People are to harsh on the Somali Kenyans, kenya was an entity indeed created by the English the Somalis lived in that entity all their lives they have never been conquered by other ethnic groups, they were never put under a Kenyan empire by other Kenyans. They fought for Somali nationalism for what it was and because of that they were punished by other Kenyans who considered the Somali Kenyans their own people and their own countrymen.
