Mogadishu is the capital of Somalia but its also the home of the Indigenous muqdishaawis who lived in the city for centuries their ancestral homeland they are the people who suffered the most during the civil war. Now they just have to give up their rights and let others come in the city and rule over them. This a mentality that exists every where in Somalia either the country belongs to all of us or it belongs to no one. Can Banadir state be a reality can the lower shabeele and middle shabeele and banadir be a federal state. While Mogadishu is still the capital of the federal republic and Afgooye is the capital of banadir state will it be feasible time will tell.
