This HAG man is well versed on even SL issues You praised whole heartily singer Saada Ali Warsame and believed boosting up rumours saying that Saada is brave singer who sang the famous “Land cruiser song” composed by Abdi Muhumud Amiin. It is true that in the troubled years of the 90s Saada was courageous and had sung anti regime songs, but she later changed her struggle to become tribal minded. Traditionally, Somalis are ardent supporters to their tribe rightly or wrongly, and Saada was one of them despite her fame, talent, & sweet voice. Saada unfortunately played her role in the civil war and supported her tribe particularly the battle of ‘Kalshaale’ between the Garaad clan and HJ tribes. Currently she composed new song “dhiigshiil hadhigan = don’t deposit your savings in Dahabshiil” in order to destroy Dahbshiil’s reputations as a Company, owned by HJ businessmen, please see the below link: -

Somaliland becomes the 4th African Country to have Mining Code Somaliland became the 4th African state to have an especial mining code for the exploration of minerals in the country. This mining code will help Somaliland to attract international companies and for mining to invest and implement mining projects in the country. The Mining companies will also compete with investment of the mining and digging of minerals in Somaliland. OREZONE Company – has succeeded investing the implementation of this especial mining code in Somaliland which was prepared by International Lawyers. And this code will be the main key for a new investment plan that OREZONE Company is going to start mining operation in the country. In an official letter written by Vice President of OREZONE Mr. Gregory Bowes to Somaliland President Ahmed Mohamed Silanyo, he said, “This mining code will be helpful to Nubian Gold and my efforts, I am sincerely interested in helping the country of Somaliland attract other companies to come by creating a mining code that is fair to both industry and to the government of the people of Somaliland. I would also like to take this opportunity to recognize the efforts of your ambassador Mr. Mohamed Ismael in promoting Somaliland and encouraging me to come Somaliland.” Gregory Bowes is the owner of Nubian Gold Corporation and dynamically partaken the company to come and invest in Somaliland. In an exclusive interview with Somaliland Ambassador to Canada Mr. Mohamed Ismail who was the leading person who helped this company to come and invest mining in the country gave The Republican further details about this company and said, “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Somaliland President Ahmed Silanyo and his Vice Abdurrahman Sayli and other government officials for their support to make everything possible that this company to start his mining work and to implement mining code in Somaliland for the first time in history and without them nothing could be achieved.” In response to company’s legality for mining and its planned activities, the ambassador answered, “After the President welcomed this investment, Somaliland Ministry of Water and Minerals had reached an official agreement with Nubain Gold Corporation – an agent for the OREZONE Company. Subsequently this agreement was confirmed by cabinet. And I have been working for 3 years to influence this company to come Somaliland.” Mr. Ismail added that his dreams came true after he succeeded to bring this mining company to Somaliland. “The company has already started his phase 1 activities including; a) implementing the mining code in the country. Haatu;931525 wrote: Surrendered? We tried armed resistance and it got us nowhere so we chose to accept the colonial borders for the time being and live in peace. That's called intelligence and thinking of the greater good, not surrendering. As a result, hundreds of lives have been saved and maanta soomaali oo dhan baa gobolkeena qaxooti ku ah. What I don't get is what is wrong with the Oromo of that region. The Borana in NFD aren't doing this and they live side by side peacefully with the Somalis barring the occasional skirmish over wells. Haatu dont mind Bitter Puntlanders they dont know what they are talking about, the NFD people fought hard but right now to fight for independence is not the right timing but that reer NFD keep the north eastern province a Somali region makes every Somali proud in the Somali peninsula and the Somalis should develop their region there and take part of the Politics there as they are now doing. And when the time comes self determination even up to independence can be considered. The Borana oromos in Kenya are not even considered Kenyans they live there as Gypsies they are not even considered one of the Kenyan groups.

Safferz;931524 wrote: In this thread alone you've described them as weak, inferior, threatening to invade, our enemies, etc. What do you consider hatred, if not the vitriol and fanaticism you post here about the "Oromo threat"? You are an Ethiopian. And no, I'm not Oromo. if some one tries to invade my land than surely i will consider him an enemy , but if he wants peace and live side by side than he can be a good neighbor thats how i view it. Now i am an Ethiopian stop insulting me hada i am a noble Somali.

