Oba i dont think xamar can be a federal state as long as it wants to be the capital, the rights of the minorities should always be protected i agree. I get the feeling that the government in Mogadishu is focusing to much of its precious time on the juba regions. I mean today there were troubled situations in Hiiraan region a police commander was killed, Ethiopian troops came in with their armed vehicles the city is under curfew now.Fighting erupted near baydhabo, and few days ago another military commander was killed Somali artists are still being killed in Mogadishu. The country is still with out a government its seems like these guys have the time of their life. Sure they can comment on Kismayo here and there but the city is in good hands for now the government should set its priorities straight this is how the situation looks like now.
