Era of President Aden Osman's Administration in the 60s Ethiopia wants to tax Somalis living in Western Somalia, President Aden intervenes and calls the Western Somalis citizens of the Somali Republic (probably one of the reasons that started the 64' war when soldiers were deployed there) respect!!!! Britain hands over NFD to Kenya despite a majority vote by Somalis and other groups including Boranas,Turkanas,Gabre's and other minority ethnic groups inhabiting NFD in a referendum calling for NFD to be incorporated to the Somali republic, Britian ignores the referendum and goes ahead with the plan, President Caden ''breakes all relations with Britian'' again Respect!!!! that is what i call a President, that's the type you will take a bullet for mayne. Hope they are keeping the daily humiliating news away from this noble fragile mans ears, a young boy like me has difficulties digesting it without feeling stressed and down this might have an even greater negative effect on this Somali Giant but i'm happy happy happy

Shaykh Abd Al-Rahman bin Ahmad al-Zayla'i (1820-1880) was a Somali scholar who played a crucial role in the spread of the Qadiriya movement in Somalia and East Africa. He was born in the rural village of Kedilai North west of Mogadishu. Early life Under the supervision of the local Ulema he studied elementary ilm untill he absorbed all they could teach him and eventually surpassed them, he decided to move to Mogadishu where he obtained knowlegde from the great scholars of the city. He traveled to various Islamic centers in the Horn of Africa where he honed his intellectuall skills. After completing his education he returned to his home village where he started a community of pupils near Qulunquul setting out to spread the Qadiriya order throughout the region of the upper Shabelle river wich enhanced his reputation and because of this the order gained considerable success amongst the Pastoralists, villagers of the interior and the religious elite. to be continued...

The European Green Party followed up the revelations by presenting to the press and the European Parliament in Strasbourg copies of contracts signed by the two companies and representatives of the then President Ali Mahdi Mohamed to accept 10 million tonnes of toxic waste in exchange for $80 million (then about £60 million). People who support this Circus government are rotten disgusting individuals

shoooookkkkkkkk U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon ducked in surprise when an explosion rattled Baghdad's Green Zone on Thursday where he was delivering a televised news conference with Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki. Two mortar rounds were fired at the Green Zone, an Interior Ministry official said. The Associated Press reported that small chips of debris fell from the ceiling

They would never allow Neo-shogunates to arise in their midst. -

can't believe i missed this reply Originally posted by NGONGE: Women are as culpable in the destruction of Somalia as the men. In addition, I doubt women politicians are any much better than the men! I know it's difficult for us Somali men to process the painfull truth that only once in every 2 centuries a few capable men of men rise to the moment who are patriotic and have a hyperopic vision for their people, between these era's you have lame docile ducks playing child games with our people's lives A Somali woman wouldn't play with her children's lives the way these lame docile ducks of today do! Originally posted by NGONGE: I was only replying to the deluded Nomad who believed that just because they're females Somali women will be the answer to our enduring predicament. You have this tendency when adressing members posts to reply with ad hominems or patronizing sentences (i saw you do this to Peacenow aswell), this doesn't help you or your stand on this matter on the contrary it's simple projection of your own insecurities, process the truth sxb these Somali men roaming the political scene today can't rule or bring prosperity, nothing shamefull about admitting this Fact of the matter is we have crossed every road from the corrupt democracy to the Dictatorship to the Islamists despite having some flaws creating peace but then sabotaged by the 13 trillion $ wealthy redneck to the traitors called TFG based on qabiil this one will collapse awell not long from now, that is why i proposed we give into our women and let them lead our country since these lame docile ducks mess everything up with their myopic bickering It's not about gender. Females can be just as vicious, manipulative and corrupt as men. this is because of the System males have put in place this is also the reason why both men and women rather work under a male than a female boss cause she's more strict because she feels she needs to prove herself to the society she is in and therefore emulate in a more extreme way her male counterpart If this sociological pressure wasn't there and all that weight was off there shoulders they wouldn't follow or emulate us Only most men don't realise that because they're busy looking at the women's, err, pretty eyes. Stop looking at them that way then sxb and discover the great potential of our women if given the chance