Kismayo cannot declare a state with out the approval of the federal goverment i thought Xiinfaniin knew better. The goverment has boots on the ground and ofcourse the Amisom peace keeping forces are there to. The government suggested that the military factions of the region must be integrated into the federal goverment administration/security forces IGAD and the regional AU countries are in support of the goverment And a constitutional regional state to be created after six months when the region is fully liberated from shabaab. The government wants to create a federal state they want to facilitate and coordinate the state building process. But first things first they believe the regions and indigenous people need to be politically united. Before people can move forward and create a state. I think the Somali government won this one Xiinfaniin just give up there is little you can do about it:D

Safferz are you oromo i have not seen you write in Somali? No one hates oromo , i dont think Somalis dont hate any one for no reason , But Somalis want that oromos give back the stolen districts and stay in their land adama Nazareth shewa wellega or finfine. We don't care.

Federalism versus centralism is not the issue here its about how these federal states will be established, surely another garowe clan enclave will not be established in Kismayo. Another point is who represents the people of the lower jubba middle juba and gedo. The Parliamentarians right. Also the major stakeholders are in disagreement about the road map for Kismayo jubbaland state. The faction in gedo are in fully support of the Prime Ministers proposal. All in All the goverment of Somalia will turn this latest event into its favor, with the deployment of new troops and already having boots on the ground in Kismayo. I think team hassan and Saacid are winning this.

They are cowards weak but they want to use their state Ethiopia and their numbers to invade Somalis and their territories , see oromos is not a normal ethnic group the highland oromos are expanding towards the north and those in western hararghe are expanding in our land. But ofcourse if Somalis are not vigilant weak people can expand into our territories. But i guess you don't care since you are not from Somali galbeed, that the Somali region already lost some many districts.

Oba thats good you have to socially interact with your fellow friends from Somaliland. social interaction cultural heritage is still the bond we have and to keep that bond Somalis from Somaliland or the one from Somalia need to closely interact. Because that will bring a better future and create a strong healthy coexistence in the horn idinki ilaahay. I am a bit to old for parties and that but i do go to Somalia gatherings i get a nice reception to. Never forget the power of 3 Djibouti hargeisa Mogadishu.

Who remembers during the derg koley dhaliyaru baad tihin it was oromo generals and politicians who advised the top derg leaders to displace Somalis and locate oromos and amhara in the Somali galbeed region. And that was the only way to crush the Somali separatist region if we plant our seeds in the heart land of the Somalis. The oromos were happy because they could easily take parts of the shinile region. Remember the Shinile region is full of oil and gas. And back than there were no ethnic kilils the region was called Hararghe region. it was General Tesfaye Gebre Kidan an oromo on both his mother and father side the highest military general of Ethiopia during the derg ,who wished that upon us and wanted to place amharas and oromos in Somali galbeed. In the late 19 century an oromo general Ras Gobena Dachi was Meneliks defense minister played the biggest role in subjugating his fellow oromos and also played a role when Somali galbeed was Incorporated into Abyssinia by force with 30.000 British rifles and a huge oromo army mostly from bale arsi shewa and borena districts from the oromo region. These people are not our allies they are our enemies they are not different than any other ethiopian. Haatu reer NFD know how to deal with shisheeye if it was samafal and others beri hore bay dhulka ka ibin lahayen kikiyuuada iyo rendileka iyo sabaxiliga kale.

Sierra leone AU troops to be deployed to kismayo

Mogadishu jawhar have enough troops The lower juba is not fully liberated The Middle juba is not liberated Gedo is not fully liberated Now connect the dots where do you think assistance is needed in Mogadishu hiiraan or Kismayo and Jubooyinka. -
Millions of oromos don't even speak afaan oromo the arsi speak good afaan oromo the rest speak a very corrupt afaan oromo heavily mixed with Amharic or some dont even speak it. The shewan oromos and Tulamos and wollo oromos consider themselves Amharas they look up to them in Addis Ababa the oromos there will tell you they are Amharas loool. These people have huge inferiority complex and identity crisis. These people left their religion for political seats the Amharas promised them. These people Muslim so called oromos gave their daughters to christian Amharas. They have no leaders and their leaders dont speak their language, imam Ahmed guray led them once, the Somalis taught them the fine culture of islam The Somalis taught them you can fight the Habashis these people are insecure and they try to expand now with their numbers.
