^^^^^Dark angel I would recommend drink lots of water, make sure you eat breakfast. Breakfast is a must coz it jump starts your metabolism. Also have a banana or an Apple for breakfast. Exercising - try the eliptical machine. Works wonders for the hips and tush Don't eat after 6 or 7 pm and if you eat make sure its fruit or light snack.....Absolutely no bariis,pasta or hilib aari(goat meat). If you love bread and you just can't leave with out try wheat bread. Instead of Ranch or mayo substitute it for light or something else. Lots of water, healty food, and exercise is the best. Don't believe in all that hype about those pills very dangerous. Dark Angel about the loose skin if you exercize meaning exercising with thread mill, eliptical machine,weigh training or light weights you will be fine. Green tea with ginger and I think Starbucks sells it also called Tazo green tea. It cleanses your immune system. Very refreshing. Hope that helps.
