  1. Thanks Pujah. Bold and colourful accessories sounds a bit over the top, but mine usually comprise bags, shoes and earrings; e.g. I would match the above skirt suit with a grey/white silk blouse, a pair of green heels *see below* and a matching bag. That sort of thing. Dev, you got it! Red shoes, love 'em! From Faith

  3. What women see from a male perspective, huh? I can't say I see any of the characters as they have been described.
  4. Big snakes R us, dheh! NG, yes I think Komodo Dragons are confined to Asia. The Somali lizard is kinda big but no where near the dragons (those are really huge ).
  5. (Jacket, Skirt and Trousers from Warehouse; blouses from Debenhams) Imagine them with bold colourful accessories.

Unknowingly, blue has become my favourite colour (especially dark and navy blues). I adore the colour of that top but am not sure about the style. My sister bought me a similar style top and let's just say it made me look and feel like a great whale! Since we are talking clothes, it's job hunting and interview time again for me. Which means upgrading my work clothes (and boy do they need upgrading!). Maybe I'll post some of the pieces I'm thinking of getting and you guys can give me some feedback on them. Ta
  7. Giant python swallows 11 dogs January 26, 2007 Guard dogs protecting a fruit orchard in Malaysia have met their match - a 7.1-metre long python that swallowed at least 11 hounds before it was finally discovered by villagers. "I was shocked to see such a huge python," orchard-keeper Ali Yusof told the New Straits Times. The paper published a picture of the captured snake, which was almost long enough to span the width of a tennis court and as thick as a tree trunk. Villagers did not harm the snake, but tied it to a tree and then handed it to wildlife officials, the paper said today. Reuters Source
  8. ^ What is you talking about, man? I've been Val for almost a year now.
  9. ^ LoL...I don't blame the old man, it looks like good baasto. Honestly, what are you guys like? All Yoonis did was put up pictures of an event that was clearly important to him and then you go and do this to him? Tut tut... Dad wareersan!
  10. ^ And your help is always appreciated, yaa Xiin.
  11. Well, I'm a little confused but tickled. Thank you for all your effort, Yoonis. It's always good to see what MN Maryooleeys look like. I am a bit disappointed by the lack of the raw meat Che had mentioned tho. 'Sup with that?
  12. Che, thanks for reminding me. Forgot my beloved dad was downstairs. A bit of Qur'an-saar will do the trick.
  13. Ohhh..abeeso is the adder? I had always thought it the rattlesnake from the descriptions. But yes, the pic is right. *Shiver* Snake nightmares caawa.
  14. Originally posted by Kashafa: Val, first off, I didn't call him that. I insinuated . Your cyber-boyfriend was always harping about reading comprehension. See camal, sisterada ? Anyway, I did suggest there's a L missing, afterwhich the name would change to Munaafiq Kaafir Amxaar Lover. Which explains a lot, don'cha think ? A curve ball, Kashafa-son? I so wasn't expecting that. The politics section has b!tchified you. Mr Miyagi would be so proud. BTW, insinuation is no defence. It's more incriminating in fact. Che, raw meat? Yum.(*Urg*) Originally posted by Red Sea: Val,what President and what Prim minister? Out of the mouth of babes.
  15. Sounds like an unmissable event. Urm..but it doesn't mention food. Will there be food? Something to choke on while the President and Prime Minister jostle for the Teleconference system mic? Kashafa, munaafiq and kaafir? Do you have a right to call him that? That's excessive edab daro.
  16. Speaking of soap boxes, I have a large empty Daz (keeping your whites brilliantly white, wash after wash) box. I would like to donate it...to brother Yoonis.
  17. Lo0oL!! Yup, you got me there (altho I should be offended at being turned into old white lady)! Smirks @ Con's.
  18. LoL @ Che. Masocagalay is a big lizard (a smaller version of the Komodo dragon, if I'm correct) and not a snake. Oh yes, I forgot there were some flying jinacyo *URG*. They used to bite you and leave larvae under ur skin. *URG*
  19. Xiin, dhuxunkureeb is used in the north I think. Stoic, abeeso is a type of rattlesnake, isn't it? It's got a claw-tail, hasn't it? Or have I got the wrong snake? PS: I've never heard of 'Magangooye'.
  20. ^Like 'dhuxunkureeb', yeah? Some teachers were pure sadists, walaahi.
  21. LoL... What about jinacyada? They worry me more than the snakes and scorpions.
  22. ^ Did you used to live Down There?
