    Technically speaking, Alzheimer's can't be truly diagnosed until the autopsy when the plaques are seen. Otherwise it is just extreme dementia. Thankfully (?), Alzheimer's has other symptoms that go with the plaques in the brain that have a more overt manifestation, so the clinical diagnosis is almost always correct.

    I was working with a few people today.

     

    I told them that when I left work I was going to get a big @ss plasma tv.

     

    They started talking about which is better, cable or satellite.

     

    After a moment or so passed, they began talking about specific shows.

     

    One concluded that satellite is better because it has some show about people who go and hunt for ghosts in old @ss abandoned buildings and shit.

     

    Another person jumped into the conversation. At this time I was out of it and just listening.

     

     

    Before I knew it, there were two grown people in front of me swearing up and down that ghosts were real.

     

    One of them even claimed to have a videotape of one.

     

    I waited a few minutes to make sure they weren't pulling my chain.

     

    Then I called them all idiotts.

     

    Do you believe in ghosts?
