^ I had a serious PEPSI addiction as well. I quit for three months. Then I fell off the wagon a couple of times and weekends. Then I found myself drinking it full-time again. Then I quit. I haven't replaced it with anything else. I just feel kinda hazy for most of the afternoon each day. Drifting in and out and ignoring ppl willfully. It was such a major crutch for me. I miss it.

NG, I'm quite familiar with your diversionary tactics. I refuse to fall for them. I demand my large box of chocolates and if you are a cautious man, you WILL get them for me. Ma fahamtay? I also request that you not get me involved in the sibling rivalry between you and your horny half-brother. Thank you.

^ LoL @ 'acting like kafirs'. Erm..yeah. They should be Islamic and marry their girls off as soon as they get their menses. God forbid if they get passed 15 while still children.

Well, what do you know. I just noticed we have a different front page with Caano Geel's mug. Yikes! CG, yeah there's a lot of info on the page but the grey colour makes it seem less so. I kinda like it.

I trained my little almost-five-year-old cousin to break anything he wants, as long as it's not my stuff. When he was three, we would go into one of my sister's rooms and I would shout 'rikaax qolka, rikaax' and he would sprint around the room screeching with laughter as he throws stuff off the dresser and bed and smashes anything he gets his little hands on. And then we would go downstairs calmly and have a cup of tea for me and warm caano for him and wait for the 'rikaax' victim to show up screaming or crying! It got to the point where some of them bought door-locks to keep us out. Unfortunately, we don't have many rikaax sessions since he started full-time school and I started full-time employment.

BARWAAQO the economist...thats who! (Insha Allah) Taxing qaadka iyo sigaarka..lol..what a dream. Those were the days! Do you remember them Blessed? Reality definitely gives one hell of a b!tch slap! Jokes aside, I always felt I would go back home because I wanted to spend a significant period of time working there. I can't pinpoint the exact moment that notion fizzled out permanently, but it did. Maybe it was as I was watching a video stream of supposed MPs beating each other with sticks in Kenya early last year. Well, that could be a human weakness. I don't know........ Indeed. I find that you rarely know much. I'm sure I can think of several worse things than 'having views that are subject to time' without trying, not least the inability to learn, change and grow. Jawaahir, I had no idea you were Isra previously. Good to know that some of the old folks are still floating around, albeit in different clothes.

^ Iga leexi, please. Beloved, How many times are you going to miss the boat while waiting to make an 'entrance'? You know there's only so many 'entrances' a girl can take. Also, could I point out that chocolates don't go to your hips? They melt in your mouth. So don't do me favours, okky? Now...you know the ones I want (Hint: Thorntons), I expect an extra large package wrapped in silk. Thank you. *Hug*

Well, I hope all the haters and doubters are feeling ashamed of themselves now. Despite his tardiness (and lack of edible gifts), my prince has answered my call. As I knew he would. *Turns to NG* As for you beloved, this is for missing the big day *drop kicks him*. This is for arriving without chocolates *Smacks him on the forehead* and this...this is just because I feel like it! *Stomps on his foot with her heels*

And that's all we have to look forward to? Charming. *Thinks about reverting back to her spinster plans*

^ Probably both. Well, at least those teens found something to do, eh? Must be horrid to live in such a small town.

^ Energise it, or totally mutilate it? The latter me thinks. She's already a good skivvy in training, don't throw her to the dogs yet. PS: What do you take to mean a dinner date?
-
^ Whatever it is, he should be hosed down with icy water. Zafir, I got the flowers, but not the chocolates. Perhaps you should resend them.
-
Fartun, you sound like a perfect housewife with all the cooking and cleaning. I don't know how much advice I can offer since I myself find it hard to fit anything more than work, sleep and the occasional dinner date into my day.

^ Is there a reason why the hand with the nails is wearing a ring on THAT finger? Thanks for the desk, tho. I'll make sure to return it Monday.

That's very sweet of you Zafir (if only I had met you before your half-brother), but I'm afraid it's all too late. Far too late. Everything has broken down - heart, spirit, nails and even my desk (it crashed this morning, and I'm deskless as of today to Monday). *Sigh* *Goes in search of ice-cream to sob into*

^ Actually I'm steadfast in my mission of love. I'm just ignoring all the haters. NG will come for me at some point - I know he will. *Waves @ Stoic* Thank you for the du'a, dear. You're the only friend I have here.
-
^^ What's wrong with you? Are you blind? I DIDN'T APPLY. You can keep your 'suga-load of delight'. Shiish kebab...I'm surrounded by imbeciles!
-
^ Get lost waryaa. I'm far too pretty to be part of a harem.

^ God save me from silly girls. My love for NG is pure, I'll have you know. But a girl has other needs that have to be taken care off, ma garatay? Now, orod iga hor dhaqaaq waxayahay foosha xun. oh and WHATEVER @ Castro and CW. Jeluusiyaa idin haysa.

^ Me too. Except, this is the first valentine's that I'm not single, so I was feeling a bit ambivalent towards it. That is, until faarax told me that he's going to dump me if I even mention the V-word. The damn cheek!
