Hi Hibo If the Arabs had nuclear capability, the would've destroyed with themselves. Well, if the world can't be free of all nuclear weapons than I think its fair for every country to have a fair share of it! So, giving Arabs a nuclear bombs, would be a suicide for them. So, lets give every country in the world a nuclear tipped missiles that they defend themselves, including Somalia. That would've mean every major war that happened so far, will have been fought with nuclear bombs. Do you have any idea that only 10 thermo nuclear can destroy the world? And thats not including, the radiation it releases to the atmosphere.
