There is it is those people from Somaliland who trace their lineage back to hashimite origin, particularly through the lineage of the holy man buried in Mait and Yusuf al Baqdaadi and his sons Cumar walashma maternally and paternally on both sides.

He feels like a 4th rate citizen hence the attempt to escape from Kenya. They should work hard to make a different and develop the NFD region and become full fledged kenyans and dont look back to Somalia. Most of them are doing that though now and days and are showing no mercy to Somalia and are supporting the Kenyan troops in Somalia. Many are part of the kenyan army. The Kenyans should fight for equality justice although the Somalis are outnumbered by Kikuyu luos and Luhyas and other tribes. Atleast their country is making progress.

After independence by lowell barrington, The Hizbullah and SNS were established 2 years after Sheikh bashiirs death in burco, it was actually the other way around the SNL and USP delegations were lobbying for Somali galbeed but it failed. If you look at Africa though the vast majority of African nations were given around the same time.

Saalax;947953 wrote: Aren't you Kenyan? You want to be a Somali so bad ya Haatu. I don't think he wants to be Somali , why cant he be a Kenyan, Kenya is more productive has much better economy than Somalia its a economic power house in the region. Why on earth would he want to be from Somalia makes no sense. He should be glad that he is from a prosperous proud African nation. Why would he want to be part of the most failed state in the world i believe brother haatu will embrace his Kenyannimo very soon and he should not look back. He should uphold the Somali identity as being part of Kenya.

Tell me what part is bad history i can tell you and post you sources of the general elections in the 1959 and how it went. What matters is that this is history and not that long ago and that we learn from the terrible mistakes the generation in the late 50s did.

The president answered valiantly despite the dubious nature of statehood of Khaatumo, I enjoyed his honesty regarding those who feel wronged and the federal governement's approach where he clarified that going to war with our breethen in the North is never an option. Now those who lined with our good professor Glaydh's cry of foul and his illigal motion in the federal parliament can breeth and support their president. i doubt she is even from Khatumo, the Khatumites know and can pronounce the KH , the woman in the video said Qatumo , see Koonfurians cannot pronounce the letter KH, while they from the Garaad clan can. So i doubt the woman is from the sool region.

The brits advised the Somalilanders not to unite even the NUF party of Micheal mariano suggested at that time to the Brits provincial administrative governor that Somaliland is still not ready for Independence. But Since SNL of Cigaal and Ali meygaag and Sayid Ahmed founder of hisbillah independence movement later merged with the SNL , were the majority of the Parliament they were pro independence and so pro union they led the Somaliland people into destruction also the elections were rigged , Micheal mariano and his crew won more than they were given. Independence and than being part and ruled by the chauvinist koonfurians means little girl. The South had little to do with the Somaliland independence movement , SYL was not even known in Somaliland when the brits gave hawd and reserve area to Haile selasie. Thats when the Somaliland elites started being worried and they only believed that they could get that land back if they united with the Koonfurians the dissatisfaction with the brits was enormous. But the Koonfurians had little to do with it. Still i dont see anything wrong with what the 2 men from borama said , independence means nothing if you are ruled by another country. I understand these men from borama

Safferz Independence was good, but uniting with Somalia was the most biggest mistake Somaliland ever made and Somalilanders ever did they were naive and they thought you could unite people just based on a common language. They found out the reality the hard way what is wrong to tell the brits that the brits were right when the brits suggested to remain separate in 1960 they were right. i preferred that, all the wars for liberation could have been avoided.

Hence to us we should lay out the red carpet, play our diplomatic card close to our chest, get whatever development aid they are hawking about, smile as wide as possible, never to forget to add few Arabic words in every sentence you make for their ears, and after few days when they agree to concretely lay down the money they were carrying on the table see them off with another red carpet at the airport with promise to look into more detail towards whatever Somaliweyn makarkey they came to sell it to you, ringing in their ears. in other words Milk those fat b@stards:D I think it will be very easy since Minister Khaliil grew up his young years in Saudi arabia and knows how to deal with these Arabs. lets see their projects and what they bring. -

Do you know a few of the suicide bombings in Muqdisho were committed by reer Somaliland? But most importantly, the Kufr govt of Somaliland were never a target like the Kufr govt of Somalia is It doesn't make any sense. Why are they only targeting Muqdisho? They didn't attack Somaliland because there are no deep holes in the security of SL And why would Somaliland destabilize Somalia what is their motive. Can you tell me the name of the minister under rayaale? The reason why they attack Mogadishu is 18 months ago shabaab ruled Xamar
