However Hargaysa is not getting recognised. Which other countries are you fond of? I am not losing my mind at all in Somalia there is no government to deal with thats why EU ministers don't visit the TFG or Mogadisho they fund and than they give it a mandate and when the TFG clowns refuse to listen the EU cut all the Funds. But most of the times the Clowns listen to what Mahiga and Bahuku say thus they keep their Mandate and it circulates in that order the past two decades. Duke wake up Somalia is not a state its not a country any more it doesn't really have a government. Duke there was a time the Somali republic was a country and a state 3 decades ago i remember those days. But time has changed the former Somali republic as you once knew it was dissolved whats left from that former republic is the Somaliland republic a state that functions as a real state a genuine democracy and a country the EU ministers deal with,, and the other part (leftovers) turned out to be A UN project run by Yoweri Musevani and his Nilotic cousin Mahiga.

Mr. Johansen states that special recognition should also be given to the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General, Ambassador Ahmedou Ould-Abdallah, for his relentless efforts to bring the Djibouti process forward. The Former president of Somalia received special recogntion from the Norwegian Government.

The Question is Somalia it has a government or a paper government but where is that government now the World Knows that in Hargeysa there is no TFG or the so called western backed government there thats how they call it these days. Duke why is the world undermining the authority of the so called TFG and why are they dealing with Somaliland and its government instead of with Sheikh dalxiis why are the Dutch funding another Parliament Building in Somaliland are they promoting that Somaliland should have its separate parliament. Why would the dutch foreign Minister visit Hargeysa the capital of Somaliland while he does not even visit or hold talks with the government of Somalia? Why is there no dutch Diplomats in Mogadisho.

Hundreds of Drought-Displaced Seek Shelter in Somaliland 29 July 2011 Las-Anod — Hundreds of families from south-central Somalia who have sought refuge in the self-declared independent Republic of Somaliland lack food, shelter and water, say local officials. Most of the 276 families (about 1,650 people) are in the town of Las-anod in Sool region, neighbouring south-central Somalia. "At least 10 families arrive in Las-anod daily; some pass through to other towns in Somaliland but many remain here," Khadra Mohamed, secretary-general of Somaliland's internally displaced persons (IDP) organization, told IRIN. "Some of the new arrivals are [staying] with conflict-displaced Somalis who have been living in the town for the last several years. These people have no food or shelter. However, Mohamed said, local communities have been providing food aid to the new arrivals. "These families have little access to health services, some of them lost their children during their long journey to Somaliland," Mohamed added. Abdillahi Jama, governor of Sool region, told IRIN: "Those arriving are registered by local NGOs who inform us weekly. In the past three days, for example, between 10 and 20 families have arrived in Las-anod. Most end up living with families who have been displaced by past conflict in south-central Somalia, expanding the number of people per IDP family to 10-20. "We collect some assistance from the local people and encourage them to help, because they are our brothers and sisters displaced by the drought," Jama said. "Our capacity is limited and we can do little to help them." Zainab H. Mohamoud, head of the Gashan Women's Umbrella Organization, said in Buroa, Togdheer region, several families had fled drought; some went to Hargeisa and others to the town of Buhotle in Buhotle region. Mohamoud told IRIN that at least 23 families from south-central Somalia reached Buroa, 70 people had reached Buhotle and 12 went to Hargeisa. UNICEF appeal Meanwhile, in Nairobi, the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) issued a statement on 29 July appealing for immediate life-saving interventions for an estimated one million Somali children, the majority in southern Somalia. "The children of southern Somalia desperately need our help; too many of them have already died and many others are at great risk unless we act now," said Rozanne Chorlton, the UNICEF Somalia representative. "Families shouldn't have to leave their homes, mothers and their children shouldn't have to endure days of perilous journey in search of food and water and then face a life of uncertainty in a camp. All our energy should be focused on saving lives." According to UNICEF, an estimated 1.25 million children across southern Somalia, 640,000 of them acutely malnourished, urgently need life-saving interventions. To reach children as quickly as possible, the agency said, it had, with its partners, mounted a massive scale-up of its operation and was using "all avenues available" to get supplies into the region. So far, UNICEF has airlifted supplementary feeding supplies for 65,000 children to the drought-affected regions of southern Somalia.

