People in Awdal think Silaanyo selected his Ministers based on the support he got from certain constituencies and not on their capacities. In Riyaale's goverment this was not the case they argue. Because his most important Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Defence and Interiour Affairs did not come from constituencies that supported UDUB, but rather the opposit. I dont think they will do anything in their first year. They will be overwelmed by everything, they will soon start to blame Riyaale's goverment for their incapacity. Many of these Ministers never governed anything or anyone. Its one to obtain Phd titles, talk to journalist and write articles, but governing hundreds of people needs experience. I think that half of them will be gone in 4 years, mark my words.

Because Faroole doesnt speak well Darawiish language. Faroole speaks the language of Wall Street, Londen, Nairobi, etc which is the international dollar language. Silaanyo speaks very well Darawiish language. Actually he is almost a native speaker. In Somaliland he is known as a Darawiish Language Trainer. This is a diffrent language, in this language you first slap and insult eachother, then you laugh at eachother. The you laugh with eachother. Then you get seriouz and wrestle, slap eachother some more. And afterwords you kiss and make up. And tell jokes about your cousins. All this naked. After all this you really talk. Faroole doesnt even want to drop his pants. So how can you talk in Darawhiish to a man who doesnt drop his pants, slap you, etc?

Ofcourse he will talk to SSC. SSC and Silaanyo speak the same language. they are cousins. Its like to hands, only one is right other is left. but boy they can clap together. Do you know how happy they were when he was elected. they said, finally someone we recongnize, a real men we can talk to. It wouldnt be the first time the Puntland goverment killed people who were their captives in prison. This shows you how low some people regard life of people. Killing people in prison. And the new Minister for Education used to be a community organiser in Londen. I Dont expect too much from her either. There are many more qualified ladies in hargeysa, why on earth did he make her Minister?

Cowke, actually the SSC and Maakhir did a bit better then previous goverment. Maakhir is given the powerfull post of Defence where 60% of Somalilands budget is spend. And SSC has the post of Fisheries and Ports, where all of Somaliland budget comes from. And Also Commerce, Trade, Industries and Tourism(these used to be 3 diffrent Ministries) So actually its much better then previous, when Maakhir had Sport and Youth and SSC had Rural Development.

I will keep watching and keep counting the nr of dissapointments in the first 100 days of the operation.

A list full of old bitter Hargeysa tribalist. Where are the so called young and educated people on the list. Hashi(finance) and Gaboose(interior) where already Ministers, they wont add anything new.
