I think they had chance to weed them out when they were in power and I'm sure all somali people regardless of qabil would have supported them but now how are they going to support them if they still have those bad apples there with the titles of Sheikhs? The fact they have shortcomings and are not angels as you put it will definetely disqualify them from issuing sharia law in our country. Sharia law is good but it has to be administered by qualified people. Right now both sides cannot claim to have those qualifications. Do you agree?

Yes I believe you should purchase and make toba. giving charity is always good no matter what the circumstances. Toba is accepted all the time. Feeling bad is a good sign of toba. Maybe at end of the day when they are counting you could "accidentaly" find some money and give it to the cashier or manager so it can go back to where it belongs. No need to confess to the manager.
