  1. Tallaabo there is noo parliament they are a bunch of guulwadayaal And. Somaliland will not have a decent parliament next coming two years But siilaanyo knows what is at stake he cant come with. Meeqaam sare kursi macaan ba lana fadhisin doona Boodhkayaga somaliland ba ku qoran Silaanyo will have a problem with the masses in sl. Who would want his head if he makes such a foolish mistake
  2. Sayid qardho somaliland could only accept thIs if a un supervised referendum is given with in the next 3 years longer than that is unacceptable. South sudan was 5 years eritrea was 2 years somaliland max 3 years.

Can a British man become a citizen? Can you become citizen of Djibouti you speak the same language with them to? if that was the case canadians could become irish citizens and irish could become australian

Can a British man become a citizen? You cannot vote you pay tax but you cannot vote nor take part of the political leadership, and your opinion will not really matter

  7. SomaliPhilosopher;939469 wrote: But a "northerner" can be a foreign minister in Somalia. bit of a double standard much? Because your government still claims Somaliland to be part of their country , so in order to show that SL is some how part of Somalia they pick a minister from SL. But for Somaliland the unity no longer exist and they are an independent state. So Foreigners from Somalia Djibouti Kenya have no say in Somaliland nor can they have leadership in SL.

  9. I hope they wont attend because it will be a major set back
  10. Oodweyne the brits are solely approaching this issue from their own interests particularly their image of how they want to be seen by the rest of the world and how they are committed to Somalia. If you have followed their policies towards Somalia the last years the Brits are deeply involved in Somalia's affairs even hinting to send British forces to Somalia. But where does that leave Somaliland if they want Somaliland to be there and take part of the conference in order to have their all inclusive image to the world that both Somalia is there and Somaliland is there. While the conference is being chaired by Somalia and UK, that doesn't sit well with me. I doubt how this move by SL would contribute to the Somaliland cause , since Somaliland status is still that of a defacto state consequently the need for the SL political leaders to come with a real solution while keeping Britain as a close ally of Somaliland. And at the same not diminishing Somaliland status. What ever decision President siilaanyo takes it has to be one that the entire Somaliland community civil societies parties diaspora are all backing.

  12. Somaliland should skip this one , whats the point to meet culusow next month when 2 month later there will be another meeting in turkey. And its not like these English geezers are mediating between Somaliland and Somalia. As long as its chaired by Somalia and Britain , there is no room for Somaliland.

  19. ^^ The opposition will still reject it , and it will make silanyo look very bad , if he does what on earth will he get in return if he attends a conference chaired by hassan sheikh maxamuud?
  20. Somaliland is not going to attend the London conference.
