LOL...strongly believe in budgeting...balancing check book...make a list of what I need...like food and shoes...and save the rest...I think the best way to deal with money is to prioritize...and know what ur limits are...don't go to the mall for any reason if u know u can't afford it...instead of eating out ...have a potluck dinner with friends and be creative with a few bucks...that way when u want to get that special shoe ...u can afford to get it...ohhh what a feeling ...and when u want to treat someone to a special ...u can make it extra special cause u can afford it....PRIORITIZing between the needs and wants...and u can be happy with ur money....it works for me...

Second jobs.....PLZ:rolleyes:...am still escaping the 1st one...here is to graduate. School, scholarships and grants....I LUV BILL GATES...U HAVE MADE LIFE EASY FOR ME....

Have any of u thought...that they are afraid...as bad and as horrible these men might be ...there might be someone more terrible out there...â€the devil u know ...†and all that ... besides its a conditioned behavior....they relay on the abuse of these men to mean that they r thinking of them and paying attention to them....and at some point they start believing that the abuse is deserved as they are being punished for doing something wrong and the abuser is doing it for their own good...its quite a dilemma...and its sad and tragic...how some men take advantage of these poor and vulnerable women who need help....and practically enslave them...with their fists….

Of course, it matters, though to what extent is up 2 u. The level of education, is one thing and not everything, its about being comfortable around each, its about being able to learn new things together...also being smart enough to appreciate one another…..and most important is being confident in urself that u don’t need another to validate u, so that u r not intimidated by them. Weather they r ivy league educated or street learned….its about how u carry urself and deal with others…..although there is nothing like someone who stimulates ur mind.. an educated Somali man …..is quite a catch..

Lol… true, my OTHER bad habits withstanding….I just found out recently that something I have always considered to be a great habit of mine…to be quite annoying and could be classified as a “bad habit†by others….since I was young I was always extremely organized and a bit of a neat freak…u might say I am bit neurotic about it….I hate messes…and I always clean them or put them to order…but apparently this has been driving my family and friends crazy and I have been recently told to stop as it makes them feel “badâ€â€¦.well, I can tell u my sol mates something…I personally refuse to stop it…as I don’t think it’s a “bad habitâ€â€¦at all….as the renowned Ngonge has said… Maybe there is no such thing as bad habits and it’s all relative!

Wonderful to see such young, intelligent and progressive young Somalis who don’t judge people by the colour of their skin.
