  1. "Practice makes you perfect!" But it is not good enough if you do not prepare yourself mentally also. In addition, tell me about yourself does not mean tell me about your life history. It means what makes and prepared you to be the best candidate for this job.

She looks strong and healthy, so probably this kind of arrangement is to her advantage. She looks satisfied that her needs are continuously being met. But it must be hard for the guys to wait and take turns just to be disappointed when her period conflicts with one's scheduled night. How do they resolve that? Is that going to be counted agaist that guy or they have to reschedule him for the next available day after normality begins?
  3. Now she's gonna get confused. The problem may be a one that just needs an adjusment of the screen resolution. Take baby steps and try to do easy fixes first and then work your way up. It will take you thirty seconds to try the three click-steps of adjusting the screen resolution.
  4. The vice-president is trying hard to build some good reputation that he has lacked all during his service in Riyale's government. I think he is preparing to run for President after Riyale's second term ends in 2013. But the question is if he will even survive beyond this term to keep his post as vice-President.
  5. She is a legend singer, always enjoy her songs.
  6. Right-click an empty area of your screen, click on properties then setting and then use your mouse to drag the screen resolution **** to 1280 by 800 pixels. I hope that will fix it.
  7. ^^May be that is why ur still lonely, if not frustrated too!
  8. ^well, too bad that you've never experienced a love. Yes, there is something called a 'love at first sight' that only occurs to dreamers. And I am one of them. So, if you are not a dreamer, you must be a cynical who only believes in lust. When you experience love at first sight, you feel admiration, lust, and attraction all at once. It is a beautiful feeling that in time grows to a 'real love.' Its the feeling you experience that being with her and just talking to her makes you lose track of time. Its when no matter how awful your day was knowing that she is there makes you feel better.
  9. Ngonge, Yes I meant as a marriage proposal. But I'm not going to kill anyone. What we can do is, if you're willing to act as a BIG BROTHER, to make that JB disappear temporarily. You come up with a plan, as I know you are capable of, and I will compensate you for that!
  10. xanthus, is the pic in your profile a real one of yours? I am ready to give ONE HUNDERED camels to your family. Fifty for your good looks and fifty for your intellect.
  11. ^Thanks for the advice. But keep in mind this is not a regular job. It is a volunteer job that barely pays the bills. I have a good job and all I wanted is to do some volunteer work. And I have the choice to either apply it or not to. I am setting here the conditions of my employment before I waste my time and theirs. Welcome, to the real world sister!
  12. I am not a KKK member, but I do oppose and sick of Somali women and children dying for no other reason than Somali warlords backed by Somali expatriates and professionals who want to control Somalia. It is a shame for the Somali people that the blind warmongers are leading the Somali professionals to the further distruction of their country. I do also oppose such madness to spread to neighboring countries such as Somaliland.
  13. I pasted part of the flier here. Anyone who wants more info or the contact number for the program manager, just send me a private message. I also got an application today and someone in the UNDP told me that you can request specific country such as Somaliland were you want to work. I am not sure how much they will be paying you but it is more than a thousand dollar/month. Xanthus, I believe you can work in Somaliland were your family is originated. Good luck! UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME Qualified Expatriate Somali Technical Support (QUESTS) The QUESTS initiative, modelled after the UNDP global initiative of Transfer of Knowledge. Through Expatriate Nationals (TOKTEN), which encourages expatriate nationals to volunteer their expertise in the service of their homelands for short periods of time, proposes to bring the skills of Somali professionals in the Diaspora to Somalia on a short-term, voluntary basis. By doing so, UNDP Somalia will address three major needs: reducing the brain drain, supporting lasting peace in Somalia and increasing participation of the Somali Diaspora in the creation of a conducive environment for sustainable human development. The QUESTS project was established in Septemb er 2004 by UNDP Somalia to utilize the Somali expertise available in the Diaspora as a resource base to strengthen development activities and governance in Somalia. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR DIASPORA PROFESSIONAL VOLUNTEERS The Diaspora consultants participating in the project should fulfill the following criteria:: •Bachelor or higher degree •Minimum of three years of relevant working experience •At least 25 years of age (there is no upper age limit) •Able to perform duties in Somali •Good working knowledge of English; the language of domiciled country would also be an asset •Ability to work in partnership and to adjust to difficult living conditions •Genuine interest and commitment to supporting the rebuilding of Somalia and a willingness to share skills and knowledge. •Awareness of economic, political and social situation in Somalia •impartiality and neutrality •A high standard of principles and professionalism as well as commitment to community development services is required.
  14. I have received a publicity flier from UNDP regarding the QUEST program that supposed to use Somali expatriates to transfer knowledge and experties to the people of their countries. When I requested UNDP more info about the selection criteria which I easily fulfilled according to their flier and that I only wanted to work in Somaliland, they stopped sending me any more emails. Is it because that I mentioned that I will only be working in Somaliland instead of Somalia that caused to stop them pursuing me? What do you think? Does anyone applied the program before?
