Terrible to be bored at work, isn't it? BTW - Naomi, what do you do?

LoL @ Fahiye, how intriguing. Do you know, I cannot recall any 'artistic works of wondrous beauty'? I just remember the guerilla warfare. Originally posted by xiinfaniin: Waa waagaan Val ka biqi jirey before aanan tabteeda helin---weli waan iska jiraa though. Waagaad iga biqi jirtey goormey aheyd tolow? The interesting thing, Xiin, is that I don't think you and I ever had the chance to exchange normal posts. You attached yourself to the 'We are going to force polygamy down your throat till you throw up' caravan right from the very beginning and I'm a conscientious monogamist, so.. really..there was no chance.

^ Not wearing the right shoes for walking, am afraid. What else would you suggest?

^ Yes, but at three, they cuddle up to you and tell you they love you.

^ Violent one, isn't he?

About impressions, do people really get an immediate impression of other nomads? I don't. I float along until I come across a really funny post or something that strikes a cord with me, THEN I notice the author and I'm more liable to look for their posts after that. And of course, probably like everyone else, I'm always drawn to people with a similar sense of humour to mine, so I tend to notice certain personalities more than others. I suppose what I'm trying to say is, I don't wanna post a list of names! -

Neph...that attitude Soomaalida waa lagu yaqaanaa. Any crime (especially sexually-related crimes) against a girl or woman, they will find a way to blame her even if she's a child or as pure as the driven snow. It's disgusting. Aaliya, I have sympathy for her because rape is a horrible crime and nobody deserves it. I don't care if she was drinking with a man or two or ten. Sure, drinking in male company put her in a vulnerable position but it doesn't negate what she suffered. -

Red Sea, that scenario doesn't sound like a simple test to me, so I will pass, thanks. The key point here is: By saying 'no' and refusing to consent to sex, the woman deems herself blameless. It really doesn't matter what preceded her refusal and what state of mind the man is in. When somebody commits rape, they are soley to blame for the crime, that is unless someone else was holding a gun against their head and threatening to shoot them if they didn't rape. Finally, no one is upset or going 'bananas'. We just have a bit more compassion for rape victims than you do. -

Now I don't care if most of you here are going nuts, but surely you don't want to hear the truth. And lately this place has become a place that no one can air their opinion. what are you all mad about I may ask? I am not in no way defending anyone, but it makes no sense to me to say that man was crazy and rapist when she equally were drunk and wild herself. She sold herself and if i wasn't afraid of breaking the SOL rules. I'd call her of being an harlot. Farax, That B1tch got what she is. She got b1tched. So what is so suprsing about that. Cay iyo 'she deserves to be raped' ayaad isugu dartay miyaa? I'm surprised you don't see anything wrong in trying to justify rape. Yes, RAPE and not 'intercourse' as you put it. It really doesn't matter whether they shagged a hundred times before, forcing sex on someone who doesn't want it is rape. Full stop. No 'buts', no 'ifs', no 'she was drunk and asking for it's', not even a 'she was a harlot' will make it less of a rape. As for not being able to air opinions on this site, I could really do with not reading your type of opinion if I could help it. This has left a bad taste in my mouth as it is. May God protect us from ppl like that. -

Holly crap! You could have warned me, North. It's too early in the morn to read about grilled babies.

Look at you two, getting snobby with me! I didn't say they were in the best taste, I just said they are my favourite jams, alright? *Waves @ Zafir* Howdy!

How sad is it that I wasn't even aware such an event took place? Great images, Cara.

^ LoL...Faarax, it was actually *I* who reminded you of that song. And the Brandy one is lovely too. [Edit]... PS: Remember this one- Touch Me, Tease Me?

^ LoL..I kinda agree. You ought to know if you want to marry the guy in a few months, however you can take as long as you want to actually wed him (is that what you meant Ghanima?).

The following are all oldish R&B songs since I stopped listening to that sort of music ages ago, but lemme just say they provided a great soundtrack to some heady fantasies from my teens. Ah, the nostalgia! En Vogue - Don't Let Go [Love] Montell Jordan - Get it on tonight SWV - Brian McKnight - Anytime LSG - Babyface - Everytime I Close My Eyes And by far the best... Freddie Jackson -

Well, I'm glad you managed to escape from my 'jaws of death' too. You're too nice. -

LoL @ D&D. Whatever gave you that impression? Ghanima, most of my first impressions were similar to yours. The only difference is Baashi. My first impression of Baashi was: WoW! Dahia is Munira? Goodness. And I was wondering what had happened to Munira! Originally posted by rudy: Val- Watchout!! wallet thief. You need to buy a personality, Rudy. Sidani si ma'aha. -
