Somaliland shouldn't give much attention to SSC (Economically) we should instead direct all the aid for "Eastern Somaliland Regions" to Erigavo , Maydh, Ceelafweyn, Garadag, Xiis, Dararweyne , etc the places that are fully behind Somaliland.