  15. The problem with most Nolanders and those few who support them is that they personally attack anyone who sees eye to eye with Somaliland. This is one of the main reasons that Nolanders are unable to bring peace and stability in to their country. Even if Somaliland hires people to lobby for her, it is shame to attack them simply because they are supporting Somaliland for its quest for international recognition. The whole world tried to support Somalia to have peace. The only thing they get from you is more hatred and more violence to your own people. No sane person from Somaliland will ever want to join Somalia. Because we gained nothing from Somalia for the thirty years we invested in the union. We may speak the same language but we are different people. You kill each other to dominate one another, but we negotiate to help each other so we can progress together.
  16. This is not she said, he said case. Why don't you read the article first. It says that he already confessed to authorities. Plus she taped him saying that he enjoyed the sex they had when she was a child.
  17. He has fled the country and back to Somalia as rumors say. This wouldn't help him since the shame will be with him for the rest of his life, even if he never gets caught. My question is, will the Somalia's TFG is going to cooporate with the US authorities to bring him back to Minnesota to face the charges? Is there any possibilies that Minnesota's DA will offer money for his info and arrest that would attract many Somali warlords to capture and hand him over to US?
  18. Minneapolis, MN (HOL) - A prominent Somali playwright accused of molesting a 10-year-old girl missed two court dates this week and may have fled the country, sources tell Minnesota Monitor. Mahamud Abdullahi Isse, 71, of Minneapolis, was charged last January with first-degree criminal sexual conduct. According to a complaint filed in Hennepin County District Court, the alleged incident took place in 1995. The victim, who is now 21, was staying at a relative's house where Isse frequently visited. She regarded him as an "uncle." He would bring her candy bars and allegedly would get into her bed, fondle her breasts and had sex with her, according to the complaint. The victim, who moved to Washington state in 1997, was in Minneapolis in January last year for a visit when she ran into Isse at the Somali mall. The complaint said that Isse gave her his phone number and said he wanted to see her again. She would later record their phone conversations, in which he allegedly admits having sex with her when she was 10. Widely known as Sangub, Isse also admitted to investigators that he fondled the young girl, according to the complaint. The highly respected playwright and actor pleaded not guilty. He was out on bail, but failed to show up for his trial Monday. The judge set Tuesday as the next date, fortified his old bail and doubled it to $300,000, according to Assistant Hennepin County Attorney Amy Sweasy, who is prosecuting the case. When he didn't show up again for court on Tuesday, the judge issued an arrest warrant. Isse's attorney, Richard J. Cohen of St. Paul, who was at the court on both days, said he doesn't know the whereabouts of his client. Cohen said he spoke with Isse about 10 days ago. Sources familiar with Isse, who didn't want to be identified out of respect for his family, confirmed for Minnesota Monitor that he was in Minnesota 10 days ago. But the sources learned that Isse was sneaked out of the country late last week. Both Isse's attorney and the county attorney's office said they didn't know that. Sweasy cautioned that Isse's friends might disseminate inaccurate information about him so that authorities will stop looking for him. "That's not going to happen," she said. "But if it's true that he fled the country, it shows that he was not willing to face the charges against him." Isse's case sent shock waves within the Somali community in Minnesota. Many Somalis said they never believed that the talented poet and director of many hit plays and films would do such a thing. His work is full of anecdotes and noble words for women. "He's a national hero who is bigger than what he's accused," said Yusuf Yusuf, known as Liban DJ, a filmmaker who worked with Isse on several plays. But his sudden disappearance cast serious doubt on his credibility, many Somalis said. Minnesota Monitor's source didn't know where Isse may have gone. 19. I like the colonial nonsense label given to some flags that have miniature of British flag on the top of their flags. Australia, New Zealand, et cetera. Plagiarism label, too. Your 'dear' flag is not an authentic one. It is a counterfeit from the Bonnie flag that belonged to Florida. Get a genuine flag to feel proud of!
  20. "The Bonnie Blue Flag, a single white star on a blue field, was the flag of the short-lived Republic of West Florida. In September 1810, settlers in the Spanish territory of West Florida revolted against the Spanish government and proclaimed an independent republic. The Bonnie Blue Flag was raised at the Spanish fort in Baton Rouge on September 23, 1810. In December, West Florida was annexed by the United States and the republic ceased to exist, after a life of 74 days." (Answer.com).
  21. Do we suppose to support Culima and have confidence in them or we have to support the haq even if we have to agree with bad-doers? Not everything culamas do agrees with haq. I think the Quran tells us that we should support the Haq always. Because even the religious learned men can be influenced by a lot of other things including selfishness. Lets not put our confidence to no one but Allah and his Prophit, peace be upon him. On the last day when you're infront of Allah, no one else but you will be responsible for everything that you have done.
  22. Oh, anyone who remembers going into movies when Himamalina and gacmadheere were actors must be too old. busted! You guys must born in the sixties!
  23. Those of you blaming the West for everything that happens on this earth must see the point that Mugabe's political decisions, whether right or wrong, have caused the horrible condition that Zimbabwe is in now. Even if the West is the bad guys here, as you claim, Mugabe should have done all he could to protect his people and the country from such disaster. Even, if that means pleasing your ennemy for awhile, or atleast until you are able to defeat them.
