They're plagued by men at the Lido resort, in the capital Mogadishu, according to the Garoweonline website. Describing the beach's "buzzing and pulsating atmosphere", the report says many women come with families, while others sell ice cream or drinks. It quotes one woman as saying they're always pestered by "rude men" and are often offended, angered or sexually harassed. Extra police have been deployed to the resort to protect young women, says the news outlet, based in the semi-autonomous Puntland region. The founder of the Sister Somalia organisation, which runs a rape crisis centre in Mogadishu, told al-Jazeera news in January that it dealt with up to seven new victims a week. That is different ,those groups you mentioned have good relations.Khatuumo and Puntland have hostile relations , besides sub clan wise reer gashaamo also settle in Maydh , Harshow , Waqderia etc all in Sanaag , they can use it any time they want as it is settled by the same western Burco group. Were's the Khatuumo are all landlocked regardless of sub clan, the nearest friendly coast is the Kenyan held city of kismayo 1 thousand km away..

Sool belongs to SNM folks whether it is Caynabo district - western Sool or Bohol -northern Sool and they will drill it. There is nothing disgruntled pirates can do about it.
