So far its only cali khalif galaydh making noise and saying the ankara agreement was in favor of SL. Its seems the rest of those who are traditionally opposed to SL are fine with the situation those in Jubbaland and the one in Garowe. And are more concerned about the Jubbaland state formation.

You will never hear Somaliland politicians talking about Kismayo, its not important for them. There is no HAG and SNM conspiracy there is just some talks beween Somalia and Somaliland regarding their future relationship nothing to worry about. ^^ Fair point still , but Somaliland and Somalia have still not agreed of what their future relations will be so it will be very hard. Eritrea has colonial boundaries to although it has been violated by Ethiopia . South sudan is a whole new creation but still its still in conflict , in Africa things will always be different than Europe. The Europeans are advanced and they are people who look things from another perspective and mutual interests Africans are not like that. I doubt Somalia and Somaliland maybe they can agree for a few years to live side by side. but it relations can turn sour after a while.
