The second group includes men who know the reality in the ground, men who would rather of conflict that have been raging around them for the last 20 years. These men included Fagadhe (AUN) former foreign miniter of Somaliland, Qaybe who held ministerial posts in both Somalia/land, Ahmed Hassan Ali Casoowe iyo Ahmed Abdi Xaabsade and Fuad Aden Cade. These men are the cream of their society, highly influential figures who certainly know what is best for their people. They were not forced to join Somaliland but they did it out of conviction.
