  1. Sisters come on stop being so combatative, this venom will enter your blood cells leaving you with a hereditary imprint on your DNA and we don't need your future sons and daughters continuing your fued, we need love babbies spreading harmony. Ehem...don't want to listen....ok.. Blehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
  2. Interesting. I like his paintings set in Space. I wonder if he does commissions as a colorist.
  3. Eeehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Oranje!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  4. 12hrs of sleep is disgusting since you only stay awake for two hours before you clock in another 5 hours of sleep. There is an internal switch that can go either way, some sleep too much even if they want to stay awake, and others don't sleep enough evendo they daydream non-stop, you need to find a balance. Every hour before midnight according to my mom equals two hours, and since what she says is always right, that means if you sleep at eleven and then wake up at 6, you will have slept 8hrs, which is perfect.

  6. Archdemos there are hundreds of talented Somali players both amateur and professional playing in international leagues and Somali football tournaments like Eurosom, we only lack a competent managing body that could capitalize on this talent and bring them together as a dream team. You are correct that Football academies are taking note of their Somali football populations, and have begun scouting local clubs: Since Joe Royle lured Cassell from Oldham in 1998, no fewer than 26 youngsters have progressed from the Academy to the first team. Michael Johnson, currently injured, is another to have emerged and the club are actively scouting Manchester’s sizeable Somali population in an attempt to unearth the next gem. - Link The talent pool is there, the support from the community is potentially there, case in point, a transparant fund for the Somali football team would receive 25 million easily from the diaspora if they actually believed in the project. What we really need however is a visionary and inspiring coach. The South Korean team used to be a joke, but then they were trained by a competent coach(Guus Hiddink) and made significant waves on the 2002 World Cup, and recently destroyed one of Europe's best teams - Greece.
  7. Great quote and he is absolutely right that one of the characteristics of Neo-Imperialism is proxy-rule through development aid, like a junkie always begging for the next shot, which is apparrant across the African continent. Unfortunately the man who uttered this same quote did exactly that when he allowed the IMF & the World Bank to destroy our agricultural industry in the 80s that was self-sufficient and started importing their foreign food and taking up heavy-interest loans. The famine of the 90s came as a result and unlike the 70s, none of the farmers had the capacity to flood the markets with food this time. The last couple of years of his rule saw him undo all the good things that he was responsible for, rendering his term in the end useless to the Somali Republic's progress and is one of the main factors behind the destruction of our civilization.
  8. I like how the discussion instantly died after my contribution, indeed there is nothing comparable to Somali beauty in its prime, no contest, game over, es ist vorbei, ゲームオーバー.
  9. How Fickle, one should feel this way about their country even in its most darkest era. I'll bet alot of the aniga ''Kenya ku dhalay ama Abu Dhabi ku soo koray'' characters would immediately point to their old block in Mogadishu the moment Somalia returns to stability and becomes a tourist paradise. and that my friends is shallow.

  12. She is mesmerising in this video with her classy Somali voice, not to mention i love droopy eyes on women: http://www.tvuniversal.tv/NS/programs/salaamaha-13-5-2010 I really don't care about the headgear or clothing, they are useless anyways.
  13. Ofcourse i'm sensitive, god forbid the day i'm not. That still does not diminish the point that i'm conveying and why the use of individual personal stories as sticks to beat the Somali community with won't lead us anywhere. I have nothing against Seeker but usually people who create these type of topics have a similar modus operandi. For example if you asked wether this issue applies to their immediate family then the answer 9 out of 10 times = no the children of my family are great. Same with topics slandering Somali men or women, ask the same question and the answer = my sisters are masha-allah not like the ones from my stories, or my brothers are respectful and kind, unlike the males from my stories etc. It's a simple superiority complex towards one own community. There are enough sinister characters of non-Somali origins pidgeonholing the Somali community and putting them into neat little boxes through generalisation and mis-information, why should we add to this instead of correcting it?
  14. Which team are you guys playing for?, I'm a male and i find her HOT, and would completely understand a brother falling in love with that gem, she has the magic eyes.

  17. Ever watched her program(where people request a song) with the volume down . Very provocative eyes.
  18. Piss off with your red emoticons, if you want to complain about your own personal failures sit with Jeremy Kyle. Don't think i won't call out the boohooshit of this cyber-self-depreciating-masturbation going on here that demonizes an entire population who are majority productive citizens. There is a difference between constructive criticism and straight up poppycock generalisations through illogical stories starting with ''i saw this, i saw that'' or ''i know someone'' etc: Minnesota ** More than 1,000 Mexican-American businesses operated in Minnesota, generating an estimated $200 million in sales; while Latino workers employed in south-central agricultural industries added nearly $25 million to the local economy, according to a 2004 report by the Minneapolis Foundation. ** More than 16,000 Asian-Indians living in Minnesota accounted for $500 million in consumer purchasing power, paid $5.2 million in real estate taxes and $2.3 million in rent, and owned 400 companies that employed more than 6,000 people, according to the same report. ** Minnesota was home to 60,000 Hmong, whose businesses generated an estimated $100 million in revenue, according to the same report. ** Minnesota is home to the country’s largest Somali population, which numbered roughly 15,000 people as of 2002. Somalis in Minnesota accounted for $164 million in buying power and owned 600 businesses as of 2006. link Columbus It has been reported by The Star newspaper, that, “the Somali people have the highest buying power among all African immigrants of Greater Columbus—more than $200 million annually—compared to the purchasing power of all other Africans combined. The Star, also details that over 7,000 Somali students are in accredited institutions of higher learning—the majority of Somali students are pursuing academic programs in the nation’s top five majors—accounting, business, engineering, finance, and medicine. link
  19. This i consider beauty, perfectly shaped with harmonious delicate features: God blessed Somali men.
  20. There are roughly 30 000 militia men in Southern Somalia out of a male population of 1.5 million+ aged between 10-35, the former group of lost souls could easily be integrated by a stable government since they only form a small part of the male demographic, but due to their violent occupation their mark is more apparant than the countless students, workers, teachers, and men from other walks of life who also grew up in this same war, yet strive to better themselves and their communities. Champions march forward.

  22. The generalisation of an entire generation based on a group of boys exchanging fists(OMG!) or yelling at a biker (LMAO!) wasn't enough, now you attempt to psycho-analyse a random internet figure? Figures.
