Originally posted by Naden: If you notice, when being chided and/or corrected by God, the Prophet (csw) is often called O Prophet (يا أيها النبى) but not O Messenger (يا أيها الرسول ). It indicates that the man who is being corrected is only a man, despite being of the highest morals. Whilst you have put forward a strong argument for the difference between a Messenger and a Prophet... It is no secret I am one of those who hate to point out the obvious...Khayr's assertion is still erronous even using the litmus test your provisioned for the distinction of the function vs the man. Khayr used the Rasul (SAW) as the one corrected and not the Man The Prophet(SAW); what made it even worse was his response of wanting to silence rather than correct himself... Again...to point out the obvious I asked for re phrasing not changing the gist of the message he wanted to convey.

^^^ Waar niyow tanoo kale, giving you the benefit of the doubt, I have just provided you with a chance to correct yourself. What you uttered (shaped as an example) was pure nonsense sxb and indirectly you called the Prophet (SAW) fallible. Why don't you (madax adayga inta iska daysid) rephrase -note I am using the word rephrase- your comment however if you insist I will question your intent and then hammer you with evidence about your erroneous assertion. Cheers
