  6. Une mission émiratie à Djibouti Le ministre des affaires Etrangères et de la Coopération Internationale, M. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, a reçu hier une mission émiratie. Forte de plusieurs personnes, celle-ci était conduite par le vice ministre des Affaires Etrangères, chargé des Affaires Economiques, des Emirats Arabes Unis, M Khalid Ghanim Al Gait. L’entrevue s’est déroulée en présence de l’ambassadeur de Djibouti accrédité aux Emirats Arabes Unis, M. Idriss Ahmed Chirwa. Au cours de cette rencontre, le chef de la diplomatie djiboutienne a d’emblée souhaité la bienvenue au vice ministre Al Gait et aux membres de sa délégation. Il s’est ensuite félicité de l’excellence des relations d’amitié et de coopération entre les Emirats Arabes Unis et Djibouti. De son côté, le vice ministre émiratie a exprimé son souhait de voir se renforcer la coopération constructive entre les secteurs privé et public de deux pays. Un objectif commun dont la réalisation doit reposer sur la prise en compte des positions stratégiques de Djibouti et des Emirats Arabes Unis selon M Al Gait. Par la suite, M. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, a présidé une séance de travail qui a regroupé de part et d’autre de la table ronde des entre des opérateurs économiques émiraties et djiboutiens. Outre les hauts fonctionnaires sous l’autorité du chef de la diplomatie djiboutienne, des responsables issus des rangs du Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances et celui de l’Education Nationale, de l’EDD et la SID ont débattu des sujets d’intérêt commun avec des représentants de Dubaï World, du fonds d’Abu-Dubai pour le développement, de la société Masdar et de la fondation Cheikh Khalifat Bin Zayd.
