Good that you distance yourself Carafaat from this senseless attack on SCC and KH2 conference. The SNM Hypocrisy on this matter is beyond any limits, You think they should be reasonable about people chosing their own paths and wanting Self-governance. But the worst part in my book is that SNM gang tries to undermine somalinimo, (ie) somalis who wants to through dialogue end their political differences and peacefully unite their people . This is unforgivable shameless act and will only bring destabilization in north Somalia.

This is a war that SNM bandits can not win in the end. This will be undoubtedly be their downfall if this continues. The idea of SCC is planted in the minds and impossible to stop. Awdal state will make a similar journey, the snowball affect is in motion. This day is good day. Its the start of liberation of SCC land and the birth of Pro-somalia state.

(Garissa) – The Kenyan security forces are beating and arbitrarily detaining citizens and Somali refugees in Kenya’s North Eastern province, which borders on Somalia, despite repeated pledges to stop such abuses, Human Rights Watch said today. On January 11, 2012, in the latest of a series of incidents documented by Human Rights Watch since October 2011, security forces rounded up and beat residents of Garissa, the provincial capital, in an open field within the enclosure of the local military camp. A Human Rights Watch researcher witnessed the incident. The Kenyan police and military have been responsible for a growing number of serious abuses against civilians since the Kenya Defence Forces entered southern Somalia in October, with the stated aim of eliminating al-Shabaab, an Islamist militia. The same month, suspected al-Shabaab sympathizers initiated a series of attacks against police, military, and civilian targets in Kenya. In response, members of the security forces have been responsible for rape, beatings, looting, and arbitrary arrests of civilians. The crackdown has largely targeted Somali refugees and Kenyan ethnic Somalis, but residents of other ethnic backgrounds in North Eastern province have also been victimized.. Read more

Fully support SCC movement. I think its critical times. And inshallah a pro Somalia darwish state will be born again. My family lost many lives in the darwish resistance wars against the foreigners before we moved to the south.

I'm not speaking material wize, but they will reconsider their stance and change it. Otherwise Abtigis option should be put in work.

General Duke;767372 wrote: Somaliland will change it's stance and the unionist will rise when they see a clear alternative in Mogadishu and the rest of Somalia. I agree. Action against somaliland admin is not needed. What we need to do is to rebuild our capital first and awaken the nation. Somaliland would crumble by itself.

A step forward indeed.

Well its true, every thing is divisible, but somali unity is the ultimate wish of all somali people. Even if Ocaden is divided from Somali unity today its not the case tomorow, somali unity secures somali people survival in the future of horn of africa. They are more voices for somali unity then against it.Therefor somalia shall remain one. Deal with it.

My point was that patriotism is not determined by the flag you support or wrap yourself around with but by any positieve contribution to the people and the land. I'm proud of nothern somalis and their progress but patriotism is determined by the flag and nation.
