dubya & the tanks and boots of an enemy dictator. They have no moral authority to govern when they have warlords & thieves amongst them. I dont see why a sensible somali will support an incompetent & selfish govt that which has no interest in rebuilding Somalia but are more interested in being in power. They are men who used gaalo money and boots to kick out an Islamic based movement. Having said that, I will only support the TFG if and when they: 1.Expell Ethiopian soldiers from Somali soil IMMIDIETLY![No promise of 2 weeks etc] 2.Give 100% amnesty to the Wadaads & Give ALL the positions held by warlords to them. 3.Remove ALL warlords from the TFG ;Prosecute & punish ALL of them in the TFG[& elsewhere] for crimes against humanity 4. Reconcile & set up a truth and reconciliation committee for ALL Somalis of all walks. Ask the President, Gheedio & the foolish agoon to publicly apologize & explain to the entire Somali population for invading their own country. Until then, My conscience & principles will never let me to support a puppet govt that has little respect for the sovereignty of its own nation.

First you say 20k would make puntland go broke and later you say 20k is meaningless? Do you understand the concept of cash flow?

Lovely Pictures. Completely different from the other Demo. Paragon,Is that you gafuurka taagaya with the "End terrorism" Poster?

Originally posted by Taako Man: ^ In the dire stages of TFG, Puntland was there. Is there anything more commendable then that? The international community was wary of giving money to a Somali government ever since Abdiqasim thwarted money for the poor in Somalia, to install Indhacadde and his militia as Shabellaha hoose governor. Lets just say those (PUNTLANDS CONTRIBUTION) finanicing where crucial to Somalia's rebirth. Puntland's money was very crucial as was every other penny that came the TFG's way. What I was asking was why was puntland dishing out 20K? You claimed at first that they had vetted interest & then came back and later said it was cruicial. You would have saved me and everyone else lots of time had you said that early enough. In anycase, Puntland needed that money more than the president did. Cadde Muse first tried to refuse giving that money to the old man. At first he tried to remove the cabinet members but was reminded how he came into power. After that, the money NEVER EVER PASSED Cadde. It went straight to the finance minister who then disbursed it to A/Y. Cadde Musse had no choice but to share the loot. What suffered most was the state of Puntland & its economy Lets just say those (PUNTLANDS CONTRIBUTION) finanicing where crucial to Somalia's rebirth. LOL. You are daft & dillusioned adeer. Puntland was giving out money for close to three years & nothing was going forward; Had it continued that way,the entire states economy would have collapsed. To remind you swiftly, What was crucial in "Somalia's rebirth" was American money,Ethiopian boots,Tanks & Airpower. LOL. Crucial kulaha, 20K annually is crucial in nation building?

Originally posted by Taako Man: ^ Puntland has a vested interest in the success of Somalia as a whole. Just like everybody should. Moral reason is the real reason. Frankly I know many men who worked with abdullahi yusuf closely and have no disgruntlement towards the President. Cuqdad is a sign of jealousy. Faroole in puntland was stripped of his post and till this day spews hate for Puntland State of Somalia. Many others haven't. One angry man is one confused man and only that. LOL. Well Moral reason is not the real reason. Beenta haa isku kalifin, nin weyn ayaa tahaye. Dont just speak for the sake of just speaking. Prior to the invasion & post removal from Kenya,There was limited money coming to the TFG. The President really needed that money to move around & convince the world why he needs foreign troops. Cid ka dhageesatay maleh for a while until the IUC came & America came in to save the day. There is no moral reason to hand out cash to one man's ambition and jeaopadize the entire state. If you are a puntlander you know this very well. Certain crucial development projects were abandoned because of these monies going to the President. So, Tell me the real reason why puntland coughed up these monies?

Originally posted by Taako Man: ^ Why was Abdiqasim salad and Cadani financing the ICU? Well ofcourse they believed in it. behind everything there is usually financing. Puntland believes in the territorial integrity of Somalia and with that has helped lend financing, expertise and morale support to the National govnerment. I had no idea Abdiqasim was financing the IUC & i certainly see where you are headed with your analysis. But anywhoo, That is the "Moral" reason for Puntlands participation in the TFG. Perhaps there is a "REAL" reason why the TFG was eating up the State of Puntland's exchequer?
