In school, they always referred to me as "african" or from "Africa" (No Matter how many times I pointed out that Africa is a continent and not a country - ignorant asians n arabs :mad: ) while they made it a point not only to state their countries, but their specific states. I normally just tell them and hope they remember. oh well.. Africa wasnt called the dark continent for no reason. No1 seems to know much about it till this day.

No point having scattered somali topics and shoving somali-written posts down every1's throat amidst intended english-written posts, specially since the majority prefer to communicate in english. Books? Bah Humbug! :rolleyes: . I like reading magazines n newspapers but dont go out of my way to get them. I spend money on services - cinemas, eating out (major buck here .. and unfortunately I've nothing to show for it - skinny as a pole),trips. I buy clothes and accessories too.

It was the most boring Eid EVER for me. Glad its over...atleast now I wont feel jealous every1 else in the world is having fun but me