Wardegdeg:Dagaalo Xoog badan oo La isu adeegsanaayo Hubka Culus Oo Ka bilowday Isgoyska Cali Kamiin posted by: Axmed Kulan Dagaal xoogan ayaa goor dhow ka bilowday goobihii shalay lagu dagaalamay ee degmada Wardhiigley iyo Yaaqshiid, iyadoo dagaalka hada uu ka socdo labo jiho oo ay isku hor fadhiyeen Ciidamada Dowladda KMG oo kaashanaya kuwa AMISOM iyo Xoogaga Al-Shabaab. Dagaalka ayaa xoogeystay markii laga soo baxay Salaadii jimcaha, waxaana dagaalka markii hore ahaa mid goos goos ah, hase ahaatee uu dagaalka xoogiisa iminka ka socdo agagaarka Isgoyska Cali Kamiin sida Saraakiisha Dowladda ay sheegeen. Madaafiic xoog leh ayaa la maqlayaa, gaar ahaan kuwa ka dhaca Taangiyada, sidoo kale qoriga BM-ka ayaa lagu garaacayaa Xaruntii Xisbiga oo ay saaran yihiin Shabaab, iyo sarihii Xamar Jadiid. Gurmad hor leh oo ka tirsan Ciidamada Dowladda KMG guutooyinkooda ayaa la geeyay goobaha dagaalka, kaasoo u muuqda in dagaalka uu sii kululeeyay. Sidoo kale Xoogaga Al-Shabaab ayaa dhankooda soo qaaday weeraro lixaad leh oo ay ku doonayaan inay goobihii looga qabsaday ay ku soo ceshtaan, waxaana hada dadaal xoogan ay u galayaan sidii ay u difaacan lahaayeen Isbartiibada Stadium Muqdisho oo qorshaha Ciidamada uu yahay inay tagaan. Ciidamada Dowladda ayaa saf ballaaran ugu jira dagaalka, iyadoo dagaal kale uu dhinac ka socdo Wadada Jeneraal Daa’uud iyo hareeraha Isgoyska Baar Ayaan, waxaana labada jiho ee halkaas yahay mid la doonayo in looga galo Isbartiibada. Xilligan ayaa waxaa la maqlayaa madaafiic culus oo labada dhinac ay is weydaarsanayaan ayaa waxaa la ogeyn qasaaraha dhabta ah ee uu geysanayo dagaalka, inkastoo dagaalka saaka gelinkii hore ahaa mid yara koobnaa, hase ahaatee goor dhow oo duhurnimadii ah uu si aad ah u xoogeystay.

Eritrea: Nation Planned Massive Attack Against AU Summit, Says UN Report 28 July 2011 The Eritrean Government planned a massive attack on an African Union meeting held earlier this year, according to a new United Nations report that states that this was just one of multiple violations of Security Council arms embargoes committed by the small East African nation. "If executed as planned, the operation would almost certainly have caused mass civilian casualties, damaged the Ethiopian economy and disrupted the African Union summit," states the report of the Monitoring Group on Somalia and Eritrea. The UN panel is tasked with monitoring compliance with embargoes on the delivery of weapons and military equipment to Somalia and Eritrea, as well as probing activities - financial, maritime or in another field - which generate revenue used to violate those embargoes. The report states that the Eritrean Government "conceived, planned, organized and directed a failed plot to disrupt the African Union summit in Addis Ababa by bombing a variety of civilian and governmental targets." It adds that "since the Eritrean intelligence apparatus responsible for the African Union summit plot is also active in Kenya, Somalia, the Sudan and Uganda, the level of threat it poses to these other countries must be re-evaluated." The report, which is over 400 pages, also points to Eritrea's continuing relationship with Al-Shabaab, the Islamist militant group that controls some parts of Somalia's territory and has been waging a fierce battle against the Transitional Federal Government (TFG) there. While the Eritrean Government acknowledges that it maintains relationships with Somali armed opposition groups, including Al-Shabaab, it denies that it provides any military, material or financial support and says its links are limited to a political, and even humanitarian, nature. However, evidence and testimony obtained by the Monitoring Group, including records of financial payments, interviews with eyewitnesses and data relating to maritime and aviation movements, all indicate that Eritrean support for Somali armed opposition groups is not limited to the political or humanitarian dimensions. The Group says that Eritrea's continuing relationship with Al-Shabaab appears designed to "legitimize and embolden the group rather than to curb its extremist orientation or encourage its participation in a political process." Relevant Links East Africa Eritrea International Organisations Arms and Armies Moreover, Eritrean involvement in Somalia reflects a broader pattern of intelligence and special operations activity, including training, financial and logistical support to armed opposition groups in Djibouti, Ethiopia, the Sudan and possibly Uganda in violation of the Security Council's embargoes. Among the concerns the Group expresses regarding Somalia are the TFG's "lack of vision or cohesion, its endemic corruption and its failure to advance the political process," all of which are impediments to security and stabilization in southern Somalia. The "burgeoning" engagement in Somalia of private security companies, whether to deter pirates or to provide security on land, is of growing concern, it adds. The Group believes that at least two such companies have committed significant violations of the arms embargo by engaging in unauthorized training and equipping of Somali militias
