Write a letter to the head of department or Board or however failed you (besides da teacher). Explain your situation and take responsibility for your actions. Ask them to review your record and sympathise with you. If u can quote where it sayz in the school rules that an offense of this kind first warrants a warning and only the second time a fail, it should help. U dont need to state the teacher is being a racist as this will seem like a pitiful excuse from your part. You dont need any1's help to write the letter as you're the only one who knows your situation, but make your friends read it before you submit to check 4 spellin n grammatical errors. Personally, I've had a similar unfortunate incident happen to me a few weeks ago. I was accused of plagiarism (serious offence) when some ***** stole ma coursework n copied huge unforgivable portions of it. I wrote to the board and submitted all ma evidence (review papers, letter to confirm ma submission date). Luckily he confessed n sent me an apology letter. I was cleared and got ma grades. He failed Things like this can really dishearten you...so take it easy and dont panic. Remember to say that you'd be willing to pursue the matter to the furthest and show ur determined. G'luck

Hibo, I've to agree with you, Sex and the City is top show. This weeks episode was :eek: to say da least - Samantha has cancer. I'm just holding my breath for next week's...I hope she gets better..I'm not usually this anxious about tv programmes Like some of the boys here, my attention span is very small so I only watch 30min shows - Friends, Will & Grace, My Wife n Kids etc. DD.. I cant stand CSI or any of those shows...they just seem really redundant and boring(dont attack - personal opinion). The only show I can watch for a whole hour is Start Trek: Voyager & Enterprise. Now thats food for thought

This is one way of doing things but its not the best way. I beleive educating people about the disease and the other effects of unprotected sex and letting them decide for themselves is the best way. I abhor any law that tries to curb personal freedom and freedom of thinking/reasoning. Its rediculous to control every aspect of peoples lives...after all, thats what it is - control and as soon people are out of that sphere of control, they will do as they please. Treating every1 like an unthinking dork is ignorant. Besides, who said the only people who use condoms are unmarried folk? married people use it too. I'm not advocating for condoms to be handed out in schools but pharmacies and health clinics, its a necessity. Its not banned in any other part of the muslim world (as far as I know) and sure as hell Somalis are not cleverer than any1 else.
