  7. ^^ There is no need to lie. Honesty is the best policy. You dont wanna b gr8 thru lies and deception, do U? We will further discuss my problem 2nite..same time..same place . I'm not one for washing her dirrty laundry in public...thats so unlady-like
  8. ...you guys r nuts...I think all the attention is gettin to NGONGE's pea sized, over stimulated brain. I need a clafication...Salafi, r u a dude who'se dad calls 'nayaa' and 'casha'? ..this is too funny! NGONGE... I've told you what ma problem is last nite..and u've not given me any viable solutions. I'm indeed disappointed
  9. ^^ I'd think the same laakin recently I've realized its important to ask for people's forgiveness if you leave a place(even cyberly speaking)...although you might think you've not wronged any1. You dont loose anything and gain ajar. Darman...Good luck walaalo and T-care of yourself.
  10. @ Nurse with credentials and wife material.. Is there such a thing?
  11. If I may state the obvious - I was referring to selling your skills.. u dimwits! Sell yourself to the highest bidder too.
  12. Gone a couple of days and this is what I return to - total turmoil . Having read bits and pieces of this long, tedious and quite unneccessary debate, I'm left rather numb - lost for words. In order not to be prolix, I'll point out a few observations. 1) Instead of making this a 'VS' topic, wouldnt it have made much more sense to compare the similarities and differences, not trying to prove any1 wrong, hence leaving the judgement to the readers? Then it would have been called educational. 2) Why is that whenever people disagree, the Admin is bombarded with PM's and has to step in? Its so weak and childish and just proves you cant drive your point. I must have have written this countless times, but this is a forum for voicing different opinions, however diverse. Some people should just stop being petty - its pathetic. 3) This 'ex-somalinet' members thing is gettin on my nerves. We were all part of S'net once upon a time. I feel new members are put at a disadvantage when it comes to heated discussions which involve the administration to resolve the matter. The admin always takes sides with this little 'clique' that were members right from the start or have built a 'reputation' with the moderators. I do know they try to be as fair as possible, but the fact of the matter is, old members and friends are valued a little more. Quite frankly, I'm saddened to see Feynman go. He has argued in a dignified manner and has been an excellent member. I really hope he reconsiders his decision for the sake of his friends here on SOL. I'd be terribly disappointed if members were mass banned like last time without individually considering them. 4) With regards to this topic, I think its been quite an interesting read and somewhat beneficial as I've picked up a thing or two to ponder. I deeply respect brother Nur and have always admired his approach to topics except this one, I absolutely disagree with his tone and his rather very serious insinuations. 5) Lastly, does any1 really care if OG girl is indeed 22 ppl using the same nick? NOT ME!As long as they abide by the rules and regulations, I'm happy to read what they write. Its so irrelevant who writes as OG_Girl as long as the 'writing' is in conformity with the rules and regulations.
  13. Idil is stuck in a dingy little town in the south of Italy.... . . And I feel hot and bothered in carabta
  14. Shoobaro..Who are YOU?..besides Raula's side-kick i.e. Boi..trust me, that pic she sends everyone. Its not her. She has recently learned to use picture editing tools and is putting them to good use, luring poor defenceless unsuspecting faarax's like yourself and Johhny....good one Raula ..didnt fool me 4 a sec tho I'm not interested in either of you...I'm just a faarax sympathiser.
  15. Job! Even the word makes me itch *scratches knees and between toes* . Sweet Girl, I was in the same situation a couple of years ago and this no-experience part was getting on my last nerve. So one of my friends hinted I should fake it...and so I did. I added a couple of phoney jobs with no reference and one job that I referenced my own friend - as if he was my employer. It worked . One thing about CV's like NGONGE said is that each CV has to be relevant and specific to the job you're applying for. There are two types of CV's.. Skill based and Chronological. The former is more effective but in your case, since you're prolly young and inexperienced, I'd suggest the latter. Also, make yourself indispensable to your potential employer. Emphasise on your team working skills, numeracy level, communication skills, etc..citing some examples from your school work where you might have worked in a group, lead a project, gave a presentation etc. At the end of the day - SELL YOURSELF Also, dont sell yourself short and apply for a menial job just 'cause you dont have any experience. Aim High. They always train you anyways.

  17. Girl...You're a flirt down to the T. I'm in awe of your abilities. No more words. Just observation from now on.
  18. Raula? ...of all the cute chicks you could have? dats just a raw deal bruv..you really have got the wrong end of the stick this time...and to think this is ur 1st expereince with 'mali chicks' *nods head with sincere sympathy*
  19. ^^ How is the Holiday goin? and why are you suddenly concerned about what Somali chicks want? Is it 'cause you dont fit into any of the categories mentioned? ..... figures! There is no other way luv, u gotta have those. Lets talk about how we can get you there...thats time more judiciously spent ...
  20. Is it really that hard to discuss the issue?...regardless of who brought it up. Some of you are desperately trying to dodge the real issue and dilute it with perepheral nonesense. . . . Its not nice...

Simple Reason = the women's section is jammed, tiny and not properly managed. I'd give the owners the benefit of doubt and put it down to financial difficulties, but the men's section is far better in comparison. Its simply a case of MUSLIM men threating muslim woman as second class citizens in every front. And as much as they deny it, muslims women are not given their due rights. The sooner women realize this, the better.
  22. Is that true North? I always pictured you with hair for some reason ... not that I've anything against bald men
  23. OH DA! You really got yourself into hot water this time..what are you implying? That my mother, or grandma or poor old gr8 nana were involved in some hanky-panky extracurricular activities? . . . . But im a spitting image of my father.. . . . oh No..not dad's mum.. . . . . BUT ... she was sheekhad! TAKE IT ALL BACK DA  ... immediately
