^ The Khamiis is an incredibly sexy garment. Seriously, I have to lower my gaze when I encounter a khamiised man. Fridays are so difficult... sigh.

MARC SMITH****A VIDEO FOR SOL MEMBERS*** VIDEO EXCLUSIVE
Valenteenah. replied to MAXIMUS POWERS's topic in General
This must be what they mean by 'crossed wires'. Talking at each other rather than to each other! I think you're all being awfully kind to Mr Smith myself. Anyone who isn't willing to defend or discuss their arguments shouldn't really be lecturing. (Waves @ Underdog) -
Oh my.... Catchy title tho...Piranha's seduction.
-
LoL @ FB...wlc back. You've been missed! And you and Rahima are right, the ailing swimmer was African, from Equatorial Guinea. Not sure why I thought he was Ni-Vanuatu. Dabshid, I can float. Does that count?
-
Happy New Year all. Insha'Allah khayr!
-
Does anyone remember the swimmer from Vanuatu who swam diagonally across the pool in the Sydney Olympics? The memory still cracks me up. I'm sure we can come with someone who can swim in a straight line, however slowly, no?

Who the hell are you and where have you been all my life?

Is Red Sea looking for a Biology 101 lesson?

Cara, it's an emotive song, but I can't get over diracaa. Qaabdaro.com. I don't know about this particular song, but some of her other songs were anti-kacaan. A lot of fanaans were involved in that in the latter part of the 80s.

A belated happy birthday to Dahia.

*Wonders when the Chinese New Year will be* Happy New Year(s) all! Don't party too much, ey?

*Waves @ Zii* I just love Saado Ali.

Her demise shocked me, I must say. I'm not sure why, after all a politician of her standing in that part of the world is always at the risk of assassination. Regardless of what came after, she certainly made history as the first elected female leader of a Muslim country. Allah ha u naxariisto.

^ Howdy STOIC! What's this then? Hip-bone, you say? Oo maxaa ku tusay meelahaa? NG, roger that. Forget about going to work, I would have left the country if that was me.
-
^ Aw. Why didn't you just take this week off like everybody else?
-
Hmmmm.
-
^ LoL, that's obvious! Are you at the office by yourself? Why, NG, with your well-honed observation skills I would have thought you would have noticed that a little deep conditioning goes along way to unravelling those pesky knots. Today is another duvet day for me!!! Gosh, I'm really enjoying my break.

^ Keep your giftcard and get it secondhand. Today I worked my way through a tin of Quality Street and I now feel green.

This would be her parents' decision, wouldn't it?

Is this a party of two or is anyone invited?

Originally posted by sheherazade: ^ do so; it's one of those books that has become a classic for good reason. Val, just say to him/her, please help me out dearest manager, here's my original list of to-dos, which of these shall I drop inorder to make time for these new tasks? Entre, Wayne Dyer's You'll See It When You Believe It, Bill Bryson's Down Under and Anthony Robbins's Unlimited Power(re-reading). I actually put to use what I pick up in books (that is in line with my values) and recommed to friends. We play around with the concepts and relay how methodologies have worked for us. It beats moaning over dinner or the phone. It makes for inspiring nights out. Inspiring and motivating, I'm sure. I love having that sort of conversation. About my manager, she seems to think I'm her assistant and will therefore do all her work as well as mine. The disadvantage of working in a team of two.

Is Tukaale feeling unloved?
