  1. Zuheyla, thanks. Sounds nice. I went a similar place in Kingston not too ago, I think it was called the blue Hawaii. North, get outta here
  2. Hi Guys! I would love to hear suggestions about great places to eat with colleagues after work in central London. Money no option, but the experience has to be great/quirky, e.g. this !!
  3. Great review VAL! You've sure made Australia sound more thrilling than most places! Who knew the aussies lived in such splendour?! And they are so quiet about it . Such Modesty .

  5. Ok, since you all want to give advice, I do have a dilemma. Farax just doesnt do as he is told. He really has a mind of his own. How do I get him to listen and do as he is told?
  6. ^Happy Mothers Day to you too (and other mum's on SOL *winks at tweety*) Glad to see you're still around and havent forgotten the nomad family KK.

I have ran out of Good things to say about you & frankly speaking, I am not really good at this Edit: I dont know if its a good or bad thing to have announced your relationship to Castro for everyone in SOL. Inaadeer is one word. Ina adeer is two and is different, maaha? It means inanka adeerkey? Oh wait, thats a cousin! Its really no big secret that I'm related to Castro. My qabiil is very small and we are all cousins in one way or another Anyways, this person who is asking about me, why are they so gutless?
  8. Nice pics V, but I'm sure the good of people of SOL want more than postcard-pictures. We want to know your views on the cities, perceptions, likes and dislikes... and yeah, how cheeky Rokko is (Yes, I've heard! ).
  9. 7mins to 5 and I'm out people. Good time not to seem too eager, eh? Maalin wanaagsan iyo weekend fiican yaa
  10. Sheh, habaarka naga daa dee. I should have just taken some smashing pics and told u the week after! Zafir... ... thanks for your well wishes.
  11. Faarax, whats the difference? Honestly I dont know. Anyways, Castro is probably neither to me. He is my cousin, twice removed.
  12. Sheh, we are NOT goin to Wales and it will NOT be cold. Stop ruining my parade Its outside the UK.
  13. Alexandra palace.. thats big , but wood green... erm, I dont think I can be bothered to get to north london on a saturday. Besides, I've alot of code to do... and being the ultra geek that I'm, I plan to do it on saturday. Sheh, hopefully NOT. I will not do anything exercise-ish. No bloody way. I've recently noticed that my legs are well toned from all the running I do from one platform to another. On Clapham junction, it took me 75 sec to get from platform 2 to 19 this morning. I kid you not... practically flew (and had a mini heartattack). What I'm trying to say is, I'm not gonna get on a train tomorrow NG.. not even for Somaliland. Enjoy tho.
  14. ^Which saturday is that? Tomorrow or the next? I'm going on a mini break from next thursday. This one is on the company. We are all heading to a "secret" location for 4 days. Excited as hell! p.s. North, I just want you to know, I have my own mini office area now. p.p.s I changed jobs and I've been rushed off my feet, so havent had the chance to chill online. And yes, I miss you too Ngonge

  16. Yup, albeit a very painful one.
  17. Yes, I've always been fascinated by the idea of watching something the size of a watermelon come out/tear through somewhere the size of two of my fingers at the most No Lily, just curious. Che, sounds like something I would go for - quick and easy.
  18. What is a modern version of midwifery?
  19. Very nice pics. Congrats to them! May Somaliland live long and prosper
  20. ^ Its gotta be the raw sexual magnatism you exude, right? As its surely not the affluence apparant in your dress sense. Magool, miskiin, qaraar ba ku haya
  21. ^ Says the person who inhabits the dryest city Somalis had the misfortune of settling in.
  22. Ngonge, your sheekooying all have a common theme, you know. You're offered this and that by your friends/strangers... and you dont take it, but of course, live to tell the tales. How plausible is that? Ey? I'm glad you had fun... .
  23. ^In the likely future. When the Amanah account was introduced, I read a fatwa somewhere stating it wasnt exactly shariah compliant. So honestly, I couldnt be bothered with the madax xanuun of it all at the time. And its not often that I have savings anyways or have to deal with interest lol.
  24. It wasnt a launch party. It was a money-making scheme. And look who fell for it? Yup, its the poster.
  25. Its useless to speculate on something none of us are sure of people. You dont know how the man earns his living or if he takes interest. Secondly, we are all directly or indirectly caught up in the web that is riba in the west, whether one works in real state, for a major firm, a bank, etc. Lets not split hairs here. Personally, I give away the interest on my savings as charity. I read somewhere that its an acceptable way to deal with the money. So in the end... shaqo kale doonta.
